Easter fun at the campground goes beyond one day. Join us for two weekends of Easter activities, including a giant egg hunt, crafts, bounce pillow time, petting zoo, outdoor movies, and special visits from the Easter Bunny. It’s a perfect spring escape for families who want festive fun and space to relax.


Activities run Friday through Sunday on both Easter weekend and the weekend prior.


2. Butter & Egg Days Parade and Festival

Location: Downtown Petaluma

Date: Saturday, April 19, 2025  

**Parade begins at noon**

One of the most iconic events in Sonoma County, the Butter & Egg Days Parade is a celebration of Petaluma’s agricultural roots and community pride. This lively event features over 100 floats, costumed characters, marching bands, and a huge downtown street fair with food vendors, crafts, and kid zones.


3. Apple Blossom Festival in Sebastopol

Location: Ives Park and Downtown Sebastopol

Dates: Saturday and Sunday, April 26–27, 2025

Spring blooms take center stage at Sebastopol’s Apple Blossom Festival, which features a colorful parade, local food and drinks, artisan vendors, and live music. The small-town charm and vibrant community make this event a great day trip from Petaluma KOA. Enjoy the Barlow while you're in town. The Barlow is packed with amazing find and entertainment.


4. Petaluma Creamery Visit  

Location: 521 1st St, Petaluma

Take a break from the festivities with a visit to the Petaluma Creamery, a historic local favorite offering artisan cheese, handmade ice cream, and fun for all ages. The Creamery is just steps from downtown Petaluma’s historic charm, perfect for a post-lunch stroll or sweet treat with the family.
