Nice! The kids loved it too. Playground was a little outdated, and putt putt needed some TLC but the kids didn’t care!!!! Overall fun trip!

It was great. Could offer cable to your campers at night or when it's raining so they can have something today. Internet sucks you all need to upgrade or something

Thank you for you comments. Cable TV is offered in the rec building as well as a strong WiFi signal. We also offer full hook up sites with cable at your site.

The location of the sites for motorhomes like ours, 38 ft, was down a steep grade and required a upward steep grade to exit the site. The roads were very narrow. The sites were better suited for pull along campers instead of large motorhomes. The sites at the top of the hill by the office are better suited for RV's like ours.

We are sorry your site did not meet your expectations. The sites by the store only accomodate up to a 32 foot camper therefore you were plced on the larger site. We hop you continue to camp KOA.

Staff was and has always been very kind and helpful. They come by the camp site to see if you need anything and are all set up. Wonderful camp sites, clean and neat. Shower stalls are well kept as well.

Only complaint is that the shower heads need to have more pressure.

Nice campground but old not like I am use to most get your trash being your ice an wood when u buy it I was I. Gatlinburg koa night an day I think they cater to the ones that stay there year round

Not happy with gravel hilly roads , no security or trash services not at all motorcycle friendly

0818, 19May18 Current advertising literature and site map lead you to believe that this campground is right on the shore of the lake. It isn't - the lake is about one mile away. For those who want to fish, this will probably be great. For those who want to do other things, this location is not close to anything else. The ladies working the desk were awesome.

It is definitely not for kids! The playground was really in a bad state!! The slide( only one) was so rusted the kids couldn’t even slide on it! The put put course that you advertise is falling apart!!! The whole park is in need of serious maintenance and upgrade

Great stay. Super staff. Very hot, sunny and beautiful weekend. Wish the pool had been open. Would have made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful area.

My wife and kids had a great time! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They took me to the campsite so I could see were to go and how to get there. Then it was raining and they have us a ride back to are camper so we wouldn't get wet and after the rain died down they brought are fire wood to us. I have never had a better experience camping then at this campground thanks and God bless.

This is our Favorite KOA of all. This is the only one we stay at. All staff is like family. Everything you could ever want or need is right there or within very few miles. We couldn't ask for a better place to be for Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions or just getting together with friends and family. Old and New. Looking Forward to 2018 Camping season. Only complaint, April is too far away

Not very big-rig friendly. Lots of "seasonal/permanent" rigs that never are moved. Seemed like a mobile home park rather than the type of campground we prefer. Office staff was helpful and accommodating to our needs.

This is an old KOA that needs substantial TLC and a complete redoing of the uneven roads. The lower pull throughs were not level and it took some adjustment to get the 5th wheel level. One side of the rig had the wheels completely off the ground. I think KOA should send an evaluation team to determine KOA further sponsorship.

We have stayed here a few times before. It's a ok campground. The staff has always been friendly. Some of what I notice is getting a little rough. We always stay in the pull though section down over the hill.the road getting there is getting washed out and is very bumpie getting there.it needs some attention and work put in to it. We will probably stay there again since it's a ca.ground on lak

No cable tv or Wi-Fi. The space was too steep. Pretty area however.

We are sorry your camping experience did not meet your expectations. Our cable company provides state of the art digital cable which requires that your digital TV searches for the signal for the channels. If that was not communicated to you we apologize sorry. We have completed phase one of WiFi and it reaches 100 ft from the store.

We had a really nice patio site without a lot of people on top of us. We were happy to be there for several days. KOA has been the campground of choice lately.

Sites were very unlevel. Picnic tables were worn and mine was missing. staff was very friendly.

We have picnic table on every site however sometimes a table gets moved by a previous camper. Please give us another try at meeting your expectations.

Very rough campground. Steep grades and sharp turns to navigate. NO WiFi coverage at our site. Good digital CATV though.

This KOA is located on 'the road less traveled,' which is exactly what we were looking for. We rented at pontoon at Alligator II Marina, which is just a short drive away. Thank you for the memories!

Great and very helpful staff! My wife got delayed in Boston due to flight delays from hurricane Harvey, I thought I would call and let them know I wouldn't be down on Friday 9/1 like I had reserved but would be there early Saturday morning. When we arrived sat they had given us a credit for Friday night which surprised us being a holiday weekend and we were very greatful for it.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice as well as the mini golf. The sites however we're lacking. Sparse gravel and not very pretty. Our site was on a slight grade which meant hooking up the drains went all up hill.

Campground is nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Someone came out to assist with getting backed in to site. My only complaint would be that several people would use site C003 (it was a pull thru site) which was next to ours as a driveway cut through rather than using the road provided. This was noisy when trying to sleep.

Disappointed that we had to request to have the bathroom/shower facilities closest to our campsite unlocked and was met with resistance and told there was only 2 people working that weekend. The bathroom was then unlocked.

Don't know why we've never stayed here before, but we're sure glad we found it! It is now our favorite campground in Ky. The grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping. Love the surrounding wooded area. Everything is spotlessly clean inside and out. You just couldn't ask to be treated any better than the people here treat you. Can't wait to come back!

very nice campground and the family running the campground are great. Your camp grounds are clean and mowed. We enjoyed our one night stay and would come again if in your area. We have already told some of our friends. Big thank you from OHIO.

This KOA is visually appealing. The staff is polite and professional. This particular location may be a network deadzone. So, come prepared for service outages. With that being said, this location has endless potential for a fun vacation with the family.

Located on the high banks of lake Cumberland the campground is quiet and reasonably priced. Spots were easy to get in and out of and utilities worked fine for the whole stay. Staff were friendly and facilities were nice.
