Excellent place to stay, we've never stayed at a KOA. You allowed us to move to a greater, move scenic space after we arrived. Thank you. The mini golf course is a blast. We really had fun playing, very creative. Look forward to returning with our family.

Facility was unkept grass needed to be cut and RV spots were overgrown and sloppy

Grass is cut weekly. No spot in the campground is overgrown. Maybe you have the wrong park.

When booking I looked at website for amenities, some tho gs we were looking for: snack bar so we would t have to cook upon arrival, heated pool because our old bones can’t take ice cold water and spacious sites. Upon arrival our site was so small that our slide out overhung the neighbors picnic table, there was no snack bar just a couple of micro sandwiches at the store & pool wasn't heated.

Unfortunately, our heater is down in the pool right now, however everyone has enjoyed it so far. You were moved to another site, so not sure where your small site plays in as you were in a double site. Snack bar is the store snacks, drinks and heated sandwiches. Sorry we couldn't meet your standard

We loved staying in the chuck wagons and the location is great. However front office staff was hit or miss with customer service. On the website this KOA looks comparable to other KOA Holidays, when you get there they don’t really have anything. This appears to be different if you stay during a holiday weekend. The owner did come say hi night.

I'm sorry you experienced issues with the staff. We will have a discussion on this. Not sure what you are referring to when you say we don't have anything. We have a pool, hot tub, mini golf, playground, frisbee golf, etc. What are we missing?

The best wifi signal of all KOAs and RV Campgrounds we have stayed in. Very nice, clean and organized. Everyone was very friendly. Great location. We will stay here again.

It was a beautiful area, we even had deer go through our campsite! Very clean, the dog park was huge and so well maintained! Staff were very friendly and very helpful! Thank you!!

People were friendly and everything worked. Our camp sight had not been mowed recently. There were weeds covering our campsight…. some of them approaching 2 feet in hight.

Sir, Our staff mows every week. There is nowhere in our park that has 2 feet high weeds. I'm not sure where you were looking.

Space c4 was way too close to RVs on both sides. Bathrooms could use some maintenance and upgrading. Staff was awesome. Friendly, helpful and attentive to questions about local vendors and sights to see. I’d readily come back but not to the space I got this trip.

Pretty disappointed in this KOA. In their rules/request they say no mats on the "grass", our spot was nothing but weeds. The amenities, such as the pool and Hot Tub were closed as soon as the office closed, approximately 6:45PM. Why would you close the things that people look forward to at the end of day when they've been out doing other fun things? That alone is why we will not be back.

No mats on grass are a general statement for the sites with grass. We are battling weeds pretty good this year as hard as we can. Staff can't stay on site 24/7 for people to use the pool. All reservations are in by 7pm so we close office at that time. Hope you find a better suit for your needs.

The campground and area is very nice and the folks working there were very accommodating. The area we stayed in E13 had a great view but really needed some mowing/trimming to be next level...the wife and I actually pulled a lot of weeds from in front of our sitting area and the camper door. Also...the pool closes at 6PM as does most everything else so having a pool is kind of moot.

We are mowing/weed eating daily. We cannot leave everything open anymore as people do not know how to behave if we do not have staff around. The pool closes at 645 as the office closes at 7.

No shade, noisy traffic, no grill or fire pit, awkward placement of hot tub, put greens need replaced, $5 charge for a friend to join us for dinner, However staff was friendly and it is conveniently located and grounds were well maintained.

We have plenty of sites with shade. We are also in the middle of upgrading the greens on the golf course. We charge $5.00 for each visitor entering the park, it cost us for the bathrooms/water/amenities they use so we feel $5.00 is reasonable.

The bathrooms were clean and I loved that the showers had more privacy than most places. The grounds were well kept with a lot of things for the kidsbto do. I was confused that my sister's tent site with no electricity and less people than we had, cost more than our 30 Amp, 27 foot rv did.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed here. This visit was for 3 nights. The host who checked us in said "oh you're really gonna like this site" and she was right! We had a great site with a very nice view. The grounds are really well kept and they keep making improvements! Looking forward to our next stay!

This is what I expect from a KOA clean and very well kept, We stayed in our motorhome and felt the price was fair. Our site was level and we didn't have to unhook easy on and off the highway there is a Circle K with truck lanes at exit.

Expanded, clean, neat campground. It is the perfect stop over on I-25. Our campsite had a wonderful view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Great stay!

This is a treasure! We had a RV space and the deluxe cabin. The RV space was large, easy to pull in to and had grass! The cabin was super spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you need. We were so happy. The grounds are clean and beautiful, playground, put put golf, goldfish, pool, so many things to keep everyone entertained and happy! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite KOAs and will stay here again.

Cabin 3 is extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Rubens (owner) and Clay & Kim (staff) are considerate and very helpful. The location is right off the highway with easy access and moderate traffic noise. I highly recommend this KOA!
