Site and bathrooms/showers were clean and nice. The mini golf course and fish pond were not. Playground was nice, kids had a lot of fun there. Our site was next to a site that is used as a road for the maintenance guys so we had golf carts going through all day.

Enjoyed our stay here in a camping cabin. We arrived late and had no issues checking in. The camping cabins here also include a fridge, microwave and TV, and having a ceiling fan meant that we didn’t have to run the AC unit. The reading lights on the bed were a nice touch too. The campground is well cared for. The restrooms were clean the entire time even though the campground was fairly full.

Cabin was great. Clean, and nice for two adults. Bed left a little to be desired. Great mountain views. The campground was very clean, quiet and peaceful. Staff was very nice. The dog runs need to be enlarged and updated. The whole campground as in the amenities need updated, cleaned up a little, and a good paint job. Come for the stay and the views.

This is the end of our season, so painting needs to be done again but we will not do until beginning of next season. Hope to see you again.

Campground is nice. I was surprised that our camping group (about 10 rigs) had to pay to use the meeting facility. AND, even paying for the facility, the kitchen was not made available to us.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Groups get the meeting room at a discounted rate. You pay $75.00 for the weekend instead of $185 for the day. Insurance won't allow kitchen access anymore. You are told this up front, and you chose to rent the hall knowing prices and circumstance in advance.

Clean RV site with a great view of the mountains. Friendly personal and clean facilities and restrooms. Couldn’t ask for more. We stayed three nights here. Would go back.

We came in late and left early. We didn’t use any of the facilities but it got us off the road. We didn’t see in our reservations that we stayed there? Thank you for getting us on late notice. The package was right where you said it would be, in the phone both. Good thing we know what a phone both is!!! Lol

Most of the campground was great, but the area we were in was not so nice with damaged RV, barking dogs (all evening everytime we went outside) and no grass.

We were assigned a very small site with no grassy area and right next to a cabin. Other sites were so much bigger.

The power grid could not handle running 2 AC units and the power would shutdown making it very hot during the night.

It must be your camper; no other camper has had any issues with running multiple ac during their stay. Sorry you had issues, hopefully you get fixed.

This campground charged us $30 for a pet fee to stay in a Kamping Kabin. All the other KOA's we stayed in (4 others) did not charge extra for pets. It is pitch dark at night and difficult to navigate when arriving at night. The grass had not been mowed in quite some time. There are combination locks on the restroom doors that are difficult to see at night. We will not stay here again.

Most campgrounds charge a pet fee in the cabins. Our website also tells you the pet fee charge. The park has plenty of lighting near the bathrooms so you can see how to punch in the codes. If we leave codes out then people mess up bathrooms.

Nice people, friendly and helpful. Site shows lack of care. Not a good value for the price. Bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 11:00 check out. Entrance and exit with your truck is interesting, to say the least. Nice quiet place with great views. Food near by.

We have 2 sets of bathrooms, when one is closed the other one is open for use.

staff was very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to help me when I needed help. The only thing I would complain about is the cable TV. Even though staff tried to help me get a picture, I was not able to get a good picture most of the time. I think that there was interference from another camper that blocked the signal because I got a good picture during the day until about 5:00pm

It was a big statewide FCRV fall campout with 56 families and the KOA was great in helping us with everything they were great and look forward to next year

Six night stay with a large group --- hosts were very gracious and helpful throughout (great cooks, too!). Sites roomy and well- appointed, very well-kept. Most of the older sites have medium-size shade trees and a few evergreens - cabin sites also. Newer sites are very large (for very large rigs) but a bit treeless as yet. Appreciated the full hookups - all in GREAT working order. Super Help

Beautiful property! Beautiful setting! My only complaint is we could not play the games (putt-putt & disk golf) after 5pm. This is THE BEST time to play games! When the sun is getting low and things start cooling off and the mountain view is at its best.

We have stayed there many times and it's always been enjoyable. This time however, we did not even have a grill even after I called and inquired about it and we brought food to fix outside so that was disappointing. Also the spots have gotten so very close together that there's hardly even a place to sit outside on the ones we were in. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the place is very clea

The only sites we have with a grill are patio sites. You booked a standard site, and they do not have grills. Most people have their own small grills they take with them.

Your rec hall is great. The best rec hall I have seen in a KOA campground. Keep. It up! Also your staff is very helpful, especially the guy from Brazil he helped me to unhook my car and I greatly appreciated that since my husband is handicapped. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Restrooms need attention - tired and worn partitions and finishes. Shower curtains covered in mold. Tight/narrow sites.

Maybe you have the wrong campground, no mold here. Everything is cleaned daily and shower curtains are pulled and bleached regularly.

Great campground right off the exit. Great restrooms and showers. Had cable Wi-Fi pool ( closed late Sept) hot tub mini golf meeting room. Would stay again if traveling through.

Check in lady was not friendly. I typically take our tow car off at entrance, we have a 45 ft MH, all staff convinced me it wasn’t necessary. Granted, we fit in site, barely. But, no way do there roads accommodate 75ft pulling out of sites and making their turns. Don’t listen to staff. Grounds need some tender loving care. No, I would not stay here again.

The sites are plenty long enough to keep connected, roads are wide enough to maneuver as well. Sorry to hear you will not be staying here again, Goodluck on your travels.

KOA staff are awesome! The bedding was nasty it was covered in cat hair and mattress cover was stained.
