I read some negative reviews before I booked the site and read some positive reviews too. But I decided to give a try. Tent site was spacious, but not clean. Maybe there was some kinds of party prior to us. There were lots of sprinkles and party stuffs on the ground. The people right behind us did not follow the quiet time hour and they were so loud until 1am.

Front desk staff/store staff are not welcoming at all. Irritable and grumpy, seemed constantly inconvenienced by the guests staying there. Not good representatives of the KOA campground or brand.

This time the experience at the Lebanon camp site, wasn’t to good, checking was a bad experience, after we got In they gave me a site that was occupied and I drove for about and hour looking for the site, finally after a few calls some y pickup the overnight phone, it was a very difficult time for us , a rude manager and one of the staff told me I couldn’t park in one of the side, money waist.

Our stay was awful the employees except 2 were all rude the water slide was broken and hurt my back the staff in the office lied and told 3 out of the five ppl a different story and the bathrooms were gross on top of that a water main broke so we had no water for the day and then the next day they were digging out the septic .....and enter the river at your own risk a huge snapper turtle lives the

There was no security/access to the camp. Anyone could just enter the campground at any tim. And they did! All night until at least 3 am there were cars driving in and out, flashing headlights to a particular campsite #85 that was clearly dealing drugs. There was absolutely no enforcement of rules of quiet time or anything else. The teenagers running the ropes course were making out and vaping

Staff was vocally complaining about lack of pay& uninterested in helping people, no one cleaning sites between campers, no security (druggies at site next to us w/guests coming and going all hours of the night), activities closed often due to lack of staffing (even when employees were hanging around on their day off), overall the whole place was pretty dirty. Potential but lots of work to be done.

Everything was amazing. Jen at the desk is so nice and helpful. Plus she is literally always working so every time you go in the store you are guaranteed a smile from her. Clean all around. Pools great and lazy river was a blast. Kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you everyone at salmon river KOA.. for making our vacation a wonderful memory. We’ll be back next year!

We booked two sites next to each other on a single reservation but upon arrival one of them was automatically moved across the camp ground. Luckily they were able to move it back, but that system needs to be fixed -many weren’t so lucky. Our deluxe tent sites were nice, but bathrooms were closed for long periods of time, staff were not present where they have been in past visits, etc. OK over al

We had a wonderful stay, plan on going back next summer with our new daughter. Our kids had so much fun with all the different activities. Loved the splash pad, water slide, and river. Didn’t get a chance to try out the mini golf due to rain storm. I wish I knew about the golf carts ahead of time, but I will for next time. There should be something put on the website about renting them.

We had a great time I love the 2 swimming pools and my kids loved the waterside I like how close everything is and all the different things you can do there and it's a fairly quiet campground so not too crazy.

Our cabin had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was trash under the bed and in the upper window in the bathroom. The screen door was falling apart. The cabin door handle was loose and falling out and the hinges were so loud we needed to go get wd40 to fix it. There was a bug lack of shade at our friends site. Also the big open area near the pool and playground was in much need of some landscaping

I called the day before our check-in and left two messages, which were never returned. I also called on the drive up and left a third message which was also not returned. We were charged $30 to keep an extra car for the weekend, which we would not have brought had they returned my call with that question. Our stay was okay. It’s unfortunate that others didn’t follow the quiet hours. We were constantly woken throughout the night by cars and golf carts driving by with their lights going right into our tent. Our site was all dry dirt which made for a very messy stay. We were also disappointed that there were limited crafts and organized activities.

Stay was very nice however the older lady at the front seat was not so nice she told my aunt she had to pay for a second car on her lot but everyone else had two cars she was not very nice also asked to change sites because we did not think the site they gave her was big enough for the camper the lady said no other sites available when there were but everyone else was very pleasant

Overall pretty decent stay :) campground was super super dusty which made it hard to pack eveything and have eveything be so dirty. No one obeys the speed limits. Everyone rips 20mph with kids running around and management doesn't care. Last thing. Is golf carts booked out till Monday even tho their was plenty up front not being used . Not as good as I remember!

Fun pool time. The kid events could use improvement my kids had no interest. The quiet hours need to be enforced I was up till 10:30 listening to a party happening, my kids were very upset wanting to go to bed.

The staff was sadly not the friendliest and our site looked like the last group checked out and no one came to clean up the camp site before we arrived. It was nothing to the point where I did not enjoy my stay but I would also never go again.

My kids had so much fun! So many great activities to keep them busy! The bags of different rocks was a huge hit the whole family loved doing them! We have been looking for the perfect seasonal spot for next year and we are calling for more info!!

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
