I had stayed here twice before, once in 2012 and another time in 2016. Now, 10 years after my last stay, nothing really looked like it had changed much. You are still parking in a gravel, dusty, giant parking lot that is always windy and dirty. Now, I know that KOA cannot control the weather but they could make material improvements like pavement, larger and more windbreaks. (now they cut me off)

We had to delay our stay several times because the highway was closed to high profile vehicles due to high wind. The management was very easy to help with that. The bathrooms are nice with hot water. Easy in and out. Close to town.

Lodge was clean and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with the area and gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Park was clean will definitely stay again

One fourth of my site was buried in water and mud. All of the water and mud was right at the pedestal and my back door so getting into the camper without tracking it in was next to impossible. It seemed I was the only site like that. I had a pull through site because I knew I was going to be in late. I think the bathrooms were adequate but could use a good cleaning. Highway noise was bad.

Facilities were fine but grounds were full of stucker plants that stuck in pet paws etc. Washer and dryers were why i rated good as i did

We like being able to pull in and stay hooked up. Nice level spots. Convenient and everything was in good working condition.

Internet was horrible. There appeared to be level sites but our site was extremely sloped side to side. I always expect a little sloped but this one was off by about 4" in the width of my trailer. A water line was broken and crews were on at least day 2 of the repair right by our site very disruptive and made the dump station unusable. Part of what we paid for so didn't get very good value!

Very clean and organized. Had a dog park (no grass). Rated as it was because there was no green space between campsites and you shared picnic tables.

Very nice staff, and due to weather, we stayed another night. Very clean area AND the biggest dog run we've seen, Scrappy had a blast running around the big tires!!!

Staff was excellent. Interesting location at foothills of small mountains with walking paths, behind a tank farm.. views just ok. Just off highway. Gravel sites pretty level, we upgraded to FHU with patio, fire pit, fence and chairs.. nice, not sure worth $ of upgrade. Baths very small, old, pretty clean, useable but nothing special. Nothing within walking distance, 8 minutes to Walmart etc.

Great place to get off the freeway. Sites are huge and staff is nice. Not much for amenities but what we needed for an overnight.

Space was sloped and we had to adjust a few times in order to detach our fifth wheel. Overall quiet and not many guests this time of year.

Rented deluxe cabin. Got there when they closed, they handed me the keys, said they just cleaned it & they open at 7am so I could register. Door knob fell off when I opened it. It was filthy. Sheets had long & very short black hairs all over, couldn’t sleep in the bed. The shower was filthy, tried to rinse all the dirt out of it but couldn’t because the drain was also filled with black hair.

Men’s Washroom was totally dirty. When it is not clean, user‘s don’t keep it clean. For me thatwas waste of money.

Just a quick overnight stay to have full hookups. Didn't use any other amenities. Nice big park as I did taking morning walk lap around it.

We got evacuated from driving down I 80 due to high winds. This was a welcoming Oasis. We only needed electricity so that is all we used. This is a great park for traveling industrial workers...

This KOA is the worst KOA I'ved stayed it. After a little rain this KOA is a muddy mess. I walked my dog and it is the mud that sticks to your shoes and my dogs' paws. When I unhooked my hose and electric cable were all covered with mud. What a mess. You will never see me again.

We stopped here for the night on our way to the big hard enduro race in Idaho. Having read some of the reviews on the way we were pretty much expecting the worst. Like any campground, if you got stuck in the worst spot you'd probably not be too thrilled, however, we were in probably one of the largest and most private spots we've had at any KOA. The gravel was even and had a nice, large paved area. There was also a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, a large fire ring, and another bench, all within a privacy fence. The view of the mountains was great. The super nice manager went out of her way to let my husband know about the large amount of off-road trails that lead directly from the campground. We had no idea you could ride from there, it made sense because the place was filled with outdoor enthusiasts; side by sides, mountain bikes, etc. The place did not seem rundown or overgrown to me, nobody walking through our campsite or anything weird like that. Yes it is the high desert so if you're expecting grass you're a bit out of touch. We did not use any of the amenities so can't speak to that. We would definitely stay there again if we were driving through, and make sure we bring all the toys.

UPDATE 6/7/26: This location is one of our favorites and we have stayed several times in the deluxe cabins as well as several times in the RV sites. Staff is still amazing and it is still a great stop. ORIGINAL POST: This was an overnight stay on our way home. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins that has a full bath and shower. It was a great cabin. This park is quiet. The RV sites are all gravel, and some sites have a privacy fence with a nice patio and fire pit.l The tent sites are really nice. Some have a gazebo, but all have grass and privacy fences. There are 5 deluxe cabins and I believe there were 5 small cabins that have no bathroom. The pool was covered, but in the summer it would be great. There is a nice playground, basketball court and horseshoe pit. The staff was so nice. The office store had a lot of items available. Simple but great KOA. We have stayed here several times in a trailer as well. We've stayed in one of the water and electric sites, and we just stayed in a 30A FHU site. It was still a great place to stay and stay is wonderful. All the bathrooms were very clean. If you need an overnight stop, this would be a great location.

Had a nice heated pool that's open for these kids. Enough said 🤣… clean courteous and pricing felt reasonable.
