This was my fourth time staying at this KOA over the years and each time it gets better and better! The owners go the extra mile, especially with the late check in accommodation and with their excellent communication. The property is tidy and just what we needed as a home base for exploring. We will definitely return!

We stayed only one night but everyone was so nice and the campground was very accommodating!! We would definitely come back!

I really did not enjoy site 34 across from the pool. I had mutual people use the site as a walkway. I did say something, but it was a very busy weekend. I even had someone hit my trailer with their hand as they walked through. I have never had any issues like this before. If I ever have that site again I will build some traps or put up some barricades!

We stayed in tipi 2 for our second time. What a fun experience. We like how friendly and helpful the staff are. Bathrooms and grounds were clean especially at this busy summer time. Thank you! We'll be back again.

Kim Roe (manager) was extremely accommodating and kind. Grounds were perfectly maintained. Quiet hours were enforced. All amenities were perfect. Will join KOA because of what a great experience we had at this location and with Kim. Already planning next trip!

The good is that the campground is clean and the employees were very nice. The problem was that our trailer site was a back in site and there was no grass there. The sight was very uninviting. We were in a site that was right next to a old very junky looking trailer. It looked like the person was a long term renter there. Wasn’t the best atmosphere. The pull through sites looked nice.

The staff are all very courteous and helpful. The grounds and buildings are all very well maintained. Just a great place to stay!

Very nice, well-maintained, campground. we were in a lovely RV site, but the tent sites seemed very cramped, and should probably be on the outside of the campground rather than right in the center. They had no privacy or room to move.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly! The campground was kept very clean. The pool was also clean and was at a nice temperature.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Staff was super friendly and informative. Bathrooms were clean and in good working condition. Spaces were well placed and enough room to enjoy privacy. Grounds were well cared for and maintained. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The roads were gravel and very dusty. The wind blew hard the whole time we were there. I think that is typical for that area. We will probably pick a different location next time.

The service was excellent, the air conditioner worked great, and we loved that the TV had streaming capabilities. We stayed in K18, and everything was clean, but it is obviously not a new cabin, nor has it been updated in a long time.

I have never been so attached to a place like this koa. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like family. It's clean and they are always improving the facility to all accommodations. The owner and the manager are always accommodating. I highly recommend this koa. We will miss this place.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
