Very nice, clean park and cabins. Beautiful view of the mountains. Loved the cabin I stayed in and the customer service was very enjoyable and professional. I will be back to see more of this Beautiful area.

Rubens and his team run a awesome KOA Park. Park is very clean and very well maintained. Park is quiet and staff is very responsive and helpful. Rubens goes out of his way to talk to each guest to be sure everything is OK. You don't find many RV Park owners interacting with their guests the way he's does. Will definitely be back and recommend to others !

The covered wagon was great! We also appreciated the call from the office with after-hours check in instructions, plus leaving the light and space heater on for us. Definitely a pleasant stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

I like cabins because I have a dog but it would have been so much nicer if the heater worked. It was so cold that I had to leave early instead of relaxing a bit. I needed the rest because it had been a stressful day due to radiator problems but since it was cold we left before 4 am.

The heater works just fine when you plug it in and turn it on. Sorry you experienced issues and couldn't figure out how to work it.

Water barely drained out of the shower, heater did not work, and the TV remote worked intermittently and the TV reception was so snowy that it was hard to watch TV.

the only thing that should be added to the supplies in the Kabin would be a fly swatter. also, an extra blanket would have been nice. I used the quilt from the other bed.

We had a great 3 night stay . Staff was really friendly. The actual campgrounds are very small but plants to do in psi lo and Colorado Springs

This was our second stay at this campground. We love it and will be back again. Friendly staff, clean park, clean bathrooms.. it’s wonderful. The view is amazing from the Kabins.

Allen was the one to bring me my parking pass I so enjoyed meeting him. Great guy and he really makes you feel right at home. I would have enjoyed meeting bronx too but I just did not find the time. Thank you all

I cannot believe this place is a holiday! It is absolutely a stop over! The hot tub is a joke! They advertise breakfast , none available. The cabin was comfortable after 3 hours of cool down, turning the air on when you know people are checking in would help. Staff not friendly at all until Tuesday morning , the lady in the office when we checked in was overwhelmed and RUDE

Sorry for the inconvenience, Hot tub works fine, please let us know what your complaint is with it so we can address or fix it. Air conditioning doesn't get left on as people show up at all hours of the day. Thanks for letting us know about the staff we will address it.

Always a very pleasant stay. New pool after the long closure was wonderful this year. Hopefully will start up the ice cream socials and potlucks again, especially over holiday weekends when park is full of kids. See ya next year.

Everyone was super friendly and very accommodating. If there was an issue, they fixed it immediately! And I love that their cabins are pet friendly.

The store needs a lot more items to sell and look pretty empty when we walked in and also the hot tub was still closed and the golf miniature golf was not available when we were there other than that it was Excellent

The hot tub is open, it stays locked so kids don't go inside it. The sign tells you to let office know when you want to go in. The mini golf is open 8am-8pm daily.

I stayed the weekend in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was so clean and comfy. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the view of the mountain. I ran out of coffee, called the front desk and Brittany was very quick to have Gary deliver me some coffee for the rest of my stay. Everyone at this park is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Will definitely be back to stay here

I really liked the appearance of the KOA. Had a pretty view. Friendly staff. I stayed at a Kamping Kabin which was clean and nice. Nice clean restrooms. Wi-Fi was slow though, not sure if I was on the edge of it's range or just a lot of people using it. Overall it was a nice comfortable stay.

People didn’t stop the party we left 5am They were still up. People sleeping every where they tied their hamick from their porch to ours. Drinking. Doing what ever all need ght

We stayed twice this summer. Our first day was very nice our second stay however was not nearly as much fun. In the website it says that the pool was heated but unfortunately when we got in it was freezing cold. Then we went to go get into the hot tub and it was not working properly.

Sorry about your stay. The pool stays about 80 degrees. The hot tub people had messed with settings, and it wasn't working right so we had to redo settings. Sorry, this happened and hope you enjoy your next stay.

Needed a bed for a night. Came in late and left early. They were accommodating and made check-in simple. Friendly at check-out.

The grounds were very well-kept. The bathrooms were very clean doll. Shower water was hot. Staff was amazing. They were not stuffy. They wanted to laugh and smile. The only thing I would suggest is that the young people working there, and when I say young, I’m talking, they were pretty young teach them to make iContact and smile and say hello. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views.

By far the worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at. I booked all furnished cabins and 3 full hook up for a wedding party and informed them it was for a wedding party. When arrived it was problems from the start to checking in trying to get everyone in a cabin then the men stopping everyone due to a policy of being escorted in and never been told where to park or even how to camp basically. Never again!

Sorry that your party can't follow directions and wait for car passes and being escorted to cabins. We bent over backwards for your whole party for the whole weekend. Follow rules and things will go well. Happy camping!!!!!
