Wish the Santa Fe Journey KOA had a pool.

By FAR one our FAVORITE KOA’s!! Very NICE, very CLEAN, & the hosts are the BEST!! While we may not have been real fans of the city- we’ve decided we’ll come back to see our new friends at the Santa Fe KOA as much as we can!! Game room is AWESOME! There are so many awesome things the camp offers and it’s clear this camp is 5-star in MANY ways! KS is t far away and we can’t wait to come ba

Great place to stay. Space was a little small but fit our van; just couldn’t move table very easily to allow for more space. Spigot dripped a bit at the post. No pool. Would stay again though. We enjoyed the community and location.

Fantastic, definitely the best KOA we've ever stayed at! Just lovely, really pleasant with lots of nice amenities, everything is in good condition, and there's even a little fenced-in area you can play with your dog off leash.

The owner and all of the staff at this KOA are wonderful. There was a challenge, but the owner was transparent, responsive, and kind about both explaining what was going on and offering compensation. It’s nice to feel safe, heard, and well taken care of. This KOA goes above and beyond in service and care. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome!! We booked the dog site and it was absolutely amazing. Our dogs were able to be off leash in our on private fenced in area. The man( I don't remember his name) who took us to our site was kind, helpful and super nice!

This was our second visit to this KOA. Very clean and well run. Very easy access to downtown (20 min) yet you feel outside of the congestion of the city.

We had a great stay at the Santa Fe KOA. The grounds were very well kept, everything at our site worked with no issues, and the wifi was amazing (caveat - we were right next to the wifi tower). The bathrooms and laundry facilities were immaculate, the playground was super fun, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we felt very comfortable there.

Thé cabin was neat and clean and the staff were very friendly. They even held a cookout for us on July 4th which was really great! The only drawbacks were the spotty/slow wifi, noisiness due to the proximity to the road, and no air conditioning unit in the cabin.

We came in at 10:30 on a Friday morning with the help of exploring Santa Fe before it got too hot and when we check in we were charged $15 “early check in” fee. We had reservations for that day. If the RV park was completely full could be justified but it wasn’t , so this was unexpected and an unrealistic charge. The staff was otherwise accommodating and pleasent

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This is a family-owned campground. We do not have a lot of staff. 11:00-1:00 is our time to clean up the campground for our next guest. This is a normal charge, that many campgrounds apply. Check in is at 1:00pm. You chose to pay the early fee. You were not forced to do so.

Highly recommend this park. Very clean and everyone was extremely helpful. In July fourth they served everyone hot dogs, chips and a drink. Great time! Awesome dog park! Will definitely be back in our journeys!

The KOA Santa Fe Journey is Fantastic. It is very clean and laid out well. We meet the owners and they are great people who care about their guests! We would highly recommend this KOA as the best we have ever stayed.

Enjoyed the free coffee, arcade games, bottled waters in the refrigerator. Campground and deluxe cabin were very clean. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great stay in Santa Fe.

I am relatively new to the KOA experience but so far have not been disappointed. I appreciate the courtesy extended by the staff, the clean facilities as well the amenities such as laundry, pool, showers and the completeness of the sites with clean water and power and additional features based on where the location is situated. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, very clean. Enjoyed the time we had, whether it was sitting have a cup of coffee or walking around the campground. Would definitely camp there again!!!

beautiful campground, well maintained. We arrived at 9 pm and when they realized we took a wrong turn to get to our campsite, the young man came out and led us to our site. Very helpful and friendly.

Loved this campground! The kids enjoyed the playground and game room. I thought we would miss that there wasn’t a pool, and we didn’t at all. Thank you to to the staff as they were very present. Campground was well maintained and clean!

The campground is about 10 miles out of the town of Santa Fe. It is in a beautiful setting with lots of trees and varied elevations for the campsites so they feel somewhat private. The patio sites are really nice and definitely worth the extra cost. We wished we had more time here.

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!
