Love this campground. We stayed once previously - closer to the main road. I'd recommend those spots as the best ones to stay at (think they start with an "M").

We loved all the work on the campground remodel. It's lols amazing!! Sites we very clean and landscape was beautiful. Our kids had a blast. The only down fall was the pool, would have loved it to be heated and I don't think the pool filter was even on, nothing was running. The kids really loved the big blue slide, I would definitely invest in the up keep of that.

I didn’t know what bed bug bites felt or looked like until I stayed in cabin 107B I told the front desk that I was getting bit but she tried to blame it on my bed covers. I had to put all my clothes and bedding in plastic bags and go to a laundromat before I got home to make sure I didn’t infest my home.

Hi. I asked for the key upon arrival and they said it was in the cabin which I search and was not. They had to drive it to me,. There was no paper towels in either the women or the men’s restroom and those are really needed. The counters were dirty or wet and we had no way to wipe them down. There is a big hole outside of cabin 61 my friend fell in and hurt himself. Needs fixed ASAP

1st time at a KOA Just seems strange that all the activities for kids don’t start until late in the day. The pool was like swimming in ice cubes Honestly felt like the put put, playground and slide could use some love/upkeep. Also, while friendly, could make for a much better experience if those running kid’s activities were more interactive with the kids.

The KOA employees were wonderful. The grounds were clean and well kept. The swimming pool was unheated. The restrooms stalls were small. The campground itself is on a slight hill side so plan on blocking up your rig. Over all a nice place.

The renovations going on are really nice. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. This cabin is advertised for 4 people. It had one spoon in the drawer. I guess we were supposed to share. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. We ended up throwing out the perishables we brought. Only one light over the bed worked. We bought firewood that was too wet to light. Not what I expect from a koa

We had a great stay and the koa. Our first site was not what I had though I had reserved however, we asked if another was available and they were very accomidating, putting us in a different, better location. Everyone of the staff were very helpful, and friendly. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

We were in A1, but would request A2 next time. The corner is pretty busy and can be noisy. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints were: 1) very weak Wi-Fi signal, 2) no antenna TV signal and 3) no cable TV.

Great place to stay. This is our second year in a row and we love this place. We are planning to come back here every year. The staff members were amazing. Only thing I would like to suggest is to renovate the play ground, it definitely need some work. Also the slide need some waxing and maintenance.

Our site was so narrow, we could not put out our awning and sit under it. We had no protection from sun and rain. Asked to move, but young woman at check-in said she could not move us without owner or manager. Campground was almost empty upon arrival and still open sites when we left, we could have moved. Reached out to owners, but didn’t hear back. Plan to stay at a different campground next tr

Campground was nice, tent site was great and empty so quiet for the weekend. Staff was really nice. Bathrooms were quite dirty and not pleasant to shower in. I didn’t feel clean after each shower. But it was a campground shower, so better than nothing.

We met friends there and had a great time. Although none of us had small kids, there are a lot of amenities to keep them entertained. The bathrooms are very clean.

We have stayed at this Koa before a few times. The upgrades are very, very nice. However, we were in site E48 and the picnic table was in rough shape. Bolts / screws missing from braces and very, very wobbly. Thanks for your concerns. Until the next time, Donna Werner

Excellent camp site! The actual sites were extremely well maintained, laundromat was easily accessible, staff was friendly! My only suggestion is that the mini golf, slide, etc need some maintenance, but other than that, it was perfect!

Great park. Had one of the sites with a private dog yard. Wifi was the the best I have ever had away from home. Clean restrooms and a nice store. Lots of activities for kids We will come back

Our stay was mostly a pleasant one. The campsites are very nice. We were there for 4 days and noticed one negative. The waste container in the dog park was full upon our arrival and was never emptied during our entire stay.

My husband and I were at the campground with our grandgirls. We have had had numerous trips over the years with other grandkids and our own kids. This was by far the most organized we have seen the activities for children. AND the slide open was a bonus we did not expect. The cabin was clean, comfortable and organized nicely. We will definitely be back for more camping memories with family.

Great amenities - slide, mini golf, pool, playground, sand volleyball court, and dog park! All were in good working order and we enjoyed them! The tent sites were private, yet close to the bathrooms which was great. The downside is the picnic tables and fire pits at the tent sites were neglected and in poor repair. Otherwise, everything was lovely about this KOA.

The staff was all very nice and friendly! The campground was kept very nice and clean. The only thing we had trouble with, is the waste hook-ups we're up way too high. We would suggest either putting them on the downslope of each site or having them lower where they are.

As peaceful as it gets this time of year. Stayed here beginning of April 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Dirt/gravel pad. Pavers, landscaping, and very fine gravel/sand mix fire pit area. Site #B12 General: 1) Very quiet and not many other campers this time of year. 2) 5-7 min for Royal Gorge Bridge Park and overlook picnic areas. 3) Spacious sites and not too close to neighbors and their hookups (many are a touch short but still work well) Campground WiFi: Worked pretty well. Conducted Zoom meetings and able to work on vpn. BUT that is mainly b/c the park was fairly empty. Cell/hotspot using booster: AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Verizon (4 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Details: Check-in: Site assignments posted on board. Office hours limited this time of year. Sites: Dirt/ gravel pad. Fairly spacious sites. Site 19: Was not our site but we noticed that the patio side connects directly to laundry and restrooms, so folks seem to forget their manners and cut through that site's patio spot. Campground Road: Dirt road but too not bumpy. Grounds: Clean. Bathrooms/Showers: Clean and well-maintained. Laundry: Worked well. Location: Gas, groceries and restaurants are in town 10 min Near highway: The KOA is slightly off of a main road so there is a touch noise during the day. Near train: No
