Great location, clean facilities, friendly staff. Our cabin was perfect. We even went for a hike up in the foothills which are right outside the back door. Thank you!!

It was ok, I had to pay my pet deposit twice for some reason once online , and once in cash when I arrived, I also pre paid for a bag of ice, I asked and was told they didn't provide ice, even though I paid for it.

The bathrooms were very clean. The laundry facilities were nice. Everyone we came into contact with was very nice. But the campground itself wasn't great. And there were stickers everywhere.

We stayed in a cabin for one night. The cabin and bathrooms were very clean. The pool was not open. There is no pavement so it was very dusty. Not much to do.

The AC (swamp cooler) had to work hard to keep up with the heat but once it matched up, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Sitting out on the porch visiting with friends in the evening was great. We would stay there again.

Rock Springs KoA needs some TLC. It seemed run down. I can’t say the staff was real friendly and the sites are without any grass and seem to be in disrepair. The cabin lodge we stayed in was nice enough although there was some type of miscommunication on staff and it was not cleaned so we had to switch cabins. I wish I could give this place a better review but I couldn’t on this visit.

Had a deluxe cabin and it was nicely laid out, had nice amenities, even keurig and kitchen stocked well. Nice surprise! Thank you!

Pleasant check in experience, very nice cabins.

We've stayed at the Rockville/Green River KOA many times as it's a great stopping off place on our way to other sights in the area. This time we noticed that Rock Springs has an old town area that we plan to explore on our next visit in two weeks. Having moved to Wyoming 5 years ago we've already seen all the big attractions and now want to explore the small towns and history.

Restrooms are too far from the cabins. Otherwise it was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

One unisex restroom was out of order. Our neighbors were noisy. We have stayed there previously, and really only stayed this time because it was convenient.

We arrived very early but we could do our laundry while we where waiting to get the cabin done. Friendly staff and good fire wood it burned for a long time. They het 2 bad/restroom cabins nearby with toilet and shower in one cabin. Beautiful views at the mountains. What less beautiful is are the big white oil tanks.

Ta da- there was Rock Springs KOA & they had a cabin available! Staff were wonderful & efficient! The accommodations were just right for me & my service dogs. Plan to stay there again!!!!

The heater in my cabin did not work. The closest bathrooms were closed. Not comfortable or any privacy.

Quiet and served its purpose for a quick overnight stay. The cabin was a bit out dated and could have been a little cleaner.

When we were there the weather was not great so we were not out that much. It was hard to assess the area. I do know this was our first time in a camping cabin and we won’t do that again. The heat was not adequate and there were lots of leaks around the door and windows. The back window actually had rain coming in on the right side. Not a lot but enough to get items wet that were below the windo

The restroom closest to the cabin was closed for the winter so I had to go all the way to the office to use the restroom, which was not convenient especially when it's windy and raining. There was a pile of dog poop right next to the cabin when I got there, guessing from the neighbors. Highway noise is awful. Bed was comfortable enough. Other KOA cabins have a fridge/microwave, this one didn't.

I had asked about ordering a pizza and was told that the lady was the only one there and did not have time to make a pizza . She informed me that she was the only one available for checking in guest, cleaning the facilities, cabins, everything else that needed to be done. tried to upgrade my cabin for one that showed available on the web. but was told she couldn't because it wasn't cleaned.

There really wasn’t much added to this KOA, it was very basic and plain. There wasn’t anything to do for kids. My kids got told to get off the park at 8:00 at night. There wasn’t a fire pit for the deluxe cabins. Our futon couch was so worn down and old that they had kept it together by metal wires with a large gap in the middle, you couldn’t use it. Needed some improvements.

This was the first time I've stayed in a Lodge. I've stayed in many KOA's with my RV. I won't be staying in a Lodge again, if I can help it. The lodge itself was cute and clean, but the mice kept me up all night, especially when one ran across my bed. The office staff laughed it off, basically telling me I should expect that in the country. Duh, I live in the country but keep mice out.

We stopped here for the night on our way to the big hard enduro race in Idaho. Having read some of the reviews on the way we were pretty much expecting the worst. Like any campground, if you got stuck in the worst spot you'd probably not be too thrilled, however, we were in probably one of the largest and most private spots we've had at any KOA. The gravel was even and had a nice, large paved area. There was also a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, a large fire ring, and another bench, all within a privacy fence. The view of the mountains was great. The super nice manager went out of her way to let my husband know about the large amount of off-road trails that lead directly from the campground. We had no idea you could ride from there, it made sense because the place was filled with outdoor enthusiasts; side by sides, mountain bikes, etc. The place did not seem rundown or overgrown to me, nobody walking through our campsite or anything weird like that. Yes it is the high desert so if you're expecting grass you're a bit out of touch. We did not use any of the amenities so can't speak to that. We would definitely stay there again if we were driving through, and make sure we bring all the toys.

UPDATE 6/7/26: This location is one of our favorites and we have stayed several times in the deluxe cabins as well as several times in the RV sites. Staff is still amazing and it is still a great stop. ORIGINAL POST: This was an overnight stay on our way home. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins that has a full bath and shower. It was a great cabin. This park is quiet. The RV sites are all gravel, and some sites have a privacy fence with a nice patio and fire pit.l The tent sites are really nice. Some have a gazebo, but all have grass and privacy fences. There are 5 deluxe cabins and I believe there were 5 small cabins that have no bathroom. The pool was covered, but in the summer it would be great. There is a nice playground, basketball court and horseshoe pit. The staff was so nice. The office store had a lot of items available. Simple but great KOA. We have stayed here several times in a trailer as well. We've stayed in one of the water and electric sites, and we just stayed in a 30A FHU site. It was still a great place to stay and stay is wonderful. All the bathrooms were very clean. If you need an overnight stop, this would be a great location.

Had a nice heated pool that's open for these kids. Enough said 🤣… clean courteous and pricing felt reasonable.
