We had a short stay and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I got ripped off paying $10 extra for a "mountain view" and was given a site that could narrowly pass for that description. I would reccomend this campground to a friend but would advise them not to bother paying extra for sites that may be disappointing.

You did not pay $10.00 more for a "mountain view" you paid for a 50 amp pull thru site that was larger, it says partial "mountain view".

Very nice and helpful people ! The pool was too cold to enjoy , hot tube was not working, but camp ground itself was nice !

Hate to be negative. We have stayed in many KOA but this was horrible. Bathrooms iffy and water pressure so low that our hot water tank wouldn’t work - therefore no hot water for shower or wash dishes. They didn’t really care either.

We have above average water pressure. Must have been something in your rv. Sorry you experienced this, we looked into water pressure and now issues.

It was very nice, issue we had is no fire pit on site, we were not able to request a sight in advance, had issue with WiFi. On the positive side, the staff were all friendly, the property was very clean. Very happy with our stay.

Good - guess you can't help the highway traffic ! Great mini golf course - pool closes a bit too soon of an evening.

Nice, well kept park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Security was top notch - I accidently drove in to the park in my tow vehicle without displaying my parking tag - one of the staff chased me down in his golf cart to make sure I was a guest. Nice touch to help ensure the safety of the guests! I would definitely stay again.

The on-line site (12) description that I booked was very misleading as it indicated there would be a view of the mountains. The only view was from the bathroom window or sit outside in 100 degree heat. Brittany was very obnoxious when I asked about the site upon arrival. There was also so much dog poop at the site next to ours it was almost impossible to hook up utilities & not step in it.

You booked the site online, which in description tells you there is a view of the mountain. There is absolutely a mountain view from the site. You were told the other sites are more money, you could have moved if you wanted to pay difference. Should have let us know about poop, we would have cleaned

Koa camping is not what it was in the past. Everything you do the,s days people are rude. Along with most of the staff. But guess is just part of life

Sorry you experienced rude people. As for staff, they just asked that you park differently as you didn't listen to how you were needing to park. Unfortunately, we only have so much grass and if you park on it, you will kill it. Also, you can't hang out in the road or others can't get by.

5 for everything except wifi. Since you have discontinued the cable TV, you need to increase the strength of your wifi so that streaming is possible. Thank you.

Of all the KOA campgrounds we have been at over the years. This one was a disappointment. The website was not an accurate descry description of this campground. I was surprised that there were no activities and very few amenities. No pancake breakfast, no food available, the store had very few items.I expect a KOA holiday to be fun and this was not. It was maintained just fine but didn’t meet my

We do not have the staff to do activities. When we do breakfast/activities no one shows up, so we just only do them on holiday weekends and for groups.

Everything went pretty well except the cable TV at our site didn’t work.

The location is great, so close to the mountains, Lake Isabel and Bishop's Castle.The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The kids loved the playground, swimming pool and minature golf. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint were the weeds in our campsite.

Excellent place to stay, we've never stayed at a KOA. You allowed us to move to a greater, move scenic space after we arrived. Thank you. The mini golf course is a blast. We really had fun playing, very creative. Look forward to returning with our family.

Facility was unkept grass needed to be cut and RV spots were overgrown and sloppy

Grass is cut weekly. No spot in the campground is overgrown. Maybe you have the wrong park.

When booking I looked at website for amenities, some tho gs we were looking for: snack bar so we would t have to cook upon arrival, heated pool because our old bones can’t take ice cold water and spacious sites. Upon arrival our site was so small that our slide out overhung the neighbors picnic table, there was no snack bar just a couple of micro sandwiches at the store & pool wasn't heated.

Unfortunately, our heater is down in the pool right now, however everyone has enjoyed it so far. You were moved to another site, so not sure where your small site plays in as you were in a double site. Snack bar is the store snacks, drinks and heated sandwiches. Sorry we couldn't meet your standard

The best wifi signal of all KOAs and RV Campgrounds we have stayed in. Very nice, clean and organized. Everyone was very friendly. Great location. We will stay here again.

People were friendly and everything worked. Our camp sight had not been mowed recently. There were weeds covering our campsight…. some of them approaching 2 feet in hight.

Sir, Our staff mows every week. There is nowhere in our park that has 2 feet high weeds. I'm not sure where you were looking.

Space c4 was way too close to RVs on both sides. Bathrooms could use some maintenance and upgrading. Staff was awesome. Friendly, helpful and attentive to questions about local vendors and sights to see. I’d readily come back but not to the space I got this trip.

Pretty disappointed in this KOA. In their rules/request they say no mats on the "grass", our spot was nothing but weeds. The amenities, such as the pool and Hot Tub were closed as soon as the office closed, approximately 6:45PM. Why would you close the things that people look forward to at the end of day when they've been out doing other fun things? That alone is why we will not be back.

No mats on grass are a general statement for the sites with grass. We are battling weeds pretty good this year as hard as we can. Staff can't stay on site 24/7 for people to use the pool. All reservations are in by 7pm so we close office at that time. Hope you find a better suit for your needs.
