Trash on RV site when we arrived. Very loud on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Too many golf carts drving around by irresponsible people. Kids loved it. We really enjoyed this campground last year and were really looking forward to it again. Unfortunately, management must have changed.

My three day weekend started out with a site 113 that is set up entirely backwards to most campers. that made my water, Electric, and sewer site a w/e only with the sewer hookup too far away and at the bottom as my stairs to be useful. I was willing to accept that it would be fine until halfway through the second day sewerage started to come up from the ground and distroyed my 8 x 20 rug Not good.

Lots of things for the children to do, friendly staff, reasonably priced, we will definitely be back again next year.

Not a great stay. There is minimal oversight and rule enforcement. Poor behavior on behalf of guests. Children allowed to run amuck around campground. Driving golf carts for joyriding including witnessing young children driving them. Had to call police on fellow campers for violent behavior. Unacceptable and would not recommend this campground to others.

this was our second time there it started out just 3 campers last year and this year we had 5 campers and next year we are booked for 7 campers. The only thing i didn't like are the kids driving the golf carts they go to fast and there out way too late at night. and the kids playing foot ball in the big pool should be not balls in the pools

My children and I have been camping here for the past 6 years and this year was by far the best! We wait for the 40-50% Black Friday deal as I’m a disabled single mom n can only afford to camp with that discount. All staff were pleasant and helpful especially Teresa, and Erika in the store n the maintenance guy with the cute little dog. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Check in was at 3 we got there at 3 and was told we couldn’t get in for another hour. When we asked which one we were in they said 124 but when we had called in January they told us we were in 441 with the rest of our friends who had booked. So they had to switch and then said that one would not be ready for another 2 hours. I would like someone to contact me to discuss further.

The only issue we had at site 416 is the complete lack of WIFI. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

I have been camping at this KOA for the past 7 years with multiple family members and we get multiple sites. This year there was so many issues. I came in at 3 to check in and was told our glamping tent was not going to be ready until after 5. The site was not ready until 5:45pm. Our outside electricity was not working, we lost a whole breakfast because of it and we were feeding 8 kids and 4 adult

Arrived at 3 for check in and cabin was not ready. We had to wait an hour for our cabin and then the bedroom had a giant hole in the wall from someone’s head according to the front desk when I called it in. We also did not have a screen door at the time of arrival and it wasn’t attached until the next afternoon. Asked for light at volleyball area and was told it broke last year

Love the pools, hot tub, slide and the site was level. The store was fully stocked with anything that you would need and campground was close to stores if you need something else. The golf cart traffic and speed were an issue. And the bathrooms need to be tended too more often for supplies, clogs and general cleanliness.

We had a not so nice experience checking in with a lady Erika , but checkout was amazing with Nicole ! We luv visiting this campground every year and honestly, everyone has always been amazing except the one lady .

This was our third stay and this year we stayed in a different spot. This particular location was at the center of everything which was great. The weather was hot and the site had no shade. Ugh... Recreation staff were great. The carnival was amazing the tie dye was fun. Kids loved the pools, slide, and the ice cream, the Cotton Candy flavor was their favorite. Thanks for a week of fun.

We have stayed at this campground many times but this time the lake of response to the bathroom was horrible. Also the pool had so many bugs that a guest actually went and asked for a screen to clean it. My kids love it here but for price and lack of response to simple things we may not come back. I plan to contact the individual owner

This stay wasn’t like the first. We got a site with electricity and the lights did not work. We were also upset that the hot tub wasn’t hot at all. Luke warm at best. We stayed for 2 nights and the trash was never picked up and we woke up to a mess from the rodents.

CHECK MY GOOGLE REVIEW!!There was a wasp nest with 100 swarming our site. children were stung, my son 5xs Seemed like they only cared about seasonal stays because after I was sitting in the office for 30 min w my crying son to show them, we still had to chase down maintenance to fix the issue Never resolved Kids couldn’t even stay at the site! I had a baby is the kicker. Still nothing!

Stayed only one night. I didn’t feel like things were marked out very well to the sight or even parking to register, very confusing to me. Your people were extremely helpful. The dump site for black water and gray water was full and this was Saturday morning. Over all it was ok not great.

The campground has everything you would need to keep a kid busy and when I had to leave a day earlier then I expected they refunded me a day! I would travel the 3 hours to stay again!

we stayed in a small cabin near the fishing pond and loved it. This will be our new choice of where to stay. It was really hot all week so stuck to swimming over most of the activities but plenty of other things to do. The manager at the store (Erika I believe was her name) was amazing and helped me multiple times and my daughter kept saying how nice she was. Excellent customer service!

I started off not being able to check in on time it was very short staff so hour and half after I was able to check in . My Safari tent had some trash left behind the lamps and in trash can . My second day there my tent zipper broke and I was told they couldn't move us we had to stay there there was no place for us to move. For the younger kids there fun activities but lack of for older

Every visit here is more disappointing than the last. Restrooms dirty/no toilet paper. Hot tub dirty at morning opening. Security gates are always broken. Unwritten rules being enforced while written rules are ignored. Not enough umbrellas at either pool. Campsites not cleaned between guests. Water lines between sites leaking. Exposed sewer pipes where campers set up. Was better when private owned

Our family has stayed at King & Queen's Court / Flat Rock / Lebanon KOA for over 10 years, and still can't find another campground that offers the same amenities as Labanon KOA. It would be nice if they offered more prepared food choices (currently only offering pizza) and family movies, but it's just a minor complaint.

Rented a cabin. 2 TV's, no cable or internet. Pictures online of the campground do not represent what you really have. Groceries in the store were very minimal. No security.

The delux cabins were not very clean the floors, balcony, bathroom all of it was not thoroughly cleaned. The pools were also dirty and even the laundry room was very filthy. The beds in the cabin were very thin and uncomfortable and the delux cabins are very expensive the least they could do is have more comfortable beds. The cabinets were falling off it was just all very disappointing.

This is one of our favorite places but a bit has changed this year. Was disappointed in the ropes course changes that are not clearly told until you get there. The sunday before we left a nee staff was at the pool and she clearly was just chasing people around saying no no no for things thst are always allowed. Decided on other pool since she was being insane. Lots of teenagers whipping golf carts

I was not given directions to my site. I was giving the wrong code for the gate and I had friends staying at a different site. I asked if they could be closer to us and was told the sites were all booked. I stayed Thursday-Monday and there were 2 sites near me open the whole stay

We have been coming to this campground for 20+ years as a large group and we always enjoy our stay. However, this year was not as great. I understand you can't control mother nature but you waited until we arrived to tell us our sites had no electricity due to a storm over a week ago. We then got placed in the field where the RVs go, away from the rest of our group. No discount, nothing....

Management was very accommodating. Went to our site, found that it wouldn’t work because of the hook up locations were opposite on our RV. Went back to the office and they immediately changed my site. However, kids are speeding around on golf carts. Unchecked. Packed! It is definitely better than the first time I stayed there

Had an amazing stay. We loved the two pools, water slide, ropes course, jump pad, anrcade and tubing in the river. The sites are big and clean. My husband was bored as he likes to fish and the “fishing pond” is no more. Also the “pond” in the mini golf area had almost no water and was filled with leaves and trash. Hard to mini golf with tree nuts and rocks in the way. Only food on site is

We had a great experience! Initially was worried as the septic location was 30 feet away from the back side of the camper, which we were not equipped to support. Spoke with Steve, the GM, and worked out a solution very quickly. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only down check, out of the KOA control, was the fishing pond was less than desirable and we were not able to fish. We’ll be back!

I just have to say, that this campground was so clean and nicely laid out. What you really need to know about is the staff-WOW!!!! Your staff in the welcome center/store were so great, they went above and beyond to help me with a golf cart. They were nice and did whatever they could to help make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back soon!

We paid for an electric site, but the electric got taken down from that area earlier in the season. We were told we could charge our phones one row over, but they also had no electricity. The worst part was noise, loud music constantly and no enforcement of quiet hours, fireworks,and marijuana constantly. It's a party campground apparently. The bathrooms were also gross.

We’ve stayed here a few years ago and it was nice, I guess it’s better to be on the other side right along the river. This time we had a late arrival, our paperwork wasn’t left out in the late arrival box, luckily a KOA staff member was going by and called someone to tell us our site. Surrounded by tenters who stayed up WAY past quiet time blaring music. Pee all over toilet. Pools very dirty

We had a great stay! The site was great, the kids loved using the golf cart and the pool. The pool with the slide was a bit cloudy and looked not super inviting a couple of the days. The kids were also bummed that the carousel wasn't working. Thanks for a fun time!

Night security for firewood was so great. Store closes at 7 so have to call. Very kid friendly so if you want peace and quiet not sure if it depends on the season. Love the site we have. The patio is great
