Stayed the last weekend of Season. Disappointed to find pool with slide and outdoor hot tub closed down "for repairs" . Nowhere on the website or the many confirmation emails was this mentioned. Would have reconsidered our stay had we known. When asked at check out if we enjoyed our stay, said would have been better if pool/hot tub open, "I'll let them know" was reply. Shameful

We were a bit disappointed there were no pans to use in the oven nor any kitchen towels to use. There was also a bunch of trash along the water behind the cabin. Other KOA's that we have been to had been spotless and provided everything in a deluxe cabin.

It was awesome!!!! Everyone is so friendly. I called while staying there because our oven wasn’t working in the cabin we were staying in. They were there to look at it within 10 mins. Fortunately we had rented 2 cabins so we were fine. I’m already booked For next year!!! I plan to go here for all my trips!!!!!

Our stay was fantastic! We returned for our 2nd time and will continue to return. I just wish that you would share your list of scheduled activities ahead of time via email to those who are booked to stay so people can plan accordingly.

I stayed Columbus Day weekend in the new deluxe cabin and found it covered in carpenter ants daily Alive/ dead ants in beds and on floors Took pictures of the grossness I Totally understand I’m in the woods and there are plenty of bugs but they shouldn’t be in a brand new cabin. I’ve stayed in a deluxe cabin and rv in the past and never experienced ants all over.

Check in was extremely easy. We were very pleased with our Deluxe Cabin. The location was fantastic. The staff we dealt with (Jaime, Jen, Parker) were all absolutely awesome and fun to deal with. We've already booked our stay again for next year.

Great stay. It was disappointing to learn at checkin that the hot tub was closed. The website needs updating for hours as well as what is included with deluxe cabin rentals.

Our family and friends loved our time in Lebanon Koa ON SALMON FALLS RIVER. The staff was friendly and the amenities were in good condition and clean. I can't wait for the pool with the big slide to be open again.

The stay was fantastic! The only problem was lighting. There was absolutely no lighting on the outside of our cabin!!

We had an amazing time this past weekend. We rented the deluxe cabins with 10 other families. Our kids ran around and played tag and other outdoor games. We didn’t see any of the kids glued to their phones and adult sat around fires, cooked out and enjoyed each other. This s our 2nd year and we already have plans to do it again next year.

The safari tent, campground, and staff were wonderful. My only complaint is the noise from the Flat Rock Bridge Rd both nights cars and motorcylces were racing and squealing tires at 1am.

I was disappointed that the pool and water slide were closed for reno. It's one of the main reasons we chose this facility. The cabin was a bit dirty and run down. The ceiling fans were so laden with dust that it was literally dripping off the blades, the bathroom vent was caked with dust as was the top of the fridge. All 3 blinds in the living room were broken, the porch door screen needed repair

Our cabin and amenities were beyond our expectations. Very clean facilities. We had a great experience during our stay.

The walls of the cabin we rented were covered in mud, food, paint, & torn. Staff stated they were already aware of the issue. We didn’t know that the pool and water slide were closed for repairs until we arrived. We were at the campground for dog weekend and there were only two activities for the dogs to do and didn’t include going into one of the pools, just a small kiddie pool in the dog par

I love that there was an activity schedule & rain schedule just in case. Our cabin was efficient but definitely in need of work. There was a very noticeable level change in the floors. Aside from that we love the haf cabins and visit multiple times every year!

Glamp tents were super close together with loud neighbors who were not kind about being close to others, checking wasn’t ready for after hrs check in, wasn’t told ahead that a pool/hot tub/ splash pad was closed… office staff when reached were very kind

Check in was a mess. Store was closed no papers outside, then given the wrong cabin. Second cabin also wasn’t the cleanest, things didn’t work fully. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend.

Had a campin cabin. Usually linens were provided before( at least towels and face cloths), but not this time. For the price I paid I had no linens, our cabin reeked of urine as soon as you stepped in and no cable at all. Couldn't even connect to it. I think if you are going to come, better off tenting it or glamping. At least our glamping tent had linens and towels the month before and was cheaper

Cabins weren't cleaned, floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty, the garbage barrel had fungus and it smelled bad, the pullout couch was stained and extremely dirty that we had to use our air mattress.

I really liked everything except people walking on our campsite whenever they wanted. The worst case was this teenager passing through while I was holding my doodle. My doodle was barking at him because it was nighttime and he obviously is a stranger. The kid was only a couple feet away from where we were having our fire. There really needs to be rules or signs to respect other guests boundaries.

My family loves the safari tents we have been renting multiple sites for years. Koa needs to focus on the porch furniture paying for a glamping experience to have a used wooden shower seat as a end table and unmatched chairs I feel for the price for the glamp attention is needed for the little touches- some tents has 1 chair or no table not consistent. The details are important

We had a great time at the KOA this past Labor Day weekend. The place had plenty of activities for the kids and adults and was very clean. We were disappointed in the camp store as it did not offer a lot of items in need. We were also very disappointed in the staff. They were very rude and unhelpful. We could not get a straight or accurate answer on the simplest of questions.

The deluxe cabin was cozy and met all of our needs. The staff on site are friendly, helpful and professional. The only inconvenience was we could not get our TVs to work and connect to our hotspot on our cell phones. Maintenance did come twice to assist to us but after the fact the TVs did not work It would have been helpful due to having a young child who likes to watch TV before bedtime.

Kids were disappointed the lazy river was closed for a few days. Had to pay for use of linen when I think we pay quite a bit eo the deluxe rv rental. We did have a lovely time though .

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
