We had a great time and plan to come back again next year. Our only down fall to the stay was the theft of my daughter's Trek bicycle, it would be wonderful if it turned up but given the bike that it is I am sure it was stolen to resale.

Sites were dirty when we showed up , cigarette butts all over the ground .Roots ,stumps and very uneven ground to camp on ,road that cuts through campground is a local speedway for cars trucks and motorcycles golf carts riding and playing music all night well after quiet time

I would NEVER stay here again. Bathrooms are gross and need to be attended more than once/day. Trash EVERYWHERE! Pool never cleaned. No one enforcing rules. River entrance for tubing is dangerous. Website is misleading. Workers (besides Erika and house keepers) lazy and miserable. Conflicting information given. Took 3 days, 9 phone calls to get someone on the phone. River views? Overgrown brush.

Our site was 157 it used to be a perfect spot but now all the golf traffic makes it noisier as they fly by go to fast I would recommend someone to start watching these golf carts before someone gets hurt almost had a lady crash into the trees in my site cause she was going to fast and miss the turn plus all the dust they throw up in the air makes me not want to call there anymore

The employee who checked us in was awesome. This KOA campground offered so much for the kids to do. We will for sure stay here again!

ropes - rules changed, limited hours. crafts for kids were 5 min max, not much crafting to be done. kids lost interest fast. people driving way to fast with lots of kids around on bikes. bathrooms were shutdown for cleaning but didn’t look clean right after cleaning was finished. packed in like sardines from thursday to sunday. quiet time rule was not enforced.

The office staff and security staff were friendly and helpful. We have been camping at this location for 13 years now and the activities and activity staff this year were noticeably lacking. The scheduled "pick up games" were unstaffed and no equipment available. We had to use our soccer ball for the kick ball game. When the staff was there, she appeared to hate their jobs and snap at the kids oft

We have stayed at many koas across the country and this was by far the most disorganized. Activities didn't start on time, Wednesday nights movie was supposed to have free popcorn staff didn't know anything about it. Both bathrooms were out of toilet paper which wouldn't have happened if they did clean them every couple hours as posted. Not one staff smiled. Very disappointed!! Wont recommend

Not the best KOA we’ve stayed in. Cable would not work, ask for help and a nice man tried. Called in a maintenance request and no one showed up. awful flooding at the campsite. Poor drainage could use some gravel to help as it was literally ankle deep. There just doesn’t seem to be enough adult staff around. Golf carts are out of control/accident waiting to happen.

This was our third time at this campground and we enjoyed our stay once again. Many fun activities for families. There are many rules, but most people did not seem to respect them and campground staff did not say anything! Perhaps KOA should invest in more staff to improve the cleanliness of the pools and grounds as this is a large campground. We might return next year.

We had raw sewage on our site. We tried to clean it the best we could. I went to the store and bought bleach I cleaned feces, toilet paper etc off the site. I asked for a new site the next day. I was charged for the better site. Trash by the pools were overflowing. Everything else was great. My daughter rented a cabin and it wasn't cleaned until after 5 pm on checkin day.

We booked a 7 day, extended to 9, weather perfect 90+ temps , pools were Great, Staff did well trying to keep up with sand from kids entering from the bounce pad and volleyball court, Parents should do better at rinsing kids off before letting them swim, Actually parents, just do better at watching your kids, don't rely everyone else to watch them, Its a Campground not a Daycare , watch your kids

We had a good time.I do wish there was a bit more organized activities that would get people into playing . The kids carnival was a cute event. We wish to come back next summer with hopes the river is higher to float . This would be our 4th summer coming back and bringing more friends each time but nobody wants to pay a $60 lock in fee. This is much higher then others

Trash on RV site when we arrived. Very loud on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Too many golf carts drving around by irresponsible people. Kids loved it. We really enjoyed this campground last year and were really looking forward to it again. Unfortunately, management must have changed.

My three day weekend started out with a site 113 that is set up entirely backwards to most campers. that made my water, Electric, and sewer site a w/e only with the sewer hookup too far away and at the bottom as my stairs to be useful. I was willing to accept that it would be fine until halfway through the second day sewerage started to come up from the ground and distroyed my 8 x 20 rug Not good.

Not a great stay. There is minimal oversight and rule enforcement. Poor behavior on behalf of guests. Children allowed to run amuck around campground. Driving golf carts for joyriding including witnessing young children driving them. Had to call police on fellow campers for violent behavior. Unacceptable and would not recommend this campground to others.

this was our second time there it started out just 3 campers last year and this year we had 5 campers and next year we are booked for 7 campers. The only thing i didn't like are the kids driving the golf carts they go to fast and there out way too late at night. and the kids playing foot ball in the big pool should be not balls in the pools

The only issue we had at site 416 is the complete lack of WIFI. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Love the pools, hot tub, slide and the site was level. The store was fully stocked with anything that you would need and campground was close to stores if you need something else. The golf cart traffic and speed were an issue. And the bathrooms need to be tended too more often for supplies, clogs and general cleanliness.

We had a not so nice experience checking in with a lady Erika , but checkout was amazing with Nicole ! We luv visiting this campground every year and honestly, everyone has always been amazing except the one lady .

This was our third stay and this year we stayed in a different spot. This particular location was at the center of everything which was great. The weather was hot and the site had no shade. Ugh... Recreation staff were great. The carnival was amazing the tie dye was fun. Kids loved the pools, slide, and the ice cream, the Cotton Candy flavor was their favorite. Thanks for a week of fun.

We have stayed at this campground many times but this time the lake of response to the bathroom was horrible. Also the pool had so many bugs that a guest actually went and asked for a screen to clean it. My kids love it here but for price and lack of response to simple things we may not come back. I plan to contact the individual owner

Stayed only one night. I didn’t feel like things were marked out very well to the sight or even parking to register, very confusing to me. Your people were extremely helpful. The dump site for black water and gray water was full and this was Saturday morning. Over all it was ok not great.

Every visit here is more disappointing than the last. Restrooms dirty/no toilet paper. Hot tub dirty at morning opening. Security gates are always broken. Unwritten rules being enforced while written rules are ignored. Not enough umbrellas at either pool. Campsites not cleaned between guests. Water lines between sites leaking. Exposed sewer pipes where campers set up. Was better when private owned

I was not given directions to my site. I was giving the wrong code for the gate and I had friends staying at a different site. I asked if they could be closer to us and was told the sites were all booked. I stayed Thursday-Monday and there were 2 sites near me open the whole stay

Management was very accommodating. Went to our site, found that it wouldn’t work because of the hook up locations were opposite on our RV. Went back to the office and they immediately changed my site. However, kids are speeding around on golf carts. Unchecked. Packed! It is definitely better than the first time I stayed there

Had an amazing stay. We loved the two pools, water slide, ropes course, jump pad, anrcade and tubing in the river. The sites are big and clean. My husband was bored as he likes to fish and the “fishing pond” is no more. Also the “pond” in the mini golf area had almost no water and was filled with leaves and trash. Hard to mini golf with tree nuts and rocks in the way. Only food on site is

We had a great experience! Initially was worried as the septic location was 30 feet away from the back side of the camper, which we were not equipped to support. Spoke with Steve, the GM, and worked out a solution very quickly. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only down check, out of the KOA control, was the fishing pond was less than desirable and we were not able to fish. We’ll be back!

We’ve stayed here a few years ago and it was nice, I guess it’s better to be on the other side right along the river. This time we had a late arrival, our paperwork wasn’t left out in the late arrival box, luckily a KOA staff member was going by and called someone to tell us our site. Surrounded by tenters who stayed up WAY past quiet time blaring music. Pee all over toilet. Pools very dirty

We had a great stay! The site was great, the kids loved using the golf cart and the pool. The pool with the slide was a bit cloudy and looked not super inviting a couple of the days. The kids were also bummed that the carousel wasn't working. Thanks for a fun time!

Our 3rd stay there and always have a good time, however this time, the pools could really use a cleaning. There were piles of sand and gross hair in the big pool and my kids said they couldn't even see their feet in the small pool. My other complaint is about the golf carts. It took 3 to find one that worked and they were filthy. For the price, it should be better maintained.

Office staff who assisted us with securing our site over the phone was rude. Pools & restrooms were gross and the mini golf area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last season. Golf carts were extremely dirty with caked on dirt and trash in them. First one was either not charged or broke. When paying the hefty fee to rent a golf cart they should be cleaned and fully charged.

1. Answer your phone and return messages. I called 5+ times to alter my reservation and never got a person. I left several messages over several days and never received a call back. 2. The pools (both) are filthy. The water was cloudy, there was hair everywhere and sand all over the bottom. My kids went to the slides once and wouldn't go back because they said pool was gross. Do better.

Some of staff seemed to be to young or not trained very well as to the rules n’ regulations of the campground. Also campers n’ what seemed to be seasonal campers were traveling way to fast in there vehicles n’ golf carts, also many underaged kids driving golf carts all around the campground!

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
