The women’s bathroom only had toilet paper in the stall that wouldn’t shut properly. I did not realize until after the office/store was closed and the phone number on the wall to contact only worked if it was open. Garbages were also overflowing in there. Other than that no issues, however we left before the store opened the next day and there was no communication on how to “check out.”

The pull through site was roomy and made it very easy to keep our tow car connected to easily continue our journey to Colorado. The manager was friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a great sunset to top it off.

Site was level and quite spacious, although a little tight to back in because of a tree in the front of the site. Hookups worked fine but in our site the sewer inlet was smack up against a railroad tie, making it a tad tricky to get the sewer elbow into the pipe but I finally managed it. The washrooms were old-style but clean and worked well. The host was very welcoming and informative.

The park is easy to get in and out. It is an old KOA and the facilities are clean. It’s a great stop for one night off highway when traveling through the area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This KOA at one time was probably really nice. Unfortunately it is showing its age. However, the grounds were clean and most of the dog poop had been picked up! The pet playground was pretty much dirt. No grass to speak of and on the small side. There is a lot that could be done with this particular KOA, but perhaps they just don't have the funds. I think we would look for another place next time.

We stay as often as we can. A great place and the workers are so helpful This stay we had a tire problem and the owner was helpful to give us anther day stay a a place close by to help replace the tire.

We really enjoyed our stay. Grant and his crew were super friendly and helpful, and they keep the campground neat and tidy. We come to beautiful Raton often to visit family, and this is now our place of choice to stay. Thanks!!

Very quiet and nice place to stay. We felt very safe there and all of the staff were nice and friendly. The sites are clean and level and the electricity was a perfect 120V what more could you ask for? Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We were upgraded to a fully fenced space because of a mixup with the needed amperage of our camper. It was wonderful to have for our 2 small dogs. It was fun watching the deer that came to visit. Thanks for a great stay!

The park was well taken care.. The internet has a price listed, when you make the reservation, a new price is quoted. If you ask why the difference in price the store owner said that is the price for the tent sites. KOA should have the different price listed on the internet. Next time I will search campground that give honest prices. I know I will not get a responce, thanks for listenin

It was fine - just stayed 1 night. Staff was very welcoming and liked how they had a dog treat for my pup. Grounds were clean, and hookups worked nicely.

Really friendly staff, nice long pull through sites for big rigs. Easy in and out, close to major roads and freeway. Quite overnight. Dumpster was well marked and conveniently located. Would stay here again when passing through Raton.

This is a very nice campground. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. We have stayed here before on our way through to Colorado and will definitely stay again.!

Though we only stayed overnight on our way to Texas from Wyoming, this KOA had everything we needed. Our site was long enough and level. It also had a small Kamp K-9.

Staff here is always exceptional. This is an older property, but clean and comfortable. This time, it took forever for the hot water to warm up enough to shower. It was a quick overnight stay, but I would be quite content to stay lomger.

Extremely hospitable and accommodating hosts. Level spot near the dog park and bathrooms. I had a bit of trouble with the touchpad even with explanation, that's on me. I do have some mobility issues so I'm glad I have a showet stool along for showering. Suggestions: maybe have a portable shower stool available for those who shower sitting down and shower head with removable wand for those sitting.

Great park the owner Grant is friendly and knowledgeable,a guy u could have as a neighbor,the sites are all level gravel,campground is clean,showers are clean ,usable and hot,the immediate area has a strip mall groc store and gas station close by, highly recommend this campground

I've stayed at this KOA multiple times. Easy in and out. Restrooms and laundry are quite nice. Not a garden spot as far as landscaping but quite adequate if you are passing thru!

Second time staying in the cabins and deeply appreciate how clean they are! The restrooms are very close - traveling alone with kids - it's very safe, and my favorite: very clean! Quiet, nice little dog park, my kids think the covered wagon in the playground is the coolest thing lol :) Cabin amenities were top notch. Always enjoy our stay here.
