Very friendly staff, and they offered for purchase Pizza and wings the best thin crust pizza we have ever had. I will be back this way and sure to stop. I have told everyone I see to stop and stay here.

Quaint KOA. Would give full stars except my campground marker sticker was partially missing so o had to drive around many times to find my spot very late at night when I was tired and out of it. Otherwise a great experience!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Campground is immaculate. Bathrooms neat and clean. Fire pits clean and ready for the next fire. My first experience with KOA was fantastic. Highly recommend. They even had pizza and plenty of ice. Super thanks!

The staff is very polite and courteous. My wife and I have never been to a KOA before and the experience has been great. The showers and bathrooms are very clean. The property looks nice and is well taken care of. Nothing but great things to say about the staff and the overall experience . We will definitely be staying at another KAO in the future. This place is great!

The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating! He offered to stay late to make us a pizza and then hand delivered it to our campsite.

We arrived after office hours (which we mentioned in our reservation communication), located the paperwork next to the door and found our site. So excited to take a shower but we weren't given the code!! Fortunately, another camper up late had to use the facilities and gave us the code. Frustrating.

Bad wifi, tent site in the middle of RV, no chance to pin the tent in the gravel, tiny spot, dirty spot, no privacy, unfriedly staff

Thank you for staying with us. You had a water and electric site with trees on both sides. Our Wi-Fi is fantastic. (please see other reviews). You were here one night and had little interaction with the staff. We pride ourselves on good Customer service. Wish you the best!

We had a wonderful stay. Every staff member made us feel welcome. They have obviously invested in the campground to make it very nice. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast pizza was surprisingly delicious. Game room was a lot of fun and the kids enjoyed the playground.

Friendly staff and thankful they are animal lovers! Dry camped with my big dog. Dark sky! No lights or industry to spoil the star gazing if you can keep your eyes open from all the clean fresh air!

the KOA in Santa Fe was beautiful--better then expected. Very clean and the employees were wonderful and kind. Plus I liked that they had a little cafe in the KOA--i did not eat there but nice to know back up was close by.

The hosts here were amazing! You can tell they really try to make the campers' stay a good one. The tent spots are also nice; clean, shady. The vibe was chill and the night sky amazing. We would absolutely go back to this KOA

Plans fell through at another site so I called Santa Fe KOA. They made it sooo easy to arrive after hours! I love this facility, they always go above and beyond.

Plentiful of tent camp sites available. Most sites provide a good deal of visual privacy. However, they are cloistered close enough that you can hear most of what your neighbors say and do. Hence be prepared for silence only between 10:30 pm and 6:00 am. Also the WiFi is weak and not very functional most of the time.

The bathrooms were clean but the septic lagoon was having trouble and the oder was horrendous. Also zero shade we are tent campers and with the heat shade is a important factor

I arrived after hours but found my campsite easily. There was an overwhelming odor of sewer permeating the campground, that I discovered was from a sewer plant next to the campground. I couldn't sleep nor could I get any relief from the inexorable fetor of excrement that permeated the tent campsites. I finally just packed up all my gear and leaving with a headache and nauseated.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize for the smell. We have had extreme heat, which caused our lagoon to turn over. Your stay was fully refunded. We have worked very hard to correct the issue with the lagoon. We seem to be on the right track. Hope you will give us another try. We normally do not have this problem.

I am relatively new to the KOA experience but so far have not been disappointed. I appreciate the courtesy extended by the staff, the clean facilities as well the amenities such as laundry, pool, showers and the completeness of the sites with clean water and power and additional features based on where the location is situated. Keep up the good work.

Can’t say enough good things about this KOA location. My family and I have tent camped in over 17 countries and 35 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. This place was far and away the cleanest, neatest, best-kept campground we have ever stayed in. The staff was personable and welcoming, sites were clean, and the restroom/shower facilities were immaculate. We will return !

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
