Was a great time until the rain started and then it became a washout with a small pond quickly growing under our tent. Since it wasn't thunder and lightening the pool was still open so was able to send kids to pool while I packed up early. They loved it.

This is a wonderful place for families with lots of things to do for kids.We celebrated our daughters birthday there this weekend. Only recommendation we would like to make is to please keep the store open longer especially on Sundays. You could have made a huge profit on Sunday when a group of 40 showed up and didn’t have any wood plus they along with the rest of us would have loved an icecream

Absolutely a perfect place if you have kids. And if the kids are happy then the adults can relax. They have everything you need to have a fun filled time. Showers and bathrooms are always clean. Sites are perfectly portioned. There is so much to do hard to squeeze it in. If you forget anything the store has all your needs.

I had a great time! Pool where the hot tub is was kind of cold, but overall, had an awesome time. It was my first time there and will be back again!

Clean facilities, lots of amenities. The only reason I was dissatisfied at all was 313 and 315 are side by side and it was difficult to figure out which site was which. Only one table and fire pit between the two. Didn't make sense. I pitched my tent and other campers showed up and it was awkward because we didn't know where we were supposed to be.

Friday when we got there and brought the kids to the playground. A guy driving a green Chevy (I think he might be a seasonal/worker) sped around a car and probably went Atleast 20 mph down the straight away. Thankfully both of my kids weren’t near or in the road or else it could’ve been a lot worse.

We have tried so many Koa campgrounds in the past years. This one has the most activities for our kids, which is what we're looking for. I would give 5 stars, but a few cons should be improved. 1. Sites are so close to each other. 2. Certainly, need more bathrooms. We went early spring, shouldn't be crowded yet, but we had to waits so long. PLEASE build more bathrooms �� �

Loved my stay and coming back again.. wish I would have been notified about the water slide not working but it wasn’t a make it or break it. Staff were amazing and helpful!

So disappointed with the Rustic cabin-no shade, no privacy, bee-infested blowing sand covered site- even though all around us were empty newer private cabins with tree cover NO SAND filled with BEES. And I was never told pools wouldnt be open and charged with resort fees? For what? We have been coming here for 30+ years, I called many times to be sure all was good and got a dif answer ea time

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the campground. I was curious why the women that checked us in told us there were no sites left “across the street” (except the site we had). When there were a ton of empty tent sites through the weekend.

Stayed for two days over the weekend with two kids. We had a lot of fun, there is plenty of great activities at the campground. Kids' favorite was the long waterslide. Most amenities are in good shape. I wish the communication regarding the amenities were a little clearer. i.e. the rope course was closed for the season and water slide hours/breaks were not posted anywhere. Ranger Mike is awesome!

bathrooms were nasty, workers were banging their girlfriends until 4 am loudly, golf carts not charged for pickup, ropes course not running, no ice or wood delivery! used to love this campground don’t know if we will return! we brought 2 additional families with us this trip and for all the hype we gave them you fell really short compared to what it used to be!

There was no staff on property at 4am so I dont think that was staff. ropes had a schedule posted in the store and on the ropes course. we were not able to deliver ice or wood at that time.

My family of 5 plus my best friend and her daughter had a great stay this past weekend (9/9-9/11)! Relaxing and fun was had by all! Will be back next year!

Lebanon is a large KOA split on either side of the road. If you're looking for family friendly with lots of activities, Lebanon is the spot. However, the lots are very close together and there is 0 privacy. It was KOA weekend so I'd like to attribute all the noise to that, but overall 3/5.

The sites are not that close together. Only in certain areas there are 10' that separates sites. Then it is 30'40'

Ropes course closed on the day we had reservations with no one to cover for the employee who was out, no disc golf to be found, carousel closed apparently, couldn't redeem our $25 of arcade tickets because no attendant, and we couldn't even try the hot tub because it was packed full (with kids) none of the rules seemed to be enforced like alcohol around pools. Could be SO good but lacked a lot.

Ropes course had specific hours posted. There was a flu like illness on the property during this time and staff were out. We did have pool attendants working and are always having to remove the kids from the hot tub. this is continual throughout the day. No alcohol signs have been posted and enforce

We were able to check in early which was nice and appreciated. Unfortunately, there are NO rules at this campground. Our site sat in front of the largest puddle in the park and it was a HUGE attraction for children driving golf carts at speeds way above 5mph. Was told by a security guard that emptying trash cans "was above his paygrade". Bathrooms were gross most of the stay.

We had security working to stop all of the kids on golf carts, this was a challenge every single day. The previous security guard was also terminated as he was not doing his job.

Great campground with tons of kids activities. Honestly the only downside for the whole trip was the noise level at night. Quite hour starts far to late and people with golf carts driving around all hours of the night with loud music, screaming, and drinking. Tough place to tent camp with small children with the noise.

The campground is family and kid friendly. While we understand the it is the end of the season, most of the staff are burnt out and either inattentive to their job, rude or just don't care. Some are friendly and do care. The grounds are kept up very well and clean, including the bathrooms. Plenty of activities to do for everyone. Need more gold carts too!

My two boys were SO EXCITED to do the ropes course. I was never told you needed to make reservations there wasn't a sign anywhere or any information about where you'd even sign up tor reserve. The front desk staff just said they don't run that and didn't provide anymore information. There was SOOOOO many black flies floating around in BOTH pools it was disgusting. The bathrooms were also gross.

operating hours are posted on the ropes course and in the office, there is no reservations needed. pools are cleaned every morning. bathrooms are also cleaned on a daily schedule.

Was really disappointed in the kids driving around on golf carts all hours of the night being loud and rude ( yelling, cussing) also the adults were too but mostly kids. Even after quiet time. They were driving very fast and almost hit my car several times and my child who was playing at our camp site. Bathrooms were very gross and dirty and closest showers were disabled. Was very unhappy

We did have issues with a few golf carts and we had the golf carts taken away from the kids. Bathrooms are cleaned 5 times daily. Pool showers were disabled due to technical issue.

Salmon Falls River is a nice campground with many amenities but during my visit it was a bit understaffed. The ropes course was closed one day because there is only one operator. We had very loud neighbors who were up at 5 am and screaming at their kids. During the week, the grounds really cleared out and it was pleasant!

There was plenty for my children to do and stay occupied. I loved that the store sells just about everything you might need for camping. Staff was very friendly. My specific site was pretty close to a bathroom and I liked the convenience of that. My kids had plenty of fun. I will definitely return!

Other than one night of loud neighbor after quiet time, our stay despite heavy rain two nights was Awesome. The staff, the campground as a whole was well maintained, improvements being worked on, staff on ropes course went above and beyond and made our families stay something to brag about, and office and store employees also were great and helpful. Mini golf and pools and arcade were great also.

Nice area campground is nice , issue is it’s not managed well, many issues…. rules are not inforced especially quiet hours, camp store opens and closes when they want, felt like no one wanted to do there job , unlikely we would return….

Only think negative was the groups of people near us allowing their children to beep their car horns at 11:45 pm. Or setting their car alarms off. With a family campground and tent camping it is very disrespectful

Trash everywhere, loud music day and night. The camp store closed early every day without warning, unsupervised children, domestic disputes, witnessed teenagers fist fighting, unleashed barking dogs. Most disgustingly, a KOA staff member was caught taking unsolicited photos of children on the playground and attempting to lure them away from the play structure. Please contact us about a refund.

Site wasnt even on the map and was a pond so we couldnt set up a tent only a hammock, my friend was on the other side of the campground and also paid less than I did (??)

We were displeased with the site we received.. not only was it not cleaned ( bottle caps, utensils..etc) it was #73. with a bunch of rocks and roots.. at an incline and because at the bottom of the incline we got washed out when it rained.. sad part the perfectly fine site across from us was empty the whole time we were there.also not pleased with the kids allowed in the hot tub.couldn’t enjoy i

Multiple staff (minors) commented that they were behind in getting paid. Water slide attendants on cell phones. Site not cleaned between uses (trash in fire pit and in woods). Frequently smelled of dog feces, daughter multiple times rode in dog feces that wasn’t picked up. Loud. Cars did not obey speed limit.

I was very disappointed when we went to our tent site and saw how small it was. Our site was 88 and full of roots. Our neighbors were on top of us. They were smoking weed all weekend long. They had music playing all night long. I went and complained about it. No one came up there all weekend to say anything to them. I have three children and we couldn't even stay on our site.

For a 300 site BIG campground... PROS: Bath houses clean. Staff was friendly. Lots to do, if you want to do it. Tent sites were under trees and protected from the sun. Well stocked camp store. Arcade was fun. CONS: Call center was not knowledgeable about this specific campground. Prefer calling the campground directly. Wish the golf cart option was offered upon reservation. Was a good wknd!

We had 2 nights at a tent sites with friends (3 sites all together). The only hassle was that when we registered we were careful to ask for 3 adjoining sites, but when we arrived we had been assigned all over. Luckily another group was there wanting to move at the same time as we arrived and it worked out just fine. Otherwise the bathhouses were convenient and amenities great!

We had a bees nest under our counter. We were staying at a deluxe tent site that should have had lighting but had none. We didn’t realize until nighttime that there was no lighting, and we had only 2 small flashlights. We let the staff in the office know about both issues, however nothing was taken care of before our departure.

Loved the area and extra stuff. Yellow jackets need to be treated though. There was a lot of them and one of the kids got stung. We used spray and electric zappers but they were everywhere.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
