From the start, I felt this was a friendly park. The staff was helpful and professional,just from a call for the reservation. When we got there, it was amazing. The site was just what I asked for, reception was awesome. The owner even helped us out with a ladder. I would highly recommend this park as it was friendly. Bathrooms were spotless. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks!

Stay was nice for the holiday weekend. Tried to walk the trails but they are not managed or marked very well. All the signs say is to stay on mowed paths but was almost like a maze. Office staff was amazing asking with the grounds crew. Started here before and have noticed the huge improvements to the campground. Kids did miss the jump pad so hopefully they bring that back.

This facility was very clean and neat. There was plenty activities for the grandchildren to enjoy. The staff was very helpful, namely Breanna, she went above and beyond entertaining the children!

We love this location. We have 2 children, ages 9 and 6, and there is so much to keep them both busy and having fun.

Friendly staff. Grounds are well kept. The older side is great with large trees for shade. The pool looked refreshing. The store was well stocked. Would stay again.

This place is wonderful, beautiful campground. The owner/his crew are very nice & seem to enjoy their job. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need to get new washers/dryers. This place is very peaceful, lots of shade except where the the big buses go, but the area for them is gorgeous. Check out their wonderful cabins, instead of a hotel. Very family friendly!

The staff was so helpful. Our site was clean! Patio furniture, grill and patio all spotless which has not been our experiences since traveling cross country for the past 6 weeks. Thank you for a great experience.

It was just a short stay but it is definitely somewhere we will go again. Nice campground, a lot of things to do and if our kids were still little and traveled with us they would have had a blast! Definitely recommend!

Site 70 was great. Used the bbq but one burner of 3 not working. Also I wanted propane the day we left but they didn’t have anyone til 1pm to do it so unable to get it

A very nice KOA. The original section is very well kept. The new section is lovely. All sites level with great utilities both sun and shade. The owners are wonderful and put a lot into their park.

With 2 ACTIVE adults and 2 kids. The Sallisaw KOA is a safe, and fun place to stay. The POOL is big & clean - too. ALSO, there are nearby trails to hike and a beautiful lake to paddle. WEE!

Loved this campground especially the private dog walk pen with lots of space. Easy access off the Interstate but very little road noise. Staff was really nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We've stayed at this KOA three times now and we love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is so clean and there are so many things to do right there at the camp grounds.

It’s close to I 40 and was easy to pull in for a night’s rest. The sites are level and most are well shaded. The bathrooms are clean and up to date. The sign at the road is very small compared to most KOAs so be observant.

One if the best equipped, well maintained KOA facilities I’ve stayed at. Only complaint was the dog park. It was very difficult to get to tucked behind cabins in the trees , but the ground was unleavened and it was a flooded swamp you couldn’t access. After a long day in an RV a pup need a clean nice place to run free. Although most KOA dog parks are muddy or full of goat heads.

Thank you for staying with us! Unfortunately with all the rain and flood warnings we had been receiving, it turned our ground very vet. Now the sun is out and shining, we should not have any water issues. There is a land bridge marked on your map to access the park as well. Thanks again!

This is a very nice campground, but the recent heavy rains turned it into a mud pit. While KOA can’t control the weather, they could add a lot more gravel to the areas that are muddy, especially around the hookups.

Unfortunately with the amount of rain we have been receiving and the flood warnings, it has put a bind in our ground work. But we are definitely working on it as the weather should be getting warm and dry. Thank you for staying with us!

Very nice campground. We stayed in a camping cabin that was situated around a little pond. Friendly ducks wandered through and were fun to watch. Bathrooms were a short walk, clean, and easy to access. Great recreation activities. Easy to find.

Great spot and decent value. Staff was friendly... booking, check in and check out was easy as pie. We stayed in camping cabin # 2. Full bed and bunks. Clean sheets, pillows and a blanket provided. We brought our own extra blankets and we did use them. Cabin heater worked well to keep the room very comfortable. Small tv worked though we ended up using our hot spot on our phone as it was faster than the provided wifi. You do have a bit of a walk to the bathrooms, no bathroom in our cabin. Bathrooms were clean, shower was hot and worked very well for us. Would choose this 10 times out of 10 over a Hotel. Would return anytime we were in Sallisaw.

We only stayed one night due to the fact that we were traveling in a RV. The site is level and far enough apart and the entire campground is wooded, making it feel very private. It has a very nice little dog park. This is close enough off the 40 to make it convenient and everything was quite nice. It would definitely be another stay if we come back this way.
