We enjoyed our stay. The distance to the bathrooms is a bit far when you are in a tent site way in the back. We had some disturbing evidence of carpenter ants fall on us while sleeping overnight in the cabin on the last night. Glad to know it wasn't mice or other critters, still not too comforting. Overall the staff and other amenities were fantastic

This is a well maintained campground. The bathrooms are immaculate, and the grounds are nicely landscaped, especially in the pool, splash pad and community fire pit areas. The main language is French, but the staff was also able to communicate in English. Some of the dryers in the laundry room took forever and need to be repaired.

The campground is very clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly, welcoming and efficient. I would highly recommend this campground.

Stayed two nights with my tent. Have not camped many years. My brother who camps regularly, recommended your organization. I would too. Helped me on registration, recommended a great restaurant.. Went on to stay at Sussex KOA the next night. Thank you.

I like this KOA. The park is laid out well, has plenty of facilities and supports, and it’s kept clean and tidy through out. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Its proximity to the TCH is both its positive and negative aspects. No trouble getting to it from the highway however the first few sites at the top are extremely noisy. Best to stay deeper into the park.

We only stayed 1 night with full hook ups. Site was the most level I have had. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the facilities but the swimming pool looked extremely inviting. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Quite happy with our 2, 1 night stays. Let’s start by saying that we would stay again. My only comment is the disappointment with the canine park, very small, no obstacles or no real size for the animals to actually run and exercise properly. Hopefully this will change before our next stay.

Nice grass on the site… but dislike dirt roads! A cement pad is much nicer too. Great pool & hot tub. Not near old Quebec City. Nice variety of choices for tents, cabins & large class A motor homes.

Staff was great... we had electric issues - the breaker kept going so they moved us to a nicer site with 50amp ... Very helpful!

Tout est très bien, sauf l'emplacement des cabines. Devant ma cabine il y avait le garage. Derrière ma cabine il y avait les vidanges. On avait également vue sur l'autoroute 20, avec un bruit continuel. Par chance, je suis allée à ma cabine à peu près que pour dormir. Je ne pense pas que j'aurais apprécié prendre un repas installée à la table de picnic. C'est vraiment dommage.

We were late arriving in the dark & rain. We have stayed at this park often so knew the layout . We had a larger rig this time so had to figure out how to get into space, it worked out ok just on our map wrong direction of arrows to get into this site. A man from KOA saw us coming in so did make sure we were getting into space ok. All was well.

Very clean camping. The pool area set up is very nice and far away from the entrance of the camping to provide a quit place.

Great little spot and easy access to Quebec City. It was very busy when we were there. Lots of kids so it got loud a few time especially the pool. Great staff and great amenities. Lots for the kiddos to do

All is very clean and the employees are very nice. However, it is packed with people and trailers are all over the place. Spaces are quite small and it is difficult to stay more than 2 nights. But the worst was that is was hot weather and a terrible smell of sewer came around 6 pm, left and came back again all night, absolutely disgusting. I would not go there again.

1st time staying at a KOA. The place was very well maintained and great amenities. Loved the location, close to Quebec City, Grocery, beer and gas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The camp spots were tight, but we did not spend too much time on our site. The pool and hot tub were great!

Our first time here, cabin was clean and well supplied. Grounds and amenities were wonderful. Staff were helpful and bilingual. We will visit again.

The hole campsite smells like sewage. It was so bad I had to leave early. They were very good about giving me a refund.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
