Was terrible appon arrival camper smelt like septic the tank was 3rd of way full went down and said something three times nobody came appon checkout they thought we were in a different camper odviusly the one we were in should not of been rented still trying to talk to management

This was an RV camper rental. Staff went and cleared the toilet(emptied black tank) on three different occasions.

I was not given the class of cabin I paid for as they had none clean and we had to move after night 1 when I advised them. Store closed early on top of it! Not acceptable. Not enough hot water to fill bathtub even 1/3 way. Unlikely I’ll return.

Deluxe Cabin 262 is a brand new cabin. There was no lock payment made and was not locked in. The water heater will work but after 20 gallons needs to heat up. store hours are given to guest upon arrival.

No water upon checking in. Tub was a slow drain and had to stand in ankle-deep water during shower. The towel rack fell off the wall. I left a voicemail and never received a response.

There was an issue with water and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Towel rack was repaired the day after.

The deluxe cabins were beautiful and perfect for camping with a 19-month old! So many fun activities for kiddos, too!

We did enjoy our cabin and the campground very much. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service upon arrival. Because of this, I would be hesitant to recommend this campground to friends and family.

Worst stay we've had at a KOA. The camper should have never been rented. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere. The dinette benches were broken. Everytime the heat kicked in it blew up so much dust we had severe sinus issues. We left early. Asked for a refund and was refused. I would like someone to call me Renee Gannon camper 20.

There was no mold in the shower. This is a gray colored calking, not black or pink which would be mold. Maintenace checked the heater and saw no issues.

We have been going here for last 2 years and this year the staff was little rude and even the number of amenities have significantly reduced.

the rude staff were disciplined and new staff were hired for the 2023 season. This year staff is all new and we have amenities open for the end of the season.

We always stay at Koa this last time was Awful! I fell and busted my knee do to their lack of signs and lights. The cabin had BED BUGS! And they have yet to clean it. My 4 yo daughter got a balloon from the arcade filled with ink that got in her mouth. They took Extra money out of our bank account without permission... staff is arguementive and some very rude. This place is Awful.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a KOA Kabin. The Lebanon KOA is a definite family oriented campground with many activities for children and adults. Love that water slide. Great crew, clean and well maintained. They run a great destination campground.

The bathrooms had not been you touched all weekend we were very disappointed with the trash left in the showers for the entirety of our stay. I understand that it was off season but it really was not a valid excuse.

We loved the campground and all of the things that were available for the kids to do. We were disappointed in the rope course not being open. We were there for a family reunion and had asked that all of our cabins be together but that didn't happen. We had one camper in the party and they put them so far away even though a lot was open next to us. That needs 2 improve for us to come back

we were having issues with staffing for the ropes course at this time and closed the course for the season. People booking sites together need to pay the lock in fee to ensure that they are together.

This is a very family friendly, clean and well run facility. There is a lot to do without having to leave the property. We rented a cabin which was a great deal and very clean with everything we needed without extra charges like some rentals I called about! We will return for sure!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories and great experience!

I would've given 5 stars, but the campsite was dirty when we arrived and the rental campers in our part of the camp could use some attention/maintenance. Otherwise the facilities were great. The bathhouses were clean and I really enjoyed the river float. I plan to come back next year.

This was our 3rd time staying. We have always enjoyed it because there was so much for the kids to do. Me and 5 of my neighbors.(in cabins), who I didn’t know . got ALL our stuff taken from our decks between 12 and 3 am. Whoever it was took everyone’s , wood, beach towels, bathing suits, life vests! Everything! Never in my life has this happened. lack of care from the campground was upset

We love KOA! So much to do and enjoy in the wonderful outdoors. This year we had a small electrical issue in our cabin, the staff were great and quick to address the issue for us. We will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay, however, the restrooms needed to be tended to more frequently than they were. They were very dirty, doors were not attached to some stalls, and there were feces on the floor for over 24 hours. We enjoyed the evening activities that were offered and took our dog in the river. We rented an rv. The remote was missing to the TV, the kitchenette bench was broken, the blinds were broken, the mattress was 2" thick on a piece of wood and air filter was filthy. The fire pit was pretty much on the road and too many golf carts flying around making it not relaxing. The patio had no railings and the fire wood was too moist and could barely keep the fire going.

The remote and blind was replaced while the guests were checking. Mattress is standard with all RV's. We had removed golf carts from minors several times this weekend. Firewood is kept inside (kiln dried) so i dont know how it could be "moist"

We had issues with our Cabin. Bad house keeping. Things missing/not working in our Cabin. KOA asks us to sweep floors before leaving and there was no broom in our cabin. Similar issue was faced by another family of friends in their Cabin... Adventure park was not open . The slide at pool was fun but not enough mats for all the kids. Pools were dirty, not cleaned in a long time it seems.

Housekeeping was an issue but we had hired a professional cleaning company to assist us for the remainder of the season and they did a great job. ropes course was on a posted schedule. Pools were cleaned every night, filtered and backwashed.

we had cleaned this unit special for these guest as they checked into a cabin that was not clean. It was spotless when we left. Maintenance was cleaning sites on a daily basis.

Went for “Member Appriciation Weekend” only to arrive to my 2 cabins being 7 cabins apart, no one would change it although my first day no one was next to us. Also, I was charged $9.99 per day per site for a pet fee that I didn’t have and it wasn’t selected during booking. Oh and the best part! My sites, as well as others, were robbed and we didn’t even get an apology. Worst staff ever!

Cabins are still very close to each other, 247,257. $9.99 was the resort fee. Guests reported items missing, credit was given in the store as it was clothing that was taken.

It was a nice quiet getaway after getting married. We stayed in a rental RV by the river but it wasn’t really that close to the river. We did unfortunately get an RV with a broken awning which kind of bummed me out and the pictures that we saw on the website was not what we thought we were getting. But we had a chance to relax and will most likely be back next summer.

My reservation was for a camping cabin, however when I arrived to check in the clerk said I would be in a tent! I really wasn't prepared for that. Spent one chilly night. The clerk was very nice the next morning and shocked that they didn't let me know ahead of arriving! Hopefully getting a full refund. Fun place for families is why it got 4 stars from me.

Our stay was just incredible! The cabin was clean, check in was smooth. Our only complaint is that we paid a $10 resort fee and online it states what that is for but there was nothing open, no wood delivery, no shuttle to river etc…doesn’t change my 10 star review…just wish we knew. Even the carousal was closed. All in all though, PERFECT trip! I’m in love with the KOA’s!

We camped here in 2021 and had such a great time we decided to come again in 2022. We were disappointed to encounter a dramatic change with less hospitality. Things were a bit unorganized with the after hours staff arrangement as well. Our cabin was clean, but a few things were missing. We made the best of our stay, but it was a very different experience from the pervious summer.

We arrived on a Wednesday to find our cabin mostly clean. Linens provided. Found some previous renter's personal items and linens. We had no neighbors until Friday they arrived with 2 dogs constantly barking the whole time, got very little use of our back area because of it. Was told they are removing hot tub this fall, getting new slide, don't know if we will be back for 2023 because of this.

We had such a blast staying at the Deluxe Cabin this past Labor Day weekend. I would have given it a 5-star except for the fact that the Adventure Rope Course was closed during our stay, so we didn't get to try that. Everyone in my family had such a great time and we will definitely be back next year.

The cabin was nice. The campground was understaffed, so the ropes course and water slide were not open as much as we thought they would. It’s a nice campground with a lot to do when it’s open. But it’s too expensive for the lack of staff.

The RUDEST staff I have ever encountered! My fridge did not work, called twice, never got a call back- therefore a TON of food went bad. Booked 3.5 months ahead of time was given a cabin #, kept getting moved, and 2 weeks before told I had to pay $60 to 'lock in" cabin. Very unorganized, and staff was just nasty! Will not return!!

The breaker for the fridge kept tripping and the breaker was changed, no food went bad, there electrical issues was fixed. Again optimizer had moved this guest 12 times, the guests didnt pay a lock fee.

The Safari tent does not look like the pictures on the website. It was unfurnished and we had to request for linens. It wasn’t clean when we got there and the floors were full of dirt from last group that just checked out. The staffs were not welcoming and were rude at times. The golf carts were wild on the dirt road and as we sit by our tent we are breathing in dust cloud. Worst KOA site ever!

Safari tents are set-up the same way on the webpage. The unit was inspected by housekeeping manager and was clean. These units do not have linens available. We have security throughout the campground at night.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
