The owners of this park really keep it up nice. There is a great place for the kids to play. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh! We have met some really nice people there! Come for a visit!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin this time instead of the rustic and loved it! So relaxing for 4 days.

Friendly staff and very responsive to any requests. The miniature golf course needs a lot of repair, but we still had fun with our little tournament.

We stayed in a cabin. Super clean. Easy check in. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom knob/handle. It was a little hard for my son. Other than that it was great. Wonderful stopover for a road trip. Highly recommend.

Very nice location, they could improve dog playground (lots of weeds), main shower and bathroom needs updated and the store needs to be better stocked, and should have hot coffee for sale in the mornings - staff was awesome and very friendly - great facility layout

We are trying to deal with weeds in whole park, especially dog park. We will take your updates to consideration. There is coffee for sale in the office every morning. We have a keurig machine!

Very disappointing; poorly stocked store; so much algae in the pond you couldn't see the fish(if they were alive); mediocre cabin compared to other KOA deluxe cabins we've stayed at. Torn shower curtain, raggedy towels; directory mentions weekend activities, breakfasts, dessert socials, fitness center, but nothing went on. WiFi VERY slow. This campground does not deserve Holiday designation.

Our website doesn't say we have breakfast, dessert social all the time. Fitness center is open. Sorry we were not up to your standards. Try a resort next time!

Very friendly Staff! Great locations with many amenities for families - pool, hot tub, playground, mini golf. The deluxe cabins are super fun and were very clean and comfortable...plus, the brand new fire pits were a hit for s'mores!

I was happy to have a cabin right across from the playground. My grandsons could play while I watched them from the porch. They enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playground. Our cabin was clean, as were the bathrooms and showers. We made some new friends during our stay.

We loved staying in the chuck wagons and the location is great. However front office staff was hit or miss with customer service. On the website this KOA looks comparable to other KOA Holidays, when you get there they don’t really have anything. This appears to be different if you stay during a holiday weekend. The owner did come say hi night.

I'm sorry you experienced issues with the staff. We will have a discussion on this. Not sure what you are referring to when you say we don't have anything. We have a pool, hot tub, mini golf, playground, frisbee golf, etc. What are we missing?

We enjoyed our stay and the pool was refreshing. We were in Kabin 4 and loved that the porch area was shaded all day

The room was clean. I needed a refrigerare that had a freezer and a very sharp young man found one and brought to my cabin. I had no hot water the first night there. Got some hot water the next day. The fitted bed sheet was loose and wrinkled. Heating was iffy.

We tried our best to accommodate everything you came with. The hot water works fine, you just have to let it run long enough to get the hot water as we stated to you. Sorry you weren't satisfied with everything this is camping.

Very nice, clean park and cabins. Beautiful view of the mountains. Loved the cabin I stayed in and the customer service was very enjoyable and professional. I will be back to see more of this Beautiful area.

Rubens and his team run a awesome KOA Park. Park is very clean and very well maintained. Park is quiet and staff is very responsive and helpful. Rubens goes out of his way to talk to each guest to be sure everything is OK. You don't find many RV Park owners interacting with their guests the way he's does. Will definitely be back and recommend to others !

The covered wagon was great! We also appreciated the call from the office with after-hours check in instructions, plus leaving the light and space heater on for us. Definitely a pleasant stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

I like cabins because I have a dog but it would have been so much nicer if the heater worked. It was so cold that I had to leave early instead of relaxing a bit. I needed the rest because it had been a stressful day due to radiator problems but since it was cold we left before 4 am.

The heater works just fine when you plug it in and turn it on. Sorry you experienced issues and couldn't figure out how to work it.

Water barely drained out of the shower, heater did not work, and the TV remote worked intermittently and the TV reception was so snowy that it was hard to watch TV.

the only thing that should be added to the supplies in the Kabin would be a fly swatter. also, an extra blanket would have been nice. I used the quilt from the other bed.

We had a great 3 night stay . Staff was really friendly. The actual campgrounds are very small but plants to do in psi lo and Colorado Springs
