Really enjoyed our say. The young man who checked us in was so polite and helped us get a really nice campsite near our friend's. The campground and facilities were very clean and very quiet. What a beautiful area to camp with KOA. We will be back.

when we arrived, our camping site had been given to another camper - much smaller than our 5th wheel - we were to have site 6. Instead, we had to take site 2. Our slides and awning barely fit on that site. When we stepped out the front door, site 1 sewage hook up was right there. We asked for site 1 and were told it was taken, but no one was on that site the entire time we were there.

Site 41. We were very disappointed with the closeness of the sites. Out picnic tables and fire pits were just a few feet apart. No privacy. Very uncomfortable.

We loved the site we were assigned to. Nice big sight, only problem was the slanting of the sight from the back to the front. Had a very hard time leveling camper. Other than that, wonderful! Thank you

It was like being in forest. Graveled sites only, in back very quiet , if it were to rain will have muddy areas. Good location to tour coast pictured rocks. All 48 miles was worth the drive. Lk Superior is beautiful worth the trip up to Munising

Perfect location. Just a few miles outside of Munising. Clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff, and everything worked as it should at the campsite.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay here. The bathrooms and showers were very nice for a Journey level KOA. The staff we dealt with were mostly attentive, although the check-in fella ignored our query about using our points towards this stay. The bags of ice were soft. We ended up getting ice at the Holiday gas station down the road because it lasted longer. The enclosed dog park is too small.

Rating is actually a 4.5 but I round up. This is an older campground with narrow but long sites that are not paved. It is heavily forested so it actually feels like camping!! The Mgr Steve really deserves kudos, he is the reason the rating went from a 4. He is really friendly and very go-out-of-the-way helpful...the best mgr/host I have met in the (many) dozens of KOAs where I have camped.

Wonderfully wooded KOA. One of the best we have ever stayed at. Large sites,very clean. Hard to tell the gravel road from the gravel camp sites, but we'll worth the effort. Nice friendly staff.

Great location to all the community offers. Loved the site we had partially shaded. Clean showers and laundry room also greatly appreciated.

We had a large, well shaded site w ware and electric. Wifi worked reasonably well, staff was friendly. This park is well located for Pictured Rocks and Munising.

Camp there 2 weeks and had a great time. KOA staff was wonderful. She had a lot of suggestions on things to see. Also told us a great place to see the northern lights. Camp ground was clean and there was a lot of trees so you were not right next next to another camper.

Our stay in the camping cabin was great! Showers were hot! Staff were helpful! If we could make a suggestion of adding more hooks or shelving in the cabin for storage. It would have been so helpful!

Camp sites were very level with trees between for privacy. Nice clean bathrooms,showers and laundry. Very nice staff! We would stay here again.

The Munising KOA is very attractive with plenty of trees and well maintained. We had full hook-up, even cable. The staff in the office was helpful and friendly. The campground is close to Munising and Pictured Rocks, which made it convenient to see the sites we wanted to see. All in all it is an excellent campground.

It would have been nice to know that there isn't refrigerator or microwave. Plus water at each site would be nice.

Did the early check in and was told someone would meet us. That didn't happen and they were not busy just lazy. Had several campers sat they were told the wrong way to come in with big rigs. One guy actually jackknived his trailer and did damage to rv and truck. Out space was extremely tight to get into and out of. No wifi the whole time we were there even after I asked the staff to fix it 3 times

It’s a lovely park. I was out in the front with full hookups. Drove around in the park alit if nice pull Thur sites. The staff was wonderful. Loved the area.

Dirt/rock roads, poor wifi, made us move from a pull through to a back in site. Poor cell coverage, great shade due to tree cover

Though we were only at the KOA for less than 24 hours. I can see us staying there again when we return to the area. The location is very convenient to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, the town of Munising, and the cruise boat docks. The bathrooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and informative.

Clean, front desk people were very nice and helpful, campground is close quarters, firewood and cabin very pricey, playground spring-rocker equipment was obscene, cabin missing curtains for door, pool looked nice, nice bathroom facility.

My wife and I enjoyed are stay very much especially the pool still being open after Labor Day. The rest rooms are perfectly kept but like most KOA's the showers are very small. Our site {90} was spacious, level and stayed puddle free during one days heavy rain. Campground roads could be sprayed to keep down the dust on windy days as other KOA.s we have stayed at do. We would stay there again.
