The first site you offered us was behind a corner of various cabins and smelled strongly of pot. It was rather overgrown, like it was rarely used. I said something to the office, we were immediately put in a different site, thanks. We were only there for one night and don’t have kids but the facilities looked fun! Laundry room was tidy. Showers were clean.

The water slide and ropes course was enjoyable and staff at each were good. There was a mix up with our sites, as they had my sister and her friend in 2 sites across the road and me on the other side. The $60 lock fee is just too much. I understand the point of it but asking it on to the nightly rate plus the resort fee is just too much.

Accommodations were good. Only significant issue was female staff member at pool with slide. Spent her time chatting with some young boys instead of supervising the slide or children in hot tub. We told her about several bandages floating in the pool and then later a diaper. She was rude and said it was not her problem. We took our kids and left

The staff was nice, the campground was mostly clean and they had a lot of nice things to do. But no one enforced any of the rules. It was basically a party campground. So many drunk people, people were up at all hours partying, no one watched their kids. There were at least 2 golf cart accidents. We didn't like our campsite at all. Basically a field and we were so close to the other campers.

No rules. Kids and drunk people driving golf carts. There was two accidents while I was there. People partying till 2am. I will never camp here again.

Getting more run down each year. Loud at night. Less activities. Been coming for 30 years, and likely done.

Sites 302 & 304 needed weed wacking and both had way too many roots. Certainly a great campground for kids!

Annoying how arcade games close during dances when no one is in there let alone dancing. Spent 60 on cards and then realized the games were not on... other than that great stay

Really nice family campground. The amenities such as the pool, waterslide, mini-golf, and ropes course all exceeded expectations. Very high quality amenities when compared with other campgrounds, regardless of price range. The bath/shower house that we used was updated and incredibly clean. Great location on a river made for some perfect relaxing floating. Surprisingly quiet in the evenings too.

We had a great stay. Staff friendly and check in was easy. I recommend a golf cart, as fun and and can travel between the two properties. I wish we had dishwashers and I don’t mind washing dishes, but always fear how clean they really are with a sponge. They only give you two trash bags for the week so bring your own and toilet paper if staying for long lengths. Hot tub was often broken

Late check in, televisions not working, items listed on the website as provided were not and onsite staff was unable to provide. Rope course was not scheduled open for one of our five day visit, my children and niece all got rashes from the swimming pool.

I love the convenience of everything at the campground. It’s always clean, quiet and everyone is friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting Erika and she was so kind and friendly. She had answers for all of my questions. I’d love to try another KOA location but I keep coming back to the Lebanon KOA because it’s such an amazing experience! I already can’t wait for next year!

Two families staying on 414 / 412 . Nice big lots , great for kids to ride their bikes, dogs loving the river . Coming back next year hopefully on the same lots ! Thank you Dona Boudrias

We have been to 24 different KOAs and this is the hands down best one! There was so much to do on site that we didn’t even get to do it all! All of it was without additional cost. The kids loved the climbing ropes the best! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The camp store had everything! The area is beautiful. You can’t ask for more! We are definitely going back one

Lebanon KOA on Salmon Falls River is the best KOA we have visited so far. Great amenities, wonderful service, and very well kept. We definitely plan to return next year! Spectacular experience!

Erica went above and beyond to help us. We had to leave early ( unexpectedly) and she helped us with that. While we stayed in a cabin, she put my son in a tent site near us. I stayed in a cabin with my daughter and Grandsons. My son and his family were in a tent. Weather didn’t stop the boys from tubing or fishing. Most nights we had our camp fire. Our stay was amazing! The cabin was clean, the whole campground was clean, there were so many activities both for adults to enjoy and the kids as well! Mini Golf was probably one of our favorite activities offered! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the handcrafted magnets in the office were my favorite souvenirs! We can't wait to check out the tent sites next time! Don't forget the fire pit!

Very nice stay. We didn't use all the amenities, but would recommend for friends with kids. After we checked in we had to ask for a more level site since we didn't want to unhook trailer. Tessa Very helpful and pleasant with that action. Thank you Tessa! Only detractor from our stay was two pair of sewer gloves left in the first site.

Our stay was awesome! The only thing I would recommend would be outside outlets on your rustic cabins. Plus our cabin #146 needs the front door shaved a bit. Getting up in the night to use the restroom wakes the whole cabin. Thank you for a great stay.

We have been staying with you for years, and during this time I have learned not to expect WiFi, being able to use the Rope Course, and that the TV's in the cabins will not actually work. These are small things that don't make or break our stays with you, but I would appreciate that being stated in advance. Our recent stay in a Deluxe Cabin also didn't include an oven/stove which was disappointing

This is the first time me and my girlfriend and our three kids have ever stayed at a KOA. We had the time of our life. We enjoyed the help from the staff. We enjoyed the pool, the slide, and the river. Thank you all at KOA Lebonon Maine for all the great service and the great exspierences we get to keep as memories. We look forward to coming back.

We weren’t happy with the quality of our site. It was fine loose dirt and the sewer hookup was in the middle of the site. Maybe sites on the other side of the road are better? Expected more for the price and where it’s a KOA.

There were 6 adults with 5 kids and we were all 100+% impressed. All areas were super clean and the staff were amazing, all ages! This was our second time visiting and the kids are begging to go again. I appreciate the enforcement of safety rules, bike helmets, etc.

We love coming to this campground. The only issue we had this time was the site we were on had a sewer grate near the fire pit that has a continuous smell of sewerage. Might be better for them to have a solid top instead. Otherwise always a great and fun experience!

Great time had by all. Love all the activities. Would love to see cash adult bingo and mire reasonable golf cart rental prices for the weekend. 35 to 80 is a lot and when you rent multiple days, maybe a discount price.

Our AC didn't work when we got there, we lost money in the arcade, and we also had issues with gift cards. The staff took care of our issues. The staff were all around very nice and friendly. There could have been more activities for younger children but the water park was a huge hit. I would definitely stay at a Koa again.

Most friendly staff ever..ericka is a valuable asset to koa lebanon!! We will be back and we have no kids. Thought it was going to be all about kids but is all about everyone!!

I am happy to see that my favorite ranger is back. Last year when I was there I looked for him and was sad when he wasn’t there. I’ve always felt comfortable knowing he’s looking out for the kids as I watch him ask them to put their helmets on etc. Also I’d just like to say that Erika and her husband were amazing. Erika went out of her way to make sure we were happy �

You parked me on lot #17. I want to tell you that the lot for my 40 ft trailer is too small and when I left I ripped the bottom of my ladder Also I had to have tree branches removed. The maintenance men were excellent and were very professional.

paid for cable and no cable worked in the area, wouldn’t negotiate for discount on it. gave the same excuse as last year ( there working on it ) it is false advertising for amenities

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
