Nice clean park. All hook-ups in good condition and site was level. Nice quiet place. Plenty of room for our 5th wheel and truck. Plenty of room to maneuver big rigs.

We called for a reservation, left a voicemail. We arrived to find the office closed for the weekend. We filled out a Late Arrival envelop, but had no idea about the pool/hot tub gate codes, or shower/restroom information, or any amenities. The fenced dog park was nice, and our utilities worked. It would have been nice for the voicemail message or web to indicate CLOSED for the WEEKEND.

In 2020 this was a great place to stay, not so anymore. Personnel did not return my many phone calls. Office not open during the day. No maintenance program that I could see. Shower had sign “do not use this shower”, which was in place for the entire length of our stay. The one attendant was not helpful with a negative personality. We will not be using this park in the future.

We stayed 11 nights and had a wonderful time. The campground host was amazing considering the staffing shortage's. The park is extremely clean and the facilities were immaculate! We will be making this a regular stop in our journeys!!!

Rather barren mostly a huge gravel parking lot. Tent sites were tidy and clean but no privacy. No lights in one of the bathrooms which is a problem when it gets dark by 5 pm. OK for a night's stay.

I had a number of friends in RVs, but I was in a tent. I was in a completely separate area which made it inconvenient to spend time with them and be able to go back and get stuff from my own camp.

Unfortunately, the Salome KOA did not match the description given on the KOA website. We cannot understand how the Salome KOA received a rating of 4 1/2 stars and two 2021 KOA awards (the reason we booked our reservation). Staff was extremely rude & charged us $10 to move to safer location tho park was 90% empty!! Said only “premium” location available. Have already cancelled future reservat

Clean, large sites, but lonly one tree in the whole place. Managment is super rude. I called the after hours number when we arrived (6pm). They didn't even say hello, they just started yelling there better be a fire or this better be a 911 emergency. That is a horrible way to treat your guest. If you need to stay in this area go to Rambling Roads down the street, they are friendly and have trees

We stopped for the night. It is a large park, but was almost empty. I’m sure folks will be arriving soon. Easy check in, clean and fairly quiet.

The manager never opens office, there was cactus cut back and left all over paths. The gates to the pool were locked open so the didn’t latch. Very unsafe for children. The bathrooms were not clean.

Stayed 4 nights for a break on the way to Tucson. Big level sites. All utilities worked fine. Wifi not so much but I had good AT&T. Not much in the area, just a small market, a cafe, and a small bar. Management friendly, nice landscaping, good laundry facilities. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great overnight location and park. Tent sites ok, bit open, every site is, but good location in park. Clean, comfortable. Great overnight stop on way to Joshua Tree.

place looks like Michael Myers bought a drive in movie and put up a KOA sign. Stayed for 4 days only saw an employee once when I went out 2 hrs after the power,wi-fi and water went out. Tried every number on the check in office none of them worked.If you are looking to be ALONE in the desert this is the place for you.

We canceled our reservation 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. No one has answered the phone or called us back either. I know there was virus issues, but there should have been someone taking care of cancellation. I emailed seversl times and we called a lot of times. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!

we d booked 2 nights arrived to find the pool was locked game room locked up called the 2 phone numbers on the office door no one ever returned our calls. we just stayed 1 night and left . terrible way to run a business.

Reservation by phone? NO. Made it online. Could not put in for discount. Due to Covid the office is NOT open on the weekends and NOT ONE of your PHONE NUMBERS worked! Managers number discontinued! The other numbers nothing,never found Mike listed for help. Our paperwork was not in box. WE picked a spot even though it stated it was full. Disappointed in YOUR KOA! Bad customer service. More to say.

You quadruple billed me and nobody answers the phone to reimburse me..after Cathy called me to say it was a training error even. I’m having to report it to my bank as fraud. You need your old friendly, competent staff back. Regards,

Made our reservation on the KOA APP. We arrived, office was closed, no paperwork, no message…. Sent email to KOA-no answer. Only one other RV. No people. No Wifi access. Spooky! Hook-ups worked. Bathroom open, clean. Later, on the campground’s website, we found out that the place was closed due to COVID until 9/20. Yesterday, long after our stay, we received the receipt + welcome email. Weird!

Unfortunately, we had some trouble that delayed the start of our trip, so we weren’t able to stay at the park. It looked very nice when we passed it on our way to our final destination.

Very comfortable relaxing stay and cool location with many trails. The pool, bathrooms and laundry areas are always clean, cleanest pool and hot tub ever seen with always perfect temperatures. David and his crew are extremely pleasant, always on site, and available to help with anything at anytime.

We stayed for two nights in our tent on our way to California. Check in was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Site was clean but not a lot of shade. There is a great pool and hot tub to relax with umbrellas. We also enjoyed the common area and the gaming room. Bathrooms were totally fine and there is a small market were you can walk to with a some hot options to eat as well.

This is a KOA RV Campground David the manager is a great guy and he has a great team working with him the bathrooms and the shower houses are very clean the swimming pool area is nice and clean they go out of their way helping you if you are down this way make sure you camping stop in here they will do everything in their powers to help you out they are great I really hate i have to leave tomorrow but my wife and I have to hit the road we have to get back to Ohio to our family but you bet I'll be back thanks David 😊
