Everything was great with our stay with the exception of the bathroom near our glamping tent. The bathroom was clean however none of the toilets would flush which was gross and disgusting.

Due to the flood we had to close the bathrooms temporarily. They were opened the same day.

There was no wifi at the cabin we were assigned. All other cabins were taken . We ended up needing to check out early as we needed to have wifi which stated there was wifi .

Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use many of the amenities due to rain. I would have appreciated knowing that the weekend activities were changed for rainy weather; we were made aware too late in the day.

I had a camp site with a patio and really nice fire pit. I also rented a deluxe cabin for my daughter and that was REALLY NICE! I think it's too expensive, though, compared to other campgrounds but it was close to my RV.

Nice location, clean functional cabin, great staff! I didn’t get to use the pool or ropes, but looked nice. My only complaint is lack of WI-FI at my cabin which caused me to cut my trip short.

Kids had a good time but coming in June we expect things to be open and ready. They post a schedule on the door of when the ropes, and slide are open. I took a picture so my kids would know and then when you go back up they have replaced it with different times. They had not had their inspections yet to open these so they were not open the first few days of our stay. Then only open a short time.

We have to follow the state fire marshalls schedule. They came as soon as they could. schedules on the doors are updated and accurate.

The stay was fun for all but I'm being charged extra fees for damage which there was none also the cable was out which was included in our stay. The store/office closed earlier than what was posted which sucked because I couldn't get wood that night to make a fire. A lot of their attractions ended up being closed. I returned my key and they blamed me for losing it. Short story I wouldn't recommend

The Extra fee was for smoking in a non-smoking cabin so the guests was charged an additional fee. When speaking to the guest Ms Budaj advised that she would give us a ZERO review on social media if the extra charge was removed. The office hours are posted in the office and given to guest on arrival.

Stayed at a cabin while vacationing in Portland area. Great setup, service, friendly staff and clean accommodations. Very good pleased!

It was our frist time there and it was a good stay there us a couple times that I wish that you would do different. There no WiFi at the sites. There no trash cans to keep it clean on grounds better coffee makers. The hot tub was not working a really BUMMER for me. We got waking up on the day we left. Please think about make changes. Check in was a little confusing. I did the pre check in and verified they were giving me a non handicap cabin. Which they didn’t they gave me a handicap one. Which is fine but it’s hard to shower if you are taller than 5 feet. Other than that everything was amazing.

My husband and I sold our camper, but we still love the camping lifestyle. We enjoyed the cabin with bath w/o a shower. We have stayed in other KOA's but this one was clean and ready to be lived in including a full kitchen. Superb and we will likely be back in the fall. It was so nice to have daughter's family camping this weekend also.

Everything was great, except for the water heater (shower water was not warm at all) and that there was no wifi in the unit. Code wouldn't work.

Rain or Shine this is definitely the place to be with your family for a camping get away. I look forward to having my son grow up here, home away from home.

The cabin was beautiful. Not many of the amenities were available. We’re we’re told we were lying that the pool was locked. I specifically hear the person on the phone said that we were crazy if we thought it was locked at 11 in the afternoon. The wonderful worker took a picture to prove we were right. Very disappointed. Chances are if I stay again it will be a different camp ground very disap

The pools are open everyday at 9am. this is what is posted. Possibly mis-communication as the water slide opens at 11am.

We booked our 2023 trip back in September 2022 @ check out. We booked same site as last year. The RENTAL RV by river was same layout, the actual placement site was not. Not a big deal we were able to fit all our items outside comfortably. Our RV had cracked pipe in bathroom, no running water upon check in. Staff was quick to fix & we had water & sink fixed. Not happy they charge $6per bed linen

You advertised everything included when you rented the campers. Than I get charged for towels and pillow cases cause the pillow cases were in the towel bags and not on the pillows. Grey water tanks were full when we got there. The hand rail broke off and my husband almost fell down the stairs because of it. We ended up leaving Saturday cause the weather was bad all wknd and was never offered anyth

All lines are packed in indivual bags for keeping everything fresh. maintenace had emptied the tanks prior to the guests arrival. The guest were upset because of the weather.

we had no tv the entire weekend because they were waiting for a part of some sort? I wish we were told this when we checked in, nothing was said and they had no idea when it would be fixed. for the money we paid i thought they should have given us some sort of discount for the inconvenience of no tv. also the coffee pot is useless very small and slow, they need to get bigger size.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved all the activities offered, our favorite being the kids carnival. The girls running the carnival were great with kids and my daughter had such a good time. I gave this campground a 4 because on the website and in the KOA directory it said the pool opened May 6th but when we got there it was closed until Memorial Day which was misleading.

Overall a great stay - we had reserved a Safari Tent but due to the area being flooded earlier we got upgraded to a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin was great and very clean. The water was shut off when we arrived but was easy enough to turn on. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and we appreciated all the activities they had. Only issue was lack of clear instructions on what to do as a late arrival.

We enjoyed our stay! My family & I are looking forward to staying at KOA campgrounds again. The only downfall was there was no hot water on day 2. We stayed for 2 nights three days. Maintenance came to check and fix the issue but it went unresolved and as we were leaving the next morning didn’t want to bother to call the office. Other then that campground is beautiful with so many activities!

We stayed before Memorial Day, which is nice because it's not very full, and it's quiet early pre-season. There should be a "pre-season" rate though, we paid full price for all the amenities but most were not ready or had limited availability. i.e. no pool, no waterslide, no hot tub, no community bonfire, camp store only open until 5. That's ok, but we did pay for all that at full price.

Great stay. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. The sites were clean and spacious. Lots of activities for the kids. The kids loved the ropes course which was included in the rate. Would definitely stay in a cabin again.

I liked the cabin, however we were missing a few amenities like spatulas, a larger pot that the next door cabin had and sponges to wash dishes. Larger bowls would have been nice to have as well. There were also broken screens and blinds too.

It was a quiet gètaway, but then Thursday came and it started to fill up. With all the family's that came in for the weekend it was still very quiet and very enjoyable with lots to do throughout the weekend. I would definitely recommend this campground to friends and family so thank you KOA Lebanon ME

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
