Great facility! Had a good breakfast with our group in the group room! Also enjoyed our pot luck lunch and group games there.

We came in just for the night and our site was long enough we didn’t have to unhook ,the camp ground staff were very helpful and friendly. Great one nighter for us !

Great friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were not open and neither was the club house so a bit of a disappointment but enjoyed walking around with the dogs.

The hot tub is open; we keep it locked until you want to use it. Club house is only for groups.

Fast check in, super helpful host showed us to the site. Amenities all great including showers. Very quiet despite being next to Highway! Would definitely recommend based on location and helpful team.

Overnight stop on our journey home. Good location very friendly staff, clean showers. Close to hwy, but not much noise. We would stay again.

We were in a 40' motorhome towing and the site was level and accomodating Very friendly campground.

We’ve been using this campground off & on since 2018. It’s always clean and nice with nice bathrooms & showers.

This stop was an unplanned overnight stay as we were tired from traveling and dodging bad weather. The office was closed early, but notes and instructions for self-check in were available, easy to follow and had a phone number to call for assistance. Nice long site, easy access to all the utilities. A quiet night and back on the road again in the morning.

We had a quick overnight stay this weekend. The place is clean, convenient(right off the freeway, so a bit noisy) and affordable.

We arrived just before 3pm on a Sunday and the office was closed. We had booked a couple of hours prior and there was no map or after hours check in information available. We called and someone gave us a site number and text the WiFi code. We were on our own to find the site (the route was not clearly marked) and were unable to purchase ice. The stay was OK, and I would stay again if convenient.

Sorry, it is our slow season right now, so we have been closing early. Normally if reservations are booked before we close, we will leave a map with drawing of where to go.

I made the reservation on the KOA app on a weekday before 3pm. When we arrived between 5 and 6pm, the office was closed and no envelope with our site number was at the late arrival booth. No bathroom codes, no WiFi info nothing. The sites are not level. Close to I-25 but no noise - that was the only good part.

We had to close early that day due to appointment. Sorry, you had made reservation after had closed the office for the day. However, you called the number and was able to get the codes you needed so not sure what the issue is.

We were on a road trip that involved 3 KOA stays. This one was the least desirable. The bathroom was cold and it was torture to take a shower in it. There were also no paper towels in the bathroom. Although there was a sign indicating quiet hours until 7AM, the garbage truck came to empty the dumpster at 630AM - very loud! Also, there was dog poop on the grassy area in our site.

Unfortunately, people keep stealing the heater. We replace they stole again. Dog poop has been a daily issue that we pick up. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. It's our off season. Try us again in the summer months.

You could use more gravel on the interior roads and sites. Due to the melting snow and ice they were sloppy and muddy in spots. Otherwise a great place to stay a day or longer.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will be putting more gravel in the spring. Winter just does a number on the gravel and pushes it all under the mud. Hope to have this fixed soon. Safe travels.

Was not impressed that the sites were not plowed out. We were towing a car behind our motorhome and had to unhook it because we got stuck pulling out in the morning. Campground itself looked pretty nice.

When you visit in the middle of a snowstorm there is not much plowing we can do. We have not had issues with anyone else getting stuck or having to unhook. Sorry, you experienced this. We cannot control the weather. Wished it was clear and sunny year-round.

We usually stay at this KOA on our way home from trips South..but this year, on our way South..we had truck trouble and had to be towed to the nearest campground..luckily we were brought to this KOA. We were treated with kindness by the staff..the owner even took us grocery shopping! We left 10 days later feeling grateful we were “stuck” in a nice place with good people..thanks to you all!

Nice place to stay. Clean bathrooms. The KoA is right off 1-25 North. We met the owner and he was very nice and helpful. We will stay again.

We’ve stay at this at this KOA 8 different times. This time we had check out then had an accident. We went back and they went out of their way to help us! As long as we travel south we will ALWAYS stay here!!

Stay during November 24 snow storm. Stay was to be 3 days, due to storm had another 3 days. All utilities stayed on, roads were cleared after storm. Power and staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

We've been staying in KOAs for over 20 years. This campground was particularly nice. The location was quiet despite being close to the highway. It's a great location for doing day trips around Colorado. The people who work here were very friendly and helpful. The place was kept up beautifully. We'll be back.

Great map to my spot ( I arrived after hours). Great instructions on how to connect to the WiFi, bathroom code, etc. Super clean bathrooms. Definitely worth staying at the Pueblo South KOA!

We really like this campground and have stayed there numerous times in the last few years. We also payed for our daughter and daughters to stay here twice. But this visit wasn't what we usually experience. The staff was great in all instances. But we were assigned B13 which was too short for our 32' 5th wheel. I managed to get it set but could not attach the sewer hose. Had to dump after hookup.
