We have stayed every year for the past 4 years and love it. Only recommendation I have is the bathrooms should be cleaned more throughout the day and they should put the dish washing sinks back.

4th year here and will return. Staff was friendly and attentive. In the cabin we stayed in was in good shape except the bunk beds are a bit out of proportion and the top bunks seem dangerous as there are no rails. I would highly recommend a dishwasher sink at each bathroom woth hot water. Also would love to see either more gravel or pavement on the roads to help with the dust clouds.

While we had a great stay in our cabin, and it was pretty clean, there was some dog fur under the beds, and the refrigerator crisper door handles were broken and kind of sharp. Not sure if those are things that can be replaced, but otherwise the cabin was.great! Loved the furniture and kids had a great time!

We had a fabulous time again for our 5th time. We upgraded from the cabins by the pond this year to a deluxe cabin. The shower was a great upgrade. Unfortunately the beds in the bins were rock hard though. An actual mattress would have been better. And the fridge was so small we could barely fit anything in it. Other than that, everything was amazing. We will be back next year.

Our visit was great with friends. Some of the campground amenities could have been better maintained such as the shared bathrooms. Not always clean. We stayed in a cabin without kitchen or bathroom. It would have been nice to have some hooks inside the cabin to hang clothes/towels, etc. Or maybe a dresser. The heat pump was very noisy intermittently at nighttime.

Expected more for a deluxe cabin No cable even though you advertise it but told to use hot spot which only works for smart tv The smell three different times your staff sucked out sewerage from in front on my cabin One time it was so bad the whole cabin stink, we had to leave for a while Why not do this when a guest is not staying in the cabin directly behind these sewer or waste station

We have stayed at KOA’s from OH to the east coast in deluxe cabins.This was the 1st time we had to rent sheets. My first thought, this KOA is going to nickel and dime you. Very disappointing. I called to pay my balance the girl told me I could either use my points or the KOA discount, not both. The lady who checked us in knew was very knowledgeable. You need more staff, waiting line is ridiculo

We rented a rustic cabin. The bunk beds felt narrow to the kids, but they made it work. The facilities are clean and in good shape. The staff were very friendly. We had so much fun with all the activities! Mini golf, water slide, floating down the river. We can't wait to go back next year!

Had a great stay my only complaint is that the check in process took an hour which wasn’t fun with two young kids and a dog. Maybe incorporate the forms I to the “online check in” process.

Very disappointed on the first day of our stay. It was 89 out and the waterside was shut down. Due to staff running other thing's. Didnt make sense they had the bounce area staffed on a hot day but not the water slide. Also no wifi. Cabin was great and clean. Unfortunately we wont be booking again.

I have been coming here for years I took my kids here when it was king & queen. & my kids are now 37 & 40 now their kids my grandchildren enjoy coming hear every year. Fun times & lots of memories.

Cabins were dirty upon arrival. Trash hanging on trees that was never picked up on empty nearby sites. Pool slide shut down. When people were sitting at the slide they had their heads down on their phone the whole time. Arcade was impossible to access. Would not take quarters. Store was closed when kids were needing to buy a card. Pay for amenities but not always available. Disappointing.

I found the cabin I stayed in wasn't cleaned very well, we slept because their was so much pet hair and sand. Cabin could have had a few improvements. The bathroom floor wasn't fully finished. The door threshold was broken almost lost fell. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Smelled bad and floors were gross. I have stayed at quite a few KOA's this one was very disappointed.

We love the campground. Seems like rules aren’t important here anymore though. Kids driving golf carts, our neighbors had beer cans all over their yard, kids in hot tub.

Deluxe Cabin has no cable TV. When we called the office the employee replied that "the website no longer lists Cable TV as an amenity." This was NOT true when we booked. No notification of this change was given. We were told to use our "mobile hotspot" on our cell phone. I pointed out that this is a "technological nightmare". This used up our hotspot data quickly. No TV. Bad KOA!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at KOA. We had a few issues with our cabin - lots of dog hair, oven would not turn on, toilet kept running. Also, we were very disappointed that they closed the ropes course when we were next in line and were pretty rude to us. However, we had the BEST customer service experience with Kathy. She was soooo nice and helpful that it convinced us to book again next year

I’ve been here in the past and had a great experience, but this visit was a letdown. The rules were enforced inconsistently—strict for some, ignored for others—and most of the arcade machines were out of order. Should update the website on attractions! Sadly, I won’t be spending another dime here. Time to find a new spot.

The KOA had all the things that were advertised, but the overall condition of the camp felt unkept. The cabin had fluorescent lights that were bright and felt out of place for a camping experience. We had 6 people and only one roll of toilet paper and one extra garbage bag for a three night stay. The young staff manning the waterslide were on their phones which was super unsafe. Disappointing.

I think this place was amazing in its prime, but the facilities have deteriorated over time. Also, the teen staff need some type of motivation as they were very vocal about not wanting to be there. We love camping and this place has potential and just needs a makeover, both with facilities and staff.

This is a fabulous campground for families but not necessarily for couples or seniors. I traveled with kids and grandkids (15 of us total) and we had a great time. The grandkids loved the pool with waterslide, ropes courses, and miniature golf and we all love tubing in the river. BUT the campground is noisy and there are too many kids driving golf carts. Your quiet hours need to end at 10:00pm.

Nice campground. Good amenities. Appeared understaffed, though everyone we interacted with was helpful. Cabin price was high but they were nice. Could use sprucing up- such as fixing the side tables that obviously were ripped off the wall and the pool area was dirty (multiple used band aids, pool needed skimming). Also customer service prior to coming was non existent despite many calls & emails.

The cabin was really quite dirty, missing shelving off the walls and a lot of dirt/smudges on walls throughout the cabin. The pool areas seemed quite small to accommodate the amount of people at the campground.

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. However, sleeps 4 people - not sure if KOA provides kitchen set up but we had 2 coffee mugs, 2 spoons, 3 forks - these should be resupplied for 4 people, if not leftover from campers. Please have a big enough pot to boil pasta with also. I would also suggest having or charging for 2 cabin keys - one just isn't enough with a group of four people.

campground itself was wonderful....but the check-in process was very painful. I checked in online, but then still had to fill out a LOT of paperwork to check in. Several of the pieces of paper I had to initial/sign were exactly the same - as a guest, I think this should all be incorporated online so that when I arrive, you can confirm my ID/credit card and then we're good to go without more papers

Stay was nice! We loved our more secluded cabin spot! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom on our first night, but aside from that, the facility was clean and staff were welcoming.

Our campsite had a ton of glass on the ground. The first night my daughter tripped and landed on a piece and had a big deep cut. We made a complaint about all the glass we had to continually pick up. They “sent” someone to pick up glass but we were still picking it up daily. The bathrooms were gross as well. We will not be returning.

Lovely campsite and cabin. Plenty to amuse the kids. Couple of small suggestions - it would be helpful if the camp store stocked more food basics (such as milk) and our cabin could have done with a few hooks to hang clothes and towels etc.

First time at KOA campground, we usually go to Yogi Bear the old (Mi- Te- Jo campground iin Milton NH. But we had a great time at KOA , lots for the kids to do. My only complaint would be the Office hours not early enough or long enough hours. But would definitely come again.

Checked into a rustic cabin for 2 nights. Great proximity to bath house and dog park, which was excellent for our pups. The mattress had been upgraded since our last visit and was so comfortable. Kids enjoyed that the upper bunks had siderails this time! Love the pool, ropes course, mini golf, jump pillow and lazy river. Will be back next summer. Hopefully for a longer visit!

We were disappointed when we arrived and couldn’t use cash for our golf cart rental. We had our card down for incidentals for the room but were told this wouldn’t work for the golf cart. We stayed at a KOA last year and used cash for our golf cart rental. Was disappointed in the times activities were open and closed as well, they were offered asfree but closed very early at 5pm on a Saturd

we had a really great time, the Grandkids met some other kids their age and had a good time with them, staff is very friendly. If I had a negative, it would be that the brochure states ovens and we had none, another is that can’t seem to get to spend much time at the pool, way to many little ones, they should have their own kiddie pool

We checked in the first day and the check in person Amy was so helpful and kind. She was able to answer all of our questions. We had a couple of minor problems while there, lots of confusion with the golf carts, staffing was low in the welcome center and the times it was open was only 10-6 which was sometimes inconvenient for things you might need after that.

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
