KOA came through for me after a day of traveling. I was tired and disappointed I couldn't camp in the national forest as planned. The cabin was clean as was the bathroom. The host was helpful setting the table closer due to strong winds.

Easy on and off interstate. Quieter than our last stay here, fewer long term early rising, noisy truck driving work campers. Neat and clean grounds.

The nice lady I talked to was very nice. The park seemed ok. In my opinion 70 plus $ for off season limited amenities overnight place to park only using electric is a bit overpriced!

We have stayed at MANY KOA campgrounds, this was perhaps the least kept. It was early Spring, but...grass was not trimmed....I think we were in the original part of the campground, there seemed to be an expansion section which may be better...

Stayed here for two nights in early spring. Very nice employee in the store, very helpful too. We have stayed here before. Good spot for rest in between trips. Gorgeous view of the mountains also.

Clay was very helpful getting reservations as I called in instead of on line. The office was helpful in planning my drive home. Clean restrooms

Flooded bathrooms, no onsite staff after 4pm, very narrow sites, misrepresented amenities.

Nice park in a great stopping point between Santa Fe and Denver. Easy access. Our dog especially loved seeing grass again!

I had a pleasant stay, a little bit of highway traffic noise, but that's a given due to location. Otherwise quiet and convenient.

Nice view great location. Another KOA park where half the park is people living there. I guess some don't offer any amenities that they advertise in the off season.

Definitely one of our favorite places to stay. The owner is exceptional. Britney is out of this world, of course, and the views of the mountains are to die for! Very well maintained. All of the workers would do anything for anybody. there to help at anytime!

Pulled in after dark. The drive through site was easy in & out. A great spot for our overnight in route to AZ.

We came in after hours, check in went well, the park manager came to see how things were going! The showers and bathrooms were clean, hot water was great!

We had a late arrival and had to delay our stay 2 days due to weather. The staff was great in accommodating us and our site was ready. We have stayed here multiple times and have a 40 foot Class A with 4 slide outs and tow a Jeep, so we are a big rig. Always clean and ready to go. Great view of the mountains as well.

Not sure why, but laundry facilities were only open during office hrs. We’ve stayed in over 30 KOAs and that’s never been the case. What’s worse is I called the # provided and was told they could not open the facility for me. Note it was only 5:30 pm. The place looked like a mobile home park with all the long term trailers. Not in a good way. Shower facility lights turned off before do

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you let the office know before they close that you need laundry open, they will leave open for you as you were told at check in. We have to close do to vandalism. Showers lights are on a timer, if they see movement they stay on, so not sure what happend.

Lot of VERY early morning traffic with workers leaving for work before 5:00 a.m. Beware if you are a lighter sleeper.

Our website tells you that our hot tub opens and closes with the office. You had plenty of time to use it when you got here. However, you decided to not use and wanted the key for later hours which we can't do. Goodluck on your next journey.

For the site we stayed on the exit signs put us in the position to have to unhook our toad. Not what we wanted to do.

You should have had plenty of room to keep toad hooked up and get in and out of the park. Not sure what happened.
