We stayed here on both ends of our recent trip, and I'm sure we'll be back! The first night we arrived late but the check-in was clear and simple, which was nice. On our way home, the office was open and the guy working was super friendly and helpful with getting us checked in and filling up our propane. The bathrooms/showers were clean and enough lighting to feel safe walking to them at night.

We’ve stayed at this location each time we travel through Raton. Clean and quiet.

The location was perfect for us and the furbabies. It was the first time staying in one of the cabins, and for how cold it was outside, it kept us nice and warm. Location was clean, safe, and had an amazingdog area close by

Their sewer was backed up and it made a bit of a mess for us, had to move our 5th wheel and dump our sewer at another campsite before we left and got on the road that morning.

Both mens toilets were terribly filthy and one was out of toilet paper and trash can overflowing. Floor was unswept. All facilities are run Dow and in need of repair/repainting. We’ve stayed in koas in 30+ states and this was the poorest one of them all.

Thanks for making the change in dates and also for making a refund because I chose 50amp hookup in error and you corrected to 30amp.

Very friendly staff and clean Kabin close to the restrooms/showers. There is a grocery store across the street for the items you have left behind.

We have stayed at this KOA before. It is convenient to stop here when heading south from Denver. The owner is very friendly. He had dog biscuits for our two boys, that's not common. Their dog park is large. All gravel, but it has trees, benches, and even a swing. Would grass be nice, yes, but almost impossible to maintain given the altitude and tons of pets visiting. Nice sealed trash can.

The cabin was nice and warm when I arrived. They're doing upgrades in the bath house, which is good. Grant at the front desk was kind and helpful. I plan to stay here again.

It was just an overnight stay, but the owner checked us in personally. He gave me all the relevant information on check-in, had really good Wi-Fi on site, and I had no questions after he checked me in. I recommend this Kampground to anyone passing through.

Excellent campground! All facilities, showers, bathrooms and laundry were immaculate and in perfect repair. We could only stay one night this trip, but we plan to return for a longer stay to explore the area. Office personnel were very helpful and solicitous..

It was lovely. Thank you for being open off-season, and thanks for filling my propane tank for me so I could stay cozy. While Raton is generally a stay of convenience, it's a relief to be safely welcomed here. This may be my fourth or fifth stay? Thanks again.

We are generally not fans of KOA, but this one is an exception! We only needed a stop overnight and a hot shower. This is the best, cleanest we have ever stayed at.

For us this is a good overnight stay as we travel out of Colorado. The sites are spacious and it is an easy in and easy out.

I've stayed at this KOA multiple times. Easy in and out. Restrooms and laundry are quite nice. Not a garden spot as far as landscaping but quite adequate if you are passing thru!

Second time staying in the cabins and deeply appreciate how clean they are! The restrooms are very close - traveling alone with kids - it's very safe, and my favorite: very clean! Quiet, nice little dog park, my kids think the covered wagon in the playground is the coolest thing lol :) Cabin amenities were top notch. Always enjoy our stay here.
