Great time, love the pool! Should turn sprinklers on in the middle of the night not at 8 or 9 am.

Facilities were clean and adequate. Camp site was wonderful. Wifi stunk. Even when I moved close enough to get a string signal there was not enough bandwidth to do anything.

Nice campground and convenient. Seems like there could be an additional dump station given the size of the park.

We were only there to take showers and sleep, but the staff were most helpful, and I’d be happy to stay there again.

Met up there with old friends. Had a ball. Loved listening to all the children playing and laughing OUTSIDE! Never stayed at a KOA before. Will be back next year!

First time to stay at a KOA and it was really nice. Friendly people at the front desk they helped me find a dog sitter for the evening. Pretty camp site lots of trees. My only negative is the bathrooms could use a cleaning 2 times a day when you have that many people using them it doesn’t take long to get messy.

We love this campground. Discovered it in 2020 and made a note to come back. WONDERFUL sites. Really love all the trees and shade. Kids loved biking around the camp and swimming in the pool (of course). We are fans. :D

Our pull through site was pretty narrow and the site next to us faced our site. Good thing we were camping together. There was about 8 feet between our picnic tables. Not all sites are like this. Also some kind of path to the restrooms from the campers is needed. Otherwise clean and well run.

The original site didnt fit our camper. We had to argue for a different site. The pool looks run down and was dirty the day we swam in it. We were there a week and did not swim in it again. Was not worth the price we paid!

Friendly staff, beautiful sites, AWESOME wifi were the highlights. The showers were less than desirable. I imagine with so many people staying there it is hard to keep it clean. The only cleaning time was from 12p to 2p daily. It would be nice if the showers could get checked and cleaned a couple times in the morning.

We learned a ton about our camper on this trip. All thanks to the gentleman that maintenances the pool. He’s a wonderful asset to the team in munising koa!

The electric was not working when we arrived. It was repaired within 3 hrs. Too much dirt. Dirt roads, dirt camp spots; no pavement anywhere, except the sidewalk. A pile of dog poop in plain sight. The pool was filled with kids, wouldn’t have been able to swim if we wanted to. Had to clean a massive amount of hair build up in the shower before showering. Dirtiest campground ever.

The staff are the best. This is the first time I've ever camped at a KOA with it's pool open. I usually camp during the off season when the pools are closed. Very nice.

You need more full hook ups. Being that close to the highway kept us up at night. Plus the lawn was not mowed went we pulled in nor the entire week. The weeds were calf high.

We were there for a week. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The little store had items we forgot at a reasonable price.

Very nice campground. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the free coffee in the morning. My only complaint is the tent camping area is too close to the road. Tenters should be in the back away from the road. You hear the cars and trucks all night. I will return but not for tenting.

The only good things were that it had full hook ups, the lodge was nice, and it was minutes from the Pictured Rocks boat tour. Our site was rt next to the highway, no shade, muddy, sandy sites which seems to just be at random, the park was very old, no activities mentioned for the kids, etc. Even our boys thought the restroom was disgustingly dirty the day we arrived. But, we did have A/C & water.

As discussed at check in, the reservation was made online for that location and site type. We would have been happy to move you if the site type/location was available for your stay. We do not advertise scheduled activities for kids but have several games, playground, basketball and the pool.

Very clean and nice place that has all the amenities. I was disappointed with the area we were placed in. We were in the overflow and it was not level and right by the road. I would not recommend reserving in overflow area.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- Stayed here in late-July 2023. Back-in. Water and electric only 30 amp. Site #62 $53/night 3 nights stayed Site #62 THE GOOD Location: Close to town where you go to take any of the tours of Pictured Rocks. Also close to gas, food, and groceries (about 10 min). Sites: Backed up to woods with lots of space and felt really comfortable for a camping experience. THE BAD Site: All grass and not level. NOT GOOD OR BAD: Wifi: Did not connect to campground wifi. Cell service: Neither Verizon or AT&T were good. AT&T was just good enough to get some light work done. Facilities: Did not use laundry or showers to review.
