Great stay as always! We have been coming here for over 20 years each summer and KOA has truly made amazing improvements!! We are hoping to book another stay for Labor Day weekend!! : )

We had a nice time. My only complaint is the the sites are very close together and cramped. We loved the glamping tent, but could've liked a little bit of a sit outside the tent as well.

There are a few things that we get disappointed/aggravated about: we pay a lot, a lot more than other campgrounds and we are willing to do that, but we would love to have ALL of the resort activities available. The kids were so disappointed that the ropes course was closed for more than 1/2 our stay. And only 2 umbrellas for the entire pool area? Charge more, but please provide more.

Staff, much more than several recent years, were lovely. Pleasant to deal with but seemed to genuinely enjoy being there! Facilities were very nice overall with the exception of several beer bottles' worth of broken glass left in our site. Really wish bathrooms would not be cleaned early morning. Illogical timing when EVERYONE will need them. This was our 12th year! See you next year!!

We rented a RV. Too many issues, granted was reimbursed for all the inconvenience. However in the future. I’d replacement them with more cabins. Been coming here for 25 plus years and will be back again next year.

We had an Amazing time, this was our first time staying there. We rented a cabin and it was nice and cozy!I would like to give a shout out to Cedric, he was so helpful and a great guy!!!

My children and I have been camping here for the past 6 years and this year was by far the best! We wait for the 40-50% Black Friday deal as I’m a disabled single mom n can only afford to camp with that discount. All staff were pleasant and helpful especially Teresa, and Erika in the store n the maintenance guy with the cute little dog. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Check in was at 3 we got there at 3 and was told we couldn’t get in for another hour. When we asked which one we were in they said 124 but when we had called in January they told us we were in 441 with the rest of our friends who had booked. So they had to switch and then said that one would not be ready for another 2 hours. I would like someone to contact me to discuss further.

I have been camping at this KOA for the past 7 years with multiple family members and we get multiple sites. This year there was so many issues. I came in at 3 to check in and was told our glamping tent was not going to be ready until after 5. The site was not ready until 5:45pm. Our outside electricity was not working, we lost a whole breakfast because of it and we were feeding 8 kids and 4 adult

Arrived at 3 for check in and cabin was not ready. We had to wait an hour for our cabin and then the bedroom had a giant hole in the wall from someone’s head according to the front desk when I called it in. We also did not have a screen door at the time of arrival and it wasn’t attached until the next afternoon. Asked for light at volleyball area and was told it broke last year

we stayed in a small cabin near the fishing pond and loved it. This will be our new choice of where to stay. It was really hot all week so stuck to swimming over most of the activities but plenty of other things to do. The manager at the store (Erika I believe was her name) was amazing and helped me multiple times and my daughter kept saying how nice she was. Excellent customer service!

I started off not being able to check in on time it was very short staff so hour and half after I was able to check in . My Safari tent had some trash left behind the lamps and in trash can . My second day there my tent zipper broke and I was told they couldn't move us we had to stay there there was no place for us to move. For the younger kids there fun activities but lack of for older

Our family has stayed at King & Queen's Court / Flat Rock / Lebanon KOA for over 10 years, and still can't find another campground that offers the same amenities as Labanon KOA. It would be nice if they offered more prepared food choices (currently only offering pizza) and family movies, but it's just a minor complaint.

Rented a cabin. 2 TV's, no cable or internet. Pictures online of the campground do not represent what you really have. Groceries in the store were very minimal. No security.

The delux cabins were not very clean the floors, balcony, bathroom all of it was not thoroughly cleaned. The pools were also dirty and even the laundry room was very filthy. The beds in the cabin were very thin and uncomfortable and the delux cabins are very expensive the least they could do is have more comfortable beds. The cabinets were falling off it was just all very disappointing.

I love this KOA. I have been to several others and this one is by far the best. The staff, amenities and activities are amazing and fun. We used to be a small group and I keep recommending this place to others and our group has grown from 2 tent sites to 4 deluxe cabin rentals. We are looking forward to going again and the group will be bigger. Thank you.

The playground near the bigger pool has a worn, broken bench to sit on. The umbrella is also broken. Last year and this year there was a sewer leak near our group of cabins that wasn't dealt with until we notified someone. I feel that it seems to be a recurring issue, therefore there should be a proactive response rather than a reactive one. The activities are dis-organized and lack enthusiasm

Some of the activities were poorly executed in terms of supplies and environments. Our accomodations had a hole in the wall and a spongy floor from water damage.

The campground itself was beautiful and overall we enjoyed are stay. The staff working the front desk attempted to be helpful however booked us for the wrong days. Rich the assistant GM was an absolute nightmare to work with and entirely unresponsive. He avoided answering any questions and left us wondering if we would be able to stay until the very last minute. Great campground bad manager

The employees are so kind and friendly. The deluxe cabins are amazing. Best cabins so far. No TV at all. When we asked about the TV we were told not all cabins have cable and with no WiFi at the site we could not use TV. Would like to see more kid friendly crafts during the week. Most of the calendar events were geared towards sports. All in all I would recommend this campground.

Staff were great. Cabins were nice. There is new management this year so some of the amenities were changed without notice which would have been nice to know before hand so I could have planned better. Stayed over the 4th of July week so of course it's busy but the staff did a good job trying to keep up with things.

This was my first stay .. my kids had the time of their life ages ranging from 1-13 . To fishing in the pond , to having 2 pools to pick to swim in , mini golf , bike riding and I love how many activities they have set up to do with the kids each day . Only downside was our AC in the cabin kept shutting on and off .. waking us up with a huge clacking sound and soaking the floor

We spoke with GM Steve. He can fill you in. We might return but we would not stay in Safari Tent again. We were about 50ft away from the main rd. � Our picnic table had a BIG chunk missing from one end. Loved the River.

Half our cabin had no lights. Floor was filthy coming in. Other than that we had a great stay.

Accommodations were good. Only significant issue was female staff member at pool with slide. Spent her time chatting with some young boys instead of supervising the slide or children in hot tub. We told her about several bandages floating in the pool and then later a diaper. She was rude and said it was not her problem. We took our kids and left

Annoying how arcade games close during dances when no one is in there let alone dancing. Spent 60 on cards and then realized the games were not on... other than that great stay

We had a great stay. Staff friendly and check in was easy. I recommend a golf cart, as fun and and can travel between the two properties. I wish we had dishwashers and I don’t mind washing dishes, but always fear how clean they really are with a sponge. They only give you two trash bags for the week so bring your own and toilet paper if staying for long lengths. Hot tub was often broken

Late check in, televisions not working, items listed on the website as provided were not and onsite staff was unable to provide. Rope course was not scheduled open for one of our five day visit, my children and niece all got rashes from the swimming pool.

I love the convenience of everything at the campground. It’s always clean, quiet and everyone is friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting Erika and she was so kind and friendly. She had answers for all of my questions. I’d love to try another KOA location but I keep coming back to the Lebanon KOA because it’s such an amazing experience! I already can’t wait for next year!

We have been to 24 different KOAs and this is the hands down best one! There was so much to do on site that we didn’t even get to do it all! All of it was without additional cost. The kids loved the climbing ropes the best! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The camp store had everything! The area is beautiful. You can’t ask for more! We are definitely going back one

Lebanon KOA on Salmon Falls River is the best KOA we have visited so far. Great amenities, wonderful service, and very well kept. We definitely plan to return next year! Spectacular experience!

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
