I just have to say, that this campground was so clean and nicely laid out. What you really need to know about is the staff-WOW!!!! Your staff in the welcome center/store were so great, they went above and beyond to help me with a golf cart. They were nice and did whatever they could to help make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back soon!

We paid for an electric site, but the electric got taken down from that area earlier in the season. We were told we could charge our phones one row over, but they also had no electricity. The worst part was noise, loud music constantly and no enforcement of quiet hours, fireworks,and marijuana constantly. It's a party campground apparently. The bathrooms were also gross.

We’ve stayed here a few years ago and it was nice, I guess it’s better to be on the other side right along the river. This time we had a late arrival, our paperwork wasn’t left out in the late arrival box, luckily a KOA staff member was going by and called someone to tell us our site. Surrounded by tenters who stayed up WAY past quiet time blaring music. Pee all over toilet. Pools very dirty

We had a great stay! The site was great, the kids loved using the golf cart and the pool. The pool with the slide was a bit cloudy and looked not super inviting a couple of the days. The kids were also bummed that the carousel wasn't working. Thanks for a fun time!

Our 3rd stay there and always have a good time, however this time, the pools could really use a cleaning. There were piles of sand and gross hair in the big pool and my kids said they couldn't even see their feet in the small pool. My other complaint is about the golf carts. It took 3 to find one that worked and they were filthy. For the price, it should be better maintained.

Office staff who assisted us with securing our site over the phone was rude. Pools & restrooms were gross and the mini golf area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last season. Golf carts were extremely dirty with caked on dirt and trash in them. First one was either not charged or broke. When paying the hefty fee to rent a golf cart they should be cleaned and fully charged.

1. Answer your phone and return messages. I called 5+ times to alter my reservation and never got a person. I left several messages over several days and never received a call back. 2. The pools (both) are filthy. The water was cloudy, there was hair everywhere and sand all over the bottom. My kids went to the slides once and wouldn't go back because they said pool was gross. Do better.

I love this KOA. I have been to several others and this one is by far the best. The staff, amenities and activities are amazing and fun. We used to be a small group and I keep recommending this place to others and our group has grown from 2 tent sites to 4 deluxe cabin rentals. We are looking forward to going again and the group will be bigger. Thank you.

The playground near the bigger pool has a worn, broken bench to sit on. The umbrella is also broken. Last year and this year there was a sewer leak near our group of cabins that wasn't dealt with until we notified someone. I feel that it seems to be a recurring issue, therefore there should be a proactive response rather than a reactive one. The activities are dis-organized and lack enthusiasm

Some of the activities were poorly executed in terms of supplies and environments. Our accomodations had a hole in the wall and a spongy floor from water damage.

Some of staff seemed to be to young or not trained very well as to the rules n’ regulations of the campground. Also campers n’ what seemed to be seasonal campers were traveling way to fast in there vehicles n’ golf carts, also many underaged kids driving golf carts all around the campground!

We been coming here for along time and understand there’s companies changes but very disappointed in on how the care of this campground has gone downhill we had to clean the area around our fire pit cause the pine needles outside the pit were catching on fire I also didn’t know our men’s bathroom are coed took my grandson in the bathroom and there was a man and a women in the shower together

The campground itself was beautiful and overall we enjoyed are stay. The staff working the front desk attempted to be helpful however booked us for the wrong days. Rich the assistant GM was an absolute nightmare to work with and entirely unresponsive. He avoided answering any questions and left us wondering if we would be able to stay until the very last minute. Great campground bad manager

The employees are so kind and friendly. The deluxe cabins are amazing. Best cabins so far. No TV at all. When we asked about the TV we were told not all cabins have cable and with no WiFi at the site we could not use TV. Would like to see more kid friendly crafts during the week. Most of the calendar events were geared towards sports. All in all I would recommend this campground.

The resort fees went up and the slide pool was dirty and falling apart the ropes course is only opened a few days a week. The river that they promote as tubing river was too low to provide a good experience, ( understanding they having no control over it) The mini golf course was fun but was in need of being blown off and the water trap was gross, full of leaves and general poorly maintained.

The staff... wonderful,and so helpful to this 66 yr old grand man a camping with grandkids. Maintenance was at our camper within minutes to help with water hookups.

I was disappointed with some things considering it cost me about $600 to stay there for just 4 days. The bathrooms were disgusting. Maybe cleaned 1x a day. The tables outside the store were never cleaned and were disgusting. We took wipes to clean the table so we could sit without getting sticky. It was really hot but only 3 umbrellas in the pool area and 1 was for the worker. No shade.

Staff were great. Cabins were nice. There is new management this year so some of the amenities were changed without notice which would have been nice to know before hand so I could have planned better. Stayed over the 4th of July week so of course it's busy but the staff did a good job trying to keep up with things.

Teens driving golf carts recklessly, trash all over, poor water pressure, cable for TV not working and no WiFi service hot spots only. When we called about bad water pressure we left a message and our call was never returned at all over 3 days. I would not recommend this place ever

This is my 4th stay at this location and the staff were absolutely amazing. They will go above and beyond to meet your requirements and needs. Love the location and all great activities!

Great amenities and activities! Andrew, one of the slide attendants, was very sociable &. kind to my daughter. He enhanced the fun she was already having. We loved the slide, big pool, pillow, playground. Our site location was perfect for us. There were a group of teenagers that were bullying younger kids (including my 9yo and her 2 friends) on the jumping pillow and throughout the campground.

The pools needed some chlorine, especially pool with water slide. Activities weren’t great for kids like we had heard about, most of the time a staff member didn’t show up with equipment. Duck duck goose, staff member who showed up didn’t take his hands out of his pockets or engage with the kids. Site next to us was plugged into our campsite upon arrival because theirs wasn’t working.

Our site was not level and the sewer hookup was too high. Lots of roots, but roomy site otherwise. Lack of WIFI throughout campground. Loved the waterslide! Mats need attention as many were broken and there weren't enough. Too dusty. At other campgrounds we've been at, there's been a water truck that routinely wets the road enough to minimize dust. Great rate on golf carts.

Great facility and courteous staff. Only complaint would be allowing kids to drive the golf carts. They came through very fast kicking up dust and no respect for fellow campers.

We had a wonderful stay and was able to enjoy all the amenities this year. There were many days in a row of high temperatures the main suggestion I would have for dry days is to water down the dirt roads every so often due limit the dust from golf carts and vehicles. I’ll layer of dust covered everything in our campsite. I did miss the ladder on the deep end of the big pool.

The activities here were amazing. So much for the kids to do. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pools and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.

1. Make sure your sites are clean prior to new guests arriving- we found drug needle on the site and we had 18 month old running around and playing on that site luckily we found it before he did 2. I know they cleaned bathrooms but they will still pretty filthy Other than that w had great time

We had a great time. Front end staff were friendly and helpful. Manager Steve was very knowledgeable of history and available for questions. Elliott and Cherry were the best. Cedric and maintenance staff were very attentive. The animal show, kid activities and water slide were fantastic. Definitely planning on going again.

It is a nice campground, lots of options (RV, tent, cabins, campground owned fancy tents). Our area was quiet enough. Pools were a bit too crowded for us, and our kids a bit too old for ropes course and bounce pillow. Perfect for family with kids 6-12, but also worked fine for us. Much improved from last stay, about 14 years ago (pre-KOA).

This was my first stay .. my kids had the time of their life ages ranging from 1-13 . To fishing in the pond , to having 2 pools to pick to swim in , mini golf , bike riding and I love how many activities they have set up to do with the kids each day . Only downside was our AC in the cabin kept shutting on and off .. waking us up with a huge clacking sound and soaking the floor

We really had a great time although with no security gates, we noticed a ton of cars without passes and huge groups of people with way too many cars on their sites. Also, the pools were way too crowded and with the number of open sites, we feel as though so many outsiders came to use the amenities without staying there. We think they should have a wristband system in order to keep people honest!!

We absolutely loved this place! It's very clean and the pools are unbeatable. The only reason that this wasn't 5 stars is because the fishing pond is tiny and the beach doesn't exist. We will absolutely be back.

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
