Quick and easy on off from I-25 and a lot of food choices that’s very close. Kamp grounds are well kept of trash. Very quite. Stayed in cabins the are well maintained and clean. 2 time we stayed at this KOA and both times didn’t disappoint.

I feel so bad saying this but I almost never stayed in another KOA after staying here. There was alot of bugs in my cabin, that was the hardest bed, there was no designated parking spot, and there was no clearly marketed after hours phone numbers, I called the office and emergency number and got no response. I hate being this person, but I marked this KOA as one to never back come to

We check the cabins before arrival and had no bugs inside. If you left door open they probably went in. However, when asked how your stay was you never mentioned any bugs in the cabin. The parking spot is right in front of the cabin, you can't miss it.

I stayed in a covered wagon. It was just what I was looking for. I picked it because I knew all of my needs would be met, the weather was nice, and it was significantly cheaper than a hotel room. The bathroom was clean and the campground was calm. There was some noise from the nearby freeway. I just ran the fan in the wagon to cover it and it worked great.

Very easy on off location from route 25. Very nice clean grounds and also very quiet. This KOA has a lot to offer. Very friendly people around. Cabin very clean and a bonus is a gas grill and fire pit right outside the door. Only 1 thing negative is the air conditioner in cabin #3 very noisy and should be replaced. But everything else was a great find and a very enjoyable experience. Easy check-in

Check in with Brittany was great. She was fast, efficient and great customer service skills. She had alot of local recommendations for our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. When I checked out I met lovely Maranda, she asked how my stay was and was very friendly. They both made my stay excellent. Will definately be back.

We are coming here 6-7 years, always enyojed it. Missed the friendly employees. This time not escort to the cabin. Pool not fixed. Cannot use the jacuzzi. Disappointed. Cabin was clean but need more kitchen stuff.

I'm not sure why you didn't have an escort, everyone is escorted to the site. Pool and hot tub were open; there is sign on both that states let office know when you would like to use.

Stay was nice as always. However disappointed that the pool nor hottub were opened and available. Also, didn’t like having a “previously used” kitchen sponge. Other KOAS are still giving new sponges with each stay. Thankfully we had our own in our gear. Also, although no indoor cooking available, having a pot and skillet to use on grill would have been nice.

There are pots and pans in the cabinets in the kitchen to use on the grill. Hot tub is open, as per sign you just have to let office know and they will unlock for you. Pool was open as well, you just have to let office know you want to use. Sorry you didn't see the signs or the pots and pans.

The only thing I would say is the wagon #3 needs an interior lock. A way to feel secure that close to the highway. Otherwise it was cute and did the job

I would recommend this KOA for others due to its size. However, I was disappointed that the cabin wasn't clean. It doesn't have to be updated, but the cabin should be clean and free of pet hair and dust. As a business owner, your reputation is at stake, and you want repeat customers. Thank you for your understanding and the discount you provided. I look forward to visiting you again.

Cabins are cleaned after each guest. We have been experiencing a lot of wind which causes a lot of dust unfortunately. Sorry you had issues with this.

This KOA in Pubelo South was an awful experience.. The check in female clerk was rude and surly, And we were charged $30.00 for one small pet . We have paid $10.00 at the other Cabins we have occupied throughout the west.. Plus the cabin had ripped window screens that we had to tape closed and kill many wasp. Very dirty cabin. Floor unsuitable for our pet to walk on before I cleaned it. Bad

You made your reservation online which tells you there is a $30.00 pet fee. Sorry the front desk clerk was rude, will have a discussion about that. If you had an issue with cabin, you should have notified us so we could fix the issue. Cabins are cleaned daily!!

Few items that could improve: lots of bird droppings on cabin front deck railing, need better frying pan, need dish clothes, kitchen utensils ( knives, forks ) are super cheap. You have 90% right on most items.

We stayed in the Delux cabin and it was perfect. It was clean and the perfect size for 5 people. Linens including towels and wash cloths were included which was nice. The pool was clean and a nice cool down on a hot summer day.
