Very nice...little dusty and garbage needed to be dumped or covered. Thanks for help with our water issue. Jack's RV Revival came and fixed our leak in 30 minutes!!

It was good. The staff were all friendly. I just needed a spot for the night passing through. The facilities were nice. The only minor downside is beyond their control: I-80 is nearby and very busy with trucks all night long. The pool is not available, but that wasn't a factor for me (I had no plans to swim).

The entire staff is very helpful. Christina stands out to me as being very pleasant and an excellent ambassador. The new shower and restrooms are a welcome addition to the otherwise dated and tired facilities. I will most certainly stay here again.

Staff VANESSA was super. Good spot, very little leveling required. All utilities functioned properly. Downside was only 2 washers and 2 dryers out of 6 each were working. Campers I met worked cooperative to make the best of it.

We were only at Rock Springs for one night. We got in late and left early the next morning. However, we were able to find the late check-in material quickly and the map to find our campsite was clear and easy to follow. We got into the site, got hooked up, and went to bed. I wish that I could provide more for you, but got exactly what we needed that night.

We did an overnight stay in a power and water only, both were fine. The park itself is rundown and needs a lot of maintenance. Sites overgrown with weeds, all outdoor wood has peeling paint and the dump station had dried up toilet paper from someone’s poopsy.

Campground clean and staff very nice. Dog park concerning for me though. Spacious area but maintenance is needed such as paint. The four inch hog wire ok with large dogs but for Shi Tzu’s like ours, they can fit through. Recommend securing this area better. I don’t believe we would stay there again due to the dog park.

I liked this campground, Easy on and off interstate, yet very little traffic noise. All hookups were as expected, and office staff was friendly and helpful.

Went out of our way to stay here on our return trip because the campground was convenient. And it is so close to so many conveniences. Spent a pleasant night there.

Staff was very friendly. The campground itself seemed run down and not kept up. No grass anywhere. Inside the office it was clean. I guess I expected a little more wow for a KOA.

We had a very nice site near the office partially enclosed with a fence to block the wind. It conveniently located to the interstate and gas. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was nice and clean. The bathrooms were terrific and plenty of hot water. The only thing was the pool was drained, so you couldn’t use it.

An alert manager noticed that my propane tank was showing signs of rust and suggested nearby merchants who could replace it. Thank you.

The front staff could be more friendly and helpful. Many machines in the laundry room were out of order. Really liked the patio location with fences for privacy and keeping the wind at bay. It was a nice quiet place.

One night stay between Carbondale, Co. and Jackson Hole, Wy. Worst KOA ever. Pool was empty. Over half of laundry machines were not working. Adjacent to large petroleum storage tanks. Single urinal in men's bathroom out of order. 2nd bathroom building closed with yellow caution tape. No shade trees. Entire grounds looked like a gravel pit. Small ice cream bar was $7.00. Best advice, STAY AWAY!!!!!

My reservations had to be changed 3 times due to vehicle breakdown and repair. The staff was very accommodating.

I wish we would have been emailed that the pool was closed. The campground was right next to a petroleum facility, which was very unattractive.

Had to make a last minute stay here because of high winds and they were very accommodating. It is perfect for the quick one night stay. Level pull through sites.

This campground was the first KOA we stayed in rock Springs and I am so glad that I found it. They’re so friendly. The staff is amazing. It’s very clean. They’re very accommodating. We got hit by a storm that came in and they accommodated us so we can stay one more day until the storm passed. They make homemade pizza so delicious . I highly recommend this Koa .

The people were very nice. My problem was the rocks/gravel everywhere. No grass to walk my dog. The pet yard was big enough , but no grass and people did not pick up after their dogs so that was very unfortunate.

We stopped here for the night on our way to the big hard enduro race in Idaho. Having read some of the reviews on the way we were pretty much expecting the worst. Like any campground, if you got stuck in the worst spot you'd probably not be too thrilled, however, we were in probably one of the largest and most private spots we've had at any KOA. The gravel was even and had a nice, large paved area. There was also a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, a large fire ring, and another bench, all within a privacy fence. The view of the mountains was great. The super nice manager went out of her way to let my husband know about the large amount of off-road trails that lead directly from the campground. We had no idea you could ride from there, it made sense because the place was filled with outdoor enthusiasts; side by sides, mountain bikes, etc. The place did not seem rundown or overgrown to me, nobody walking through our campsite or anything weird like that. Yes it is the high desert so if you're expecting grass you're a bit out of touch. We did not use any of the amenities so can't speak to that. We would definitely stay there again if we were driving through, and make sure we bring all the toys.

UPDATE 6/7/26: This location is one of our favorites and we have stayed several times in the deluxe cabins as well as several times in the RV sites. Staff is still amazing and it is still a great stop. ORIGINAL POST: This was an overnight stay on our way home. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins that has a full bath and shower. It was a great cabin. This park is quiet. The RV sites are all gravel, and some sites have a privacy fence with a nice patio and fire pit.l The tent sites are really nice. Some have a gazebo, but all have grass and privacy fences. There are 5 deluxe cabins and I believe there were 5 small cabins that have no bathroom. The pool was covered, but in the summer it would be great. There is a nice playground, basketball court and horseshoe pit. The staff was so nice. The office store had a lot of items available. Simple but great KOA. We have stayed here several times in a trailer as well. We've stayed in one of the water and electric sites, and we just stayed in a 30A FHU site. It was still a great place to stay and stay is wonderful. All the bathrooms were very clean. If you need an overnight stop, this would be a great location.

Had a nice heated pool that's open for these kids. Enough said 🤣… clean courteous and pricing felt reasonable.
