Accommodating when our plans changed and we had to schedule our stay last minute Quiet campground; clean bathrooms / showers Salt water pool Wish there were daily events (besides pizza), not just Friday, Saturday & Sunday (BBQ dinner, pancake breakfast, ice cream socials, themed weekends, movie & free popcorn, free s’mores, shaved ice, etc.)

Great place to stay and will return. The kids enjoyed the pool and ice cream social. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Showers were big and very private. RV sites were easy to get into, just didn't like having our picnic table by the neighbors dump. The 50 Amp site with the shared patio could have been better kept up, weeds and goat head weeds were in an abundance.

First the staff are great. Very welcoming, pleasant and funny. The cabin was NOT good. Run down, dirty, next to some kind of long term resident with junk everywhere. I would not stay again and wish I never did.

Our second visit there, we brought a group of friends with us because we liked it the first time. The facility is clean and friendly. Although it is a smaller campground it really has a lot of things to do that are fun. It is kid friendly; our daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool. It is well maintained which is great. Did more camping this year than normal, this was one of the better stays!

Every staff member was super nice and hospitable, the facilities were always clean and the food there was amazing. They had special events for kids on the weekend, the whole site felt very safe and secure, the locstion is absolutly gorgeous like a desert oasis. I will recomend this for any of my family or friends. Particular shout out to Aumbry she does the best job at everything

Really helpful and friendly staff. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness, particularly this late in the season! The team must be tired, but you couldn't tell. Such a great experience, will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in the park model site. It was perfect. It had a kitchen with full size appliances and good cookware. The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not have a chance to stay long. We were driving from Eastern Washington to USC and needed a place to rest for a few hours. The Hosts sent us our tent spot number and the codes to the bathroom electronically, since we were expecting to arrive after midnight. We had a chance to see the pool and the grounds in the morning. The dog park is a great spot for the family dog.

Very well taken care of camp grounds. Good location. Most staff friendly. Dont wanr to use the bathroom if they are cleaning them. I didnt realize the time and thought they were done . Sign was way back on door thought maybe they were done. Getting ready to leave our stay so camper was locked up. Cleaning lady came back and had a major tissy. I oppoligised several times but she kept it up.

The pool was nice but usually very crowded. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was adequate but needs attention the make it nice. Power kept fluctuating. AC could not keep up with the sun and our cabin was 90 inside most nights. Needs better curtains to block the sun, no screens on the windows, and mouse traps in the kids sleeping area was gross. Wi-Fi was very spotty.

We stayed three nights camping in our tent. Only one night did it feel really crowded. Met some nice people and really enjoyed the Glow Light Parade and breakfast. Only suggestion is to not have more than two tents per site except in group camping area. Thanks

The grounds are poorly maintained, The electrical system is inadequate, the personnel are not hospitable, and the setting is more like a homeless camp.

This was our first KOA experience, and we are sold! It was a wonderful stay for our family of 6. The facility and staff we awesome. We definitely plan to go back and will look into KOA’s in the future

We stayed there overnight continuing on to our final destination the next morning. Liked how clean the bathrooms were and loved the Sunday breakfast

Been going to that location for over 30 years. The newest owners have done a lot of upgrades. Very nice. The staff was very nice as well. Nice to see some of the old activities still going on. :)

We stayed in #8, Rv pad sub par. Too much dust. Store, bathrooms/ showers very nice.

We were in a cabin #57 and were surprised to see the ac and TV. They still working the bugs out, but it was a really nice cabin. The pool is awesome and the bathrooms have been upgraded and clean. Overall a really nice Koa to stay at.

We were to stay in #1 cabin. The area was in an extreme heat wave. When I made the reservation I was told the cabin had air conditioning. When we arrived the ac was on but could not keep up. It was 104 degrees outside and near that inside. Suggestion: do not rent out that space in times of extreme heat. We had to leave. Left at 9 pm.

For an overnight stay it’s good but not any longer! Very dusty when driving in to your site and even worse when someone else is driving into their site ! Would be terrific if road was paved or at least watered down! Over all one or two nights was fine ��

I felt welcomed and all team members I interacted with were professional and friendly. ���������� Park needs updates. 1) #8 limestone gravel it's washed and doesn't have dust. 2) Must add more 50amp hookups with 70ft minimum pull through. 3) Please trim all low hanging branches to 13ft. 6in. to accommodate Class A coach. Trim bushes back to 10ft so 8ft wide Class A can maneuver w/o scratchi

All and all a good time, koa has lots of activities and convenient camp store. There were a few things that kept me from eating 5 stars, the bathrooms were less tidy than I would desire, they had breakfast Buffett available though didn’t have many options as far as diet restrictions. The tent sites were pretty small and very close together. Limited shade

I have never been so attached to a place like this koa. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like family. It's clean and they are always improving the facility to all accommodations. The owner and the manager are always accommodating. I highly recommend this koa. We will miss this place.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
