Unresponsive and unprofessional staff, horribly uneven, deep, large rock spaces made leveling next to impossible, and made it difficult to walk my dogs. The dog park was nothing but a dusty dirt pen with no shade, which meant my dogs couldn't go stretch their legs but in the early morning and evening hours due to the hot summer sun. Overall a horrible experience. We will never be back.

Love the spot with the wind block; why can’t all of the sites be like that!! ��� It’s awesome! We drove around Flaming Gorge; the views were incredible! Highly recommend taking the trip.

Great for an overnight stop. We had a larger site with patio and fencing. Very private. Lots and roads are gravel but site was fairly level.

Clean park and very friendly staff. Storms came through and damaged our slideout awning and the staff was very helpful in recommending and RV shop to assist.

It was great for an overnight stay. We did DoorDash dinner from Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse. Food was excellent ! The staff at the park were friendly and accommodating.

First, the campground can’t control the weather so it’s not on them and they were still willing to partially refund us due to an unexpected rain mud slide. Our site was one big mud puddle and the private patio area was covered in mud. The area was adequate once WE cleaned it up and blocked of mud with chairs. Could use some sprucing up, a little worm looking but served our purpose.

Road leading to RV sites are wide. Not paved but at least level. Clean despite being very old. RV sites: KOA Patio or Patio are the best. Great for 2 or 3 nights. Near Walmart, Smith’s & fast food joints. Close to freeway, easy access & exit. Staffs very friendly. Dog park was very clean. Good for ATV & hiking.

The check-in process was great, and the staff was very good. The bathroom and showers were very clean and modern. Our site included a fenced area around the grill, swing, and fire pit. The issue arose when a storm came through and flooded the whole campground. We had mud everywhere, were unable to use the fenced area, and struggled to get to our truck without mud packed on our shoes. The truck and

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the facilities so much that we will stay longer whenever we pass through or visit Rock Springs. The Manager and the Park Host were awesome. The Manager stopped to chat with us making sure our stay was pleasant and told us about the pizza they make on site, which we are anxious to try next time we visit.

The initial employee was not as friendly as she could have been but the cabin was wonderful, and an exceptional value. Other employees were very nice and even addressed a wasp Nest immediately. Very good experience.

A fairly old looking facility. Lots of dirt, dust and gravel. OK for a quick overnight stop. We chose an electric only site for the lower cost.

We reserved a full hook up pull through in February. Upon arrival we were assigned a spot without sewer. I indicated our reservation was for sewer, water, 50 amp. The desk clerk said she could move our location, which she did. And then proceeded to charge an additional 9.00 Not good business. And it rained hard and it was a gravel mud hole. KOA Rock Springs, as a Journey, is a very convenient stay. It has all the conveniences you would expect in a KOA, great staff, good maintenance, dog park, clean bathhouses and working site utilities. The park needs drainage work as there is too much mud flow into the park when there is rain, especially the dog park.

The supplied trailer sites are the worst sites in your KOA. I am sure the tent sites, which are nicer, are cheaper than the trailer sites. Why is that? No privacy or cute sites for the trailer. It is a parking lot. Very unappealing. Do not recommend

They don't have enough gravel on the spaces. It had rained and we were slopping through mud to get set up.

Nothing to see nor do and this koa not much of anything at all . They must try to do something about the issue of the fuel tanks in front of the koa camp grounds.

This is a KOA Journey so I believe it is primarily for overnight stays. I requested a 20/30 amp pull through, which was awful. Motorhomes are packed in like sardines, on a gravel pad, with constant noise from semis on I-80, not to mention the nearby railway. The pull-throughs are supposed to accommodate rigs 60 feet long; my 25 foot class C and 15 foot toad (with tow bar) barely fit.

This KOA isn't the greatest. It's OG from the 1900s, and is looking very worn out and tired. The location isn't the best by the oil refinery. There's potential to improve the place,but it would take a lot of time and money to bring it up to current standards. It looks like it has a lot of long term residents at this point,which isn't helping it's appearance. An overnight stay was long enough.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Place was 1/2 full, and they made sure campers were well spaced.. nice! Quiet, clean, decent view. The ‘new bathrooms’ were nice, but ran out of toilet paper by 8am… that’s the only thing I’d change about our stay is ask they find a way to store more toilet paper in the bathrooms for the ‘morning rush’. Staff was very nice and bathrooms very clean. This is a windy area and I was out front listening to the incessant banging of the flag ropes/clips on the flag pole till the wee morning hours when the wind died down. Ask for a site in the rear of the park.

This is a great stop over KOA. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Be aware the spaces are close together and there is no shade. This KOA offers fresh baked pizza; delivered to your site and very tasty!

We stayed for one night while we were passing through. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pull through site, and it was a bit short for our 45' class A plus tow, but we made it work. The campground is all gravel and dirt, but it's Wyoming. The only amenity we used was the dog park (which was all dirt but still great). It was a little tight once more folks showed up, but it was very quiet. Beautiful sunrise when we left!
