From 172 South: continue south (crossing highway 35) 1.4 miles, coming to CR 302 (at Calhoun County sign), make a left, continue 1.4 miles, and the campground will be on your left.
From 35 South: make a right on 172 (towards Olivia), continue 1.4 miles coming to CR 302 (at Calhoun County sign), make a left, continue 1.4 miles, and the campground will be on your left.
From 35 North: make a left on 172 (towards Olivia), continue 1.4 miles coming to CR 302 (at Calhoun County sign), make a left, continue 1.4 miles, and the campground will be on your left.
From stunning natural views to entertaining things to do, Port Lavaca is a hidden gem with tons to offer families. The area has countless family-friendly activities, ensuring your children will remember your getaway for a long time to come.
Getting outside is one of the best kid-friendly activities in Port Lavaca. Stretch your legs and count how many different kinds of birds you can see fly overhead within the Port Lavaca Bird Sanctuary. This space is home to hundreds of bird species, from terns to gulls.
