Nice, clean campground with lots of amenities for kids. Sites were very close together with little privacy. Showers were heavily used and could have been cleaner and slightly larger shower stalls would be nice. Overall great value for the money and staff was very nice.

Spaces were very tight and oddly situated so we had a hard time figuring out the hook ups. Not a bad campground and the pool looked nice but we prefer the KOA holidays.

Nice people and we had a great time visiting the area. I'd like to see some improvements like more full hook up sights and our sight was very un-level. So were other sights that we looked at.

I stayed 1 night. The laundry facility was nice and check in was easy. Great location. Bathrooms were not very clean and quiet hours were not enforced in the playground.

When arriving front desk was slightly rude, bathrooms are not that clean but then again it is a campground, cabin had spider webs all over the top and door window was dirty so makes me think they don’t clean them well but all and all it was decent stay.

Sites were tight and too shaded. Might have been nice on a HOT day. Nice view of the pool. Glad it closes at 9.

Nice facility and helpful staff. We arrived a day early and they found a spot for us, and when we had some RV issues after check out everyone was helpful and understanding.

It was ok. Cable tv was good. Wifi was nonexistent. Bathrooms were clean despite how much they were used by all the tent campers and kids. RV space was mostly dirt and little gravel. A light rain in the morning was enough to make the sand/dirt stick your shoes and carry into your rv. Couldn’t get a full hookup first two nights and had to move on 2d day to full hookup site. A little pricey.

The staff was amazing, very accomodating. The showers were so tight and so full of water, it was hard to get clean and stay that way.

It’s difficult to rate this park. We stayed in a site in the field in front of the park by the dumpster and dump station. Not nice. But we had full hookup and the site was solid and dry. There are not many full hookups in the woods, but if you can get one that’s the place to be. They have on escort to your site

This was our first camper experience at a camp ground. Way better than we anticipated! I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had lots of road noise being right off the highway. It was convenient to have the camp store with wood and ice and other necessities. The showering area was remodeled, but cheaply. Showers are small and the hooks are falling off the wall. Water pours out on the floor, so it’s hard to dress standing in water. There needs to be light over the sinks. Our site was nice but my brother, who made his reservation in December of last year was stuck out in the sun in a field in front of the KOA. Those sites should be for people who come in with short notice. The staff was not friendly. The showers, particularly the men’s was dirty & in poor repair. The wood was green & nearly impossible to light. I will not be back.

This is exactly what we needed after staying in forest campgrounds without facilities. It was quiet and the tree covered area was a lovely spot to stay overnight while we visited pictured rocks. Well run, quick check-in, with nice laundry and showers.

The staff was amazing. The facility could be a little cleaner as toilet paper was all over the floor and the showers had standing water. We reserved a tent space and on arrival we got a electric RV space. I personally wouldn’t have asked for this space as our $36 reservation ended up being an additional $99 as we had to by a rug from the shop so the rocks wouldn’t puncture our tent.

Nice campground in a very peaceful wooded area which we loved. Close to everything we wanted to do in and around Munising. Would definitely camp there again.

It was decent. Firewood was overpriced, showers need drainage on the outside of the tub part, and it needs to be more clear that the tent campsites don’t have electricity. Employees we’re really nice and helpful though!

Nice campground! A lot of activities for kids, and good area to walk around. Town shuttle made it super convenient to get to downtown area for restaurants and Pictured Rocks boat rides!

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- Stayed here in late-July 2023. Back-in. Water and electric only 30 amp. Site #62 $53/night 3 nights stayed Site #62 THE GOOD Location: Close to town where you go to take any of the tours of Pictured Rocks. Also close to gas, food, and groceries (about 10 min). Sites: Backed up to woods with lots of space and felt really comfortable for a camping experience. THE BAD Site: All grass and not level. NOT GOOD OR BAD: Wifi: Did not connect to campground wifi. Cell service: Neither Verizon or AT&T were good. AT&T was just good enough to get some light work done. Facilities: Did not use laundry or showers to review.
