Would still love "Adult swim" like back in the Flatrock days. Always underage kids in the hot tub.

We had a fabulous time again for our 5th time. We upgraded from the cabins by the pond this year to a deluxe cabin. The shower was a great upgrade. Unfortunately the beds in the bins were rock hard though. An actual mattress would have been better. And the fridge was so small we could barely fit anything in it. Other than that, everything was amazing. We will be back next year.

Was not happy with campground. To many golf carts driven by kids and not obeying speed limit and passing me in my vehicle, passing through campsites. Campground should put down water on their roads to keep the dust down. Everything was covered with dirt. Bathroom had shower curtains that had never been changed. They were gross.

Our visit was great with friends. Some of the campground amenities could have been better maintained such as the shared bathrooms. Not always clean. We stayed in a cabin without kitchen or bathroom. It would have been nice to have some hooks inside the cabin to hang clothes/towels, etc. Or maybe a dresser. The heat pump was very noisy intermittently at nighttime.

Short 2 night visit for my 7 year old son's first time camping. We had a great time, he really enjoyed the ropes course, water slide, playgrounds, and making friends with other campers around his age. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the golf carts racing around. Especially at night with kids driving. When I rented my cart I had to sign an agreement and show my license to make sure I was over 18 years old. There was definitely kids under the age of 18 driving. Please address this before someone seriously gets hurt.

We have been coming for the last 10 years. This year it felt like less activities planned for the kids. The camp store had less options. The bathrooms were not as clean, lots of bugs and webs in the showers. Overall still a good trip.

Expected more for a deluxe cabin No cable even though you advertise it but told to use hot spot which only works for smart tv The smell three different times your staff sucked out sewerage from in front on my cabin One time it was so bad the whole cabin stink, we had to leave for a while Why not do this when a guest is not staying in the cabin directly behind these sewer or waste station

We have stayed at KOA’s from OH to the east coast in deluxe cabins.This was the 1st time we had to rent sheets. My first thought, this KOA is going to nickel and dime you. Very disappointing. I called to pay my balance the girl told me I could either use my points or the KOA discount, not both. The lady who checked us in knew was very knowledgeable. You need more staff, waiting line is ridiculo

We rented a rustic cabin. The bunk beds felt narrow to the kids, but they made it work. The facilities are clean and in good shape. The staff were very friendly. We had so much fun with all the activities! Mini golf, water slide, floating down the river. We can't wait to go back next year!

Had a great stay my only complaint is that the check in process took an hour which wasn’t fun with two young kids and a dog. Maybe incorporate the forms I to the “online check in” process.

No thought by staff went into assigning site 312 to access and occupying the site for a 27’ Airstream travel trailer. Ironically, the other RVs were on sites in and plenty of vacant sites available vicinity of bath house near sites 348. Why can’t the staff offer advice & assistance in assigning RV sites appropriate to customer needs.

Very disappointed on the first day of our stay. It was 89 out and the waterside was shut down. Due to staff running other thing's. Didnt make sense they had the bounce area staffed on a hot day but not the water slide. Also no wifi. Cabin was great and clean. Unfortunately we wont be booking again.

We found the campground to be very dirty. We had a premium site that had outdoor furniture that was very moldy. The site did not appear to have been cleaned or raked from the camper before us. The bathroom/shower were not well cleaned. Toilet paper was missing from some of the bathrooms. We thought all KOA’s had standards that could be counted on and this one did not stand up to past experience

I have been coming here for years I took my kids here when it was king & queen. & my kids are now 37 & 40 now their kids my grandchildren enjoy coming hear every year. Fun times & lots of memories.

Cabins were dirty upon arrival. Trash hanging on trees that was never picked up on empty nearby sites. Pool slide shut down. When people were sitting at the slide they had their heads down on their phone the whole time. Arcade was impossible to access. Would not take quarters. Store was closed when kids were needing to buy a card. Pay for amenities but not always available. Disappointing.

There are seasonal campers that overrun the hot tub. The parents let their children go in the hot tub and try hiding them behind them. The kids are splashing and there were rocks and sand in the hot tub. The help did try to keep them out after we complained. As soon as the help goes to lunch, the kids are back in the hot tub. The kids were rude and disrespectful!

We stayed for 9 nights. Shayla in the check in office was a bright spot and eager to help. The ice cream was also fantastic. Unfortunately we experienced many things being canceled or shut down. There weren’t things added to make up for this either. Their website states cable and wifi. Well, cable only on certain sites and wifi only in certain buildings. Overall, we were disappointed.

Our two sites looked like a last minute thought not being manicured or level, website states wifi but its only in designated areas, website states cable but we did not have access, several activities were not as listed or cancelled throughout our 9 days, staff seemed bothered by questions, we had 2 separate activity sheets contradicting for the week listed and more etc..............

I was not expecting such a huge facility, but as big and full as it was, it was fairly quiet and peaceful. I am not a fan of the new tradition of campgrounds charging "resort fees". If I wanted to do that, I would sell the camper and go to a resort. The campground was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. But needs more supervision of all the kids driving golf carts.

Staff were polite and friendly. The ropes course staff were great. Our site was private as no one had booked the adjoining sites; however, we did have road noise. A bit noisy at night, but eventually quieted down. Would like quiet hours at 10, not 11. Lots of golf carts everywhere, and many kids driving them. Wish the campground offered recycling. My kids liked all the amenities. Will stay again

Site lacked a little power (meter showing 104-108) supposed to be 30A. My 12 year old daughter was told not to be in hot tub (by some 350lb woman, who told her no kids for health reasons....really?) apparently new rule... Water slide and pool were great! Laundry was good, safe place and relatively quiet. People friendly. Rope event for kids not open all the time (2 of our 3 days).

I found the cabin I stayed in wasn't cleaned very well, we slept because their was so much pet hair and sand. Cabin could have had a few improvements. The bathroom floor wasn't fully finished. The door threshold was broken almost lost fell. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Smelled bad and floors were gross. I have stayed at quite a few KOA's this one was very disappointed.

We love the campground. Seems like rules aren’t important here anymore though. Kids driving golf carts, our neighbors had beer cans all over their yard, kids in hot tub.

Deluxe Cabin has no cable TV. When we called the office the employee replied that "the website no longer lists Cable TV as an amenity." This was NOT true when we booked. No notification of this change was given. We were told to use our "mobile hotspot" on our cell phone. I pointed out that this is a "technological nightmare". This used up our hotspot data quickly. No TV. Bad KOA!

Our third visit with our grandson. Enjoyed the pools and water activities. The river level was low so did not go tubing. The staff as always was very friendly and helpful The sewer hook up at our site(416) was in an awkward position for draining our tank. It should reorientated. Plan on returning next year

Overall we enjoyed our stay at KOA. We had a few issues with our cabin - lots of dog hair, oven would not turn on, toilet kept running. Also, we were very disappointed that they closed the ropes course when we were next in line and were pretty rude to us. However, we had the BEST customer service experience with Kathy. She was soooo nice and helpful that it convinced us to book again next year

The staff this year was 1000 times better than last year (we almost didn't come back this year because of how horrendous and trashy the staff was last year). It seems like there was way less riffraff and less entitled seasonal campers in general. We had a great experience. Thank you.

I’ve been here in the past and had a great experience, but this visit was a letdown. The rules were enforced inconsistently—strict for some, ignored for others—and most of the arcade machines were out of order. Should update the website on attractions! Sadly, I won’t be spending another dime here. Time to find a new spot.

The KOA had all the things that were advertised, but the overall condition of the camp felt unkept. The cabin had fluorescent lights that were bright and felt out of place for a camping experience. We had 6 people and only one roll of toilet paper and one extra garbage bag for a three night stay. The young staff manning the waterslide were on their phones which was super unsafe. Disappointing.

We had 5 families there all together There were no issues with the campground like some of the earlier reviews that I read The rope corse was open the water slide was a blast The campground staff were all very friendly and kind I would definitely recommend this campground The only thing that was a little off was the fishing

Bathrooms very dirty on the side we stayed no more escorts to the campsites lots of camper lost driving around the contest conditions changed from the prior year talk to the director was very offensive when brought up not sure if we are gonna go next year

Place was dirty, smaller then I thought, didn't realize I needed to bring my own linens, felt like I was nicked and dime, also place was not clean.

I think this place was amazing in its prime, but the facilities have deteriorated over time. Also, the teen staff need some type of motivation as they were very vocal about not wanting to be there. We love camping and this place has potential and just needs a makeover, both with facilities and staff.

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
