Nice park, easy to get our 45' coach in/out of. A few trees in the park provided needed shade from the heat, but still enough clearing for our satellite TV. Only thing I wish that had been better was the dust! Of course, people don't follow the 5 MPH speed posted, so that makes it worse. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very nice staff! Our pull-thru had a big drop off right outside our door…couldn’t sit outside and too many sand burs throughout the park, unfortunately for the dogs and us.

Staff was friendly however the grounds need attention. Our site was ful�� of weeds. The whole park was weeds. The only area with grass was next to the registration building. Our dogs stepped onto a patch of weeds and their paws picked up burs. One dog had one his face. I'm still working on removing one of the burs.

Wonderful location. Wonderful view. Graciously shifted our arrival by one day doe to high winds and health concerns. We definitely would stay again. Our only complaint are the massive amount of stickers around our space. Couldn’t get to the door without stepping on them.

The employee that helped us to our area was very nice and helpful. It would have been nice to have grass instead of weeds in our camp area. The spaces are very close together...it would have been nice to have more space between others. Camp ground was well kept. Store was very limited in groceries.

The "escort" was so extremely rude in telling us to "watch him and forget your mirrors." We have never been treated like that in over 40 years of rving. Never again.

This southern Colorado campground overlooks a beautiful valley and there are a number of outdoor activities in the nearby town of Colorado City. The campground is well-kept and staff is very friendly.

We stayed two nights on our way to New Mexico, but have stayed here several times before. This KOA is always welcoming, clean, friendly and safe. Large FHU pull thru sites. We will be back!

Clean, well kept. Staff are BUSY taking care things. VERY helpful when "stuff happens". Tent Sites, Cabins (simple and Deluxe), Pull Thru or Back In. Even "Covered Wagons"... Pool, mini golf, frisbee golf, playground, billiards, laundry room, showers (including for Physically Impaired). We been here MANY times.

Good overnight stopping point. Easy access from freeway. Friendly staff. Views of the southern front range of the Rocky mountains were fabulous.

The basics were fine, water, sewer, power. Told not to put down any carpets on the “grass” which was really weeds with pokey bullheads, which we brought into our trailer. Charged us for mini golf, course was horrible, bunched up carpet, weeds everywhere, just a mess. The people were nice.

The mini golf is a donation for care camps with kids with cancer. It's $1 and $2 donation. Sorry you didn't enjoy playing for a cause. We have been battling the weeds all summer long, unfortunately with the rain its a nightmare to take care of. If you put mats out it does kill the grass.

We were disappointed to see the pool and hot tub closed early and we weren’t able to utilize them. Most of the KOA’s pools are open until 9 pm

Our office closes at 8. Pool closes by 715 and hot tub by 745. We don't have the staff to stay open later, sorry.

We stopped here on the way between Casper Wyoming and albuquerque. Very convenient and quiet at night.

The stay was ok. Our site had zero trees so no shade. There were other sites we could have been placed that had shade. Their idea of grass is wrong, it's ground cover with stickers. Had to pull them out of our dogs paws. The pool was wonderful, clean and sparkling. Would I come again? Maybe.

I had the best weekend at this park. Check in was a breeze, all staff were excellent. We had a great level site that was grassy and easy to pull thru. Brittany the manager checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Check out was a breeze also. Friendly park and we will be back.

This campground is easy access off I 25 at the Colorado City exit #74. The staff is very friendly and they escort you to your site. We paid a little more for a pull through with a patio, grill and fire pit. We were in E 14. The site is level and the views of the mountains are fantastic. You do not hear interstate from the campground. There is a restaurant just across interstate called Three Sisters. The food is absolutely incredible. If we pass back through this area we will stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in an RV and had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful, plus it was the perfect distance from Colorado Springs, great sand dunes national park and several other stops. Highly recommend!
