Entirely satisfactory. We travel through Raton at least once a year, and this was our fifth time to stay at this KOA. Grant at the check-in desk is very pleasant and friendly.

Easy access, friendly manager, level sites. I was concerned to find all the trash containers throughout the park overflowing with trash and there was no toilet tissue in the stall on the second day.

Raton KOA - this campground is a great spot for a Basecamp to visit TAOS & do the Enchanted Circle - Angel Fire, Red River- BUT there is a lot of construction in Taos & Hwy. 64. The owners were on-site & very helpful. It has large pull-thru sites for an overnight stay. The restrooms were clean. The tent area looked good with a playground for kids. The Visitor Center was very nice & helpful.

Trash was overflowing in most if not all trash containers, no toilet tissue in handicap men's stall. Only a half roll of toilet tissue in another stall. We have stayed here many times but this time it was far from normal.

Very calm and has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen need a little love. Il could be interesting to have a path or a bridge that can reach the trail near the river.

Driveways and electrical panels need attention. The spaces are very close. Spaces are flat and easy to get to.

Expected better. Person at the desk was short tempered. And just not friendly. Site were small, and not very inviting. Stayed at nicer campsites for a 3rd of the cost.

Needed an overnight stay, Raton KOA was a convenient stop for that. It was easy to navigate inside the park with our 40 foot RV, towing a jeep. The pull through site was large enough for both. Only 30amp electric was available, but all that we needed. ATT cell service worked well enough as did our Dish TV reception. All was good.

The stay was grate, it would be even better if they could add 50 amp service along side the 30 amp service sites as other RV camps have. We have a larger 5th wheel that is 50 amp as a lot more RVers have. We love staying at Raton KOA, it's been our chosen KOA when passing through Raton, NM. It's the second time we had to use a 30 amp site in the past 10 years. Even so I highly recommend Raton KOA.

Just an overnight stop for us. It was very easy to check in and very easy to get set up. All of the facilities were in good condition and well-maintained and clean as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Great place to stop by on the way to your destination. Staff is friendly, campground is clean and located close to major interstate so you can fuel up, eat and get on the road again.

GPS directions were wrong. The staff knew this yet still did not send us correct directions. Also, they did not escort us to our site even though I asked them to do so.

I've stayed at this KOA multiple times. Easy in and out. Restrooms and laundry are quite nice. Not a garden spot as far as landscaping but quite adequate if you are passing thru!

Second time staying in the cabins and deeply appreciate how clean they are! The restrooms are very close - traveling alone with kids - it's very safe, and my favorite: very clean! Quiet, nice little dog park, my kids think the covered wagon in the playground is the coolest thing lol :) Cabin amenities were top notch. Always enjoy our stay here.
