Great KOA! Very friendly and wonderful communication. Clean, quiet and well laid out plus easy on and off the interstate. We travel this route often and will be back again.

We love staying at this campground for our first and sometimes final trip of the year. It's only an hour away from home but we love the area. Clean and well-kept KOA.

Stay was nice as always. However disappointed that the pool nor hottub were opened and available. Also, didn’t like having a “previously used” kitchen sponge. Other KOAS are still giving new sponges with each stay. Thankfully we had our own in our gear. Also, although no indoor cooking available, having a pot and skillet to use on grill would have been nice.

There are pots and pans in the cabinets in the kitchen to use on the grill. Hot tub is open, as per sign you just have to let office know and they will unlock for you. Pool was open as well, you just have to let office know you want to use. Sorry you didn't see the signs or the pots and pans.

The only thing I would say is the wagon #3 needs an interior lock. A way to feel secure that close to the highway. Otherwise it was cute and did the job

It was a last minute overnight stay due to weather. Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Second year we have stayed and used the club house for our annual motorcycle event. It is easy to use, good location and the staff here are super! Thank you for being willing and having no issues with our group.

It was a last minute get-away to try out the camper in preparation for summer travels. Clean , friendly great spot! We had to call when we arrived for assistance and Rubens met us right away to help get us situated. �

The site and campground was incredible. Nice, well maintained and quiet. Very friendly staff and outstanding price! Convenient just off I25 and not far from the historic quant town of Westcliffe which was our next stop. Will stay here again!

We came in just for the night and our site was long enough we didn’t have to unhook ,the camp ground staff were very helpful and friendly. Great one nighter for us !

Great friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were not open and neither was the club house so a bit of a disappointment but enjoyed walking around with the dogs.

The hot tub is open; we keep it locked until you want to use it. Club house is only for groups.

Fast check in, super helpful host showed us to the site. Amenities all great including showers. Very quiet despite being next to Highway! Would definitely recommend based on location and helpful team.

We’ve been using this campground off & on since 2018. It’s always clean and nice with nice bathrooms & showers.

This stop was an unplanned overnight stay as we were tired from traveling and dodging bad weather. The office was closed early, but notes and instructions for self-check in were available, easy to follow and had a phone number to call for assistance. Nice long site, easy access to all the utilities. A quiet night and back on the road again in the morning.

We had a quick overnight stay this weekend. The place is clean, convenient(right off the freeway, so a bit noisy) and affordable.

Not the greatest location right by I-25 for feeling like you're actually camping, but it's convenient and close to a lot recreation opportunities

This is a treasure! We had a RV space and the deluxe cabin. The RV space was large, easy to pull in to and had grass! The cabin was super spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you need. We were so happy. The grounds are clean and beautiful, playground, put put golf, goldfish, pool, so many things to keep everyone entertained and happy! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite KOAs and will stay here again.

Cabin 3 is extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Rubens (owner) and Clay & Kim (staff) are considerate and very helpful. The location is right off the highway with easy access and moderate traffic noise. I highly recommend this KOA!
