The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the campground was very easily accessible. However, it was disappointing that there was no electricity at the tent sites. Also, the tent pads are too small.

We loved the campground. It was very clean and well kept. We were disappointed that the tent site did not have a picnic table as described. We were counting on that and did not take chairs or a table. The tent site was a little steep with no real flat area for the tent, but we were glad it was dirt which is more comfortable than gravel, and we were pleased there were trees and a privacy fence.

I just needed one night in Santa Fe and this was perfect. Check in staff went above and beyond as I arrived slightly late. Nicole checked me in and got me a great spot a short walk from the bathroom which was super clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We were there for 2 nights as we visited Santa Fe. Staff were very welcoming, very helpful. Restrooms were clean, showers were nice. Laundry room was great, with nice seating out in front. Dish washing station was a nice feature. Though we don't have a dog, we thought the dog bathing feature was a great idea. Our tent site sat next to the dog park, which was less private, but okay.

Few amenities for tent campers. It rained for 2 days and the only place to hang out was the laundry room. Coffee not available until 9 a.m. No vending machines or stores nearby. Closest place for food is open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is very expensive. This pksce obviously caters to RVers. Nice friendly staff. About a 20 minute drive each way to do any sightseeing in Santa Fe.

This was my first KOA stay. What a great place. It's so clean and quiet. The people are ao friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay in Santa Fe!

Convenient location for a visit to the city. Clean, attractive campground. Clerk could have been nicer about my early arrival. Would be nice to have an area for tent campers to charge phones, or, if there is one, to publicize it better.

We arrived without a reservation. The owners were very gracious and said had one site left and took me by golf cart to look at it. We accepted the site. There were numerous native trees which screened us from other sites. We only stayed one night,but it was a lovely stay. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer ormorewelcoming..

Staff was wonderful. Made us feel at home. The set up of the grounds was very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Thank you for everything. You all were very kind to us. The only reason you got a 4 out of 5 is you need a pool.

They accommodated my Tacoma, plus the 12-foot trailer I was pulling. My stay was outstanding. Everything worked: the bathrooms, shower facilities, and laundry room. I stay at many KOAs when I'm doing photography and Art Shows, and honestly, this was THE BEST KOA I've ever stayed at!

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and the camp ground was clean and comfortable. I felt totally safe being that I’m a single woman. I will definitely stay again if my travels take me that way.

The bathrooms were great. The gas grill at the communal area needs to be replaced; only a couple of burners worked and it ran out of propane. You may want ro offer free ear plugs because the road noise was super loud.

This trip was a quick getaway from the heat of Albuquerque. The location of this KOA is north of the Santa Fe, but feels much more rural. Great location and great staff.

This was our first KOA experience, and it was AWESOME! The staff was so kind and helpful, the campground is clean, the bathrooms were great, and the activities for the kids really put it over the top! It was so nice to feel comfortable while traveling. Check in was a breeze, the receptionist was quick, pleasant & informative. The Campground is very nice & clean. The restrooms were clean and the water hot! Beautiful location!!!

This KOA never disappoints. We visit multiple times per year, and never have an issue. This time, we had a tent site surrounded by trees. Very private. Also made use of their propane grill for the first time. Wonderful facility.

.We utilized the tent area, which was separated from the sounds and lights of the RV area, although it was a bit close to the interstate. Bathroom and showers were fantastic! They also made pizza and delivered it to our campsite. Awesome!

Road noise was very loud. Hard to sleep. Not much shade where we stayed.

This koa never disappoints. I have stayed over the years as I live in the state and have seen it grow and improve. It was a Journey but is now a Holiday. Love all the upgrades yet still keeping everything neat and clean. Keep it up because I and a whole lot of people will be back!

My family were traveling through New Mexico and needed a place to stay. We love camping at KOA locations across the country, so we enjoyed staying at the Santa Fe Koa. The Best KOA showers I've ever experienced! The surprise upgraded camp site with electricity was appreciated for our camping equipment needs too.

This is one of my favorite KOA locations. The tent sites are spacious with pinion pine trees that offer shade. The bathrooms are updated and well maintained. Staff are friendly and the grounds are quite and clean. During summer stays, the evenings are very pleasant!

Stopped her for a night headed to Colorado! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the campground was very well maintained and had lots for kids to do !

My wife and I stayed here for about six months from December to July renting a site on a monthly basis while she was working as a travel nurse in Santa Fe. The park is clean and well maintained and the bathrooms are spotless. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe and there is easy access to amazing hiking in the mountains. Jessica and Chris were super accommodating and it was great to talk to them whenever we stopped by the office or bumped into them walking around the park. They made us feel very welcome the entire time we were there. There is a propane grill by the office that we used quite a bit for baking and grilling. Our van doesn't have an oven and we don't travel with a grill so it opened up a lot of options for cooking that we weren't able to do at other campgrounds. The campground is in a very safe area and we never had to worry about leaving our belongings unattended even when we were gone for days at a time on backpacking trips. My wife has a standing offer from the hospital to come back any time and we intend to return and stay at this KOA again.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. It was so peaceful at night and there was no road noise. Jessica the manager was great and gave us a little extra time after checkout so our kids could play at the playground before we got on the road. One of the guys there even offered us a kids tagalong bike because he saw we had bikes. (We would've brought it with us, but we had just bought a bike seat for the baby) They were both very kind and thoughtful people. Thank you for caring about your campers!! We look forward to our next visit and that one will be longer :D
