Our site was very tight. We really didn't have room to even park our truck and when we maneuvered it in the spot we had to get out on drivers side. The park was very clean and quiet and we were greeted by the lady in the office very nicely. That is why I gave a 4.

Really nice place with great staff. It is time to upgrade the WIFI as it uses outdated encryption and has trouble handing out IP addresses, takes 20 tries to get connected.

Staff very professional and nice. However, the park was designed with too many sites. We were less than 5 feet from the adjacent trailer and that was consistent throughout the facility too tight too many trailers and motorhomes for the size of the park

We certainly agree that if we were building this park NOW, it would have bigger sites! Decades ago when it was built, they didn't HAVE RVs the size of today's rigs, and the sites probably felt rather more spacious... So---we work with what we have. ;)

The stay is always great there! Really nice people who work and help there. However, with the price going up 20.00 a year we are starting to be out priced and may have to look for another option during the time we go.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

To be accurate: the price for next year's Event Weekend went up EIGHT dollars. And perhaps it helps to put that in context: people crammed into the town's parking lots this Event weekend with no power and no water paid only $15 less than you paid for full hook-ups with grass & shade & facilities...

It was Very Hot in Pendleton but the Staff at KOA was helpful with our wants and needs... The Event Center/REC Room was a nice place to Watch TV, Eat our meals and Play cards with our friends and family................... Thanks to All at Pendleton KOA

I am amazed that you only have one dumpster in the entire campground. Not very convenient when you are on the opposite row of the dumpster. Way too far to carry the trash so you have to put it in your car to get it there.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There are two, actually--but it's true that you were situated pretty well smack between the pair of them, with a walk in either direction. Unfortunately when we consulted with our pick-up company, they weren't able to identify a third site within the park where their truck would be able to approach.

It was hot and the electricity was not stable.

Ah, yes, one of the challenges of small-town life... The whole TOWN had a power outage while you were here (it wasn't an issue of PARK infrastructure)--and yes, that's scary when we're suffering triple-digit heat! We just do our best to keep everyone safe and work with what we're given. ;)

Very nice staff. Though sites were very close together, there was enough room for mature trees to grow and provide shade. Pro shop was very well stocked.

Friendly staff and small quiet campground. Spaces are level, but narrow. Bathrooms aren't the cleanest. Some nice shade trees and close to town.

We loved the campground, green grass and big trees for shade. Bathrooms and laundry super clean. We also loved the town of Pendleton, lots of things to do and see.

Friendly girl up front was very helpful. The park was clean and bathrooms/showers too. I would stay here again for sure. My only complaint would be that the dog park smelled badly of pet urine, but nice besides this

Perfect for what we needed for one night on our trip to Yellowstone. Friendly staff, site was fine and they puit us next to our grandkids' family as we had requested.

We paid $75 for an all-concrete parking lot, subsidizing the monthly fee for the more than half the park year-round residents that permanently live there. Most expensive KOA ever. The slots in the middle have the back of your trailer up against the back of someone else's trailer. It was hot due to all the concrete and they have you stacked in there like cord wood.

just to clarify... You paid $67+tax for the concrete RV pad with grass & a tree & a view of the mountains--and it was HOT because of temps in triple digits! Yes, those other center sites are small (built when RVs were smaller!) but they also enjoy grass and trees, and lower price. You have options!

The facility was fair. It was clean and all the hookups were functioning ok the main issue for the rating was the attitude and professionalism of the staff. When we were pulling into the sites a young woman was painting something on the campgrounds roads. As she was kneeling in the middle of the road we had to stop to allow her to finish. She glared at us angrily. Maga flag flying at staffs camp

We pride ourselves on FRIENDLY, so I'm dismayed you felt this way! (I actually suspect she was squinting--she never wears sunglasses!--but I understand that you experienced it as Glare.) We've moved road-signage-painting to mornings, in hopes of alleviating further painting-vs-parking conflicts. :)

Very nice, quiet campground. Management friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were great, nice showers and the laundry facility was excellent. We’ll be back for sure.

Support staff were very nice. Dog Park is substandard. Definitely need to improve it. Also, way too many full time campers (permanent stairs & porches etc) with very old and not well maintained RV’s. Not pleased that the sewer discharge for neighboring rv was right next to the picnic table and our entrance.

Nice park and Staff, although it is mostly full of permanent tenants, Clean and nice centrally located, not all spaces have concrete. Our space had cinders which are messy and dirty. Nice views and there were trees for shade

It was a stopover stay for us all n our way home. Clean and neat. Not too much for kids activities. It was apparent that a lot of the guests were year round, long term.

It was my first time staying at a KOA, and it was such a good visit. The people were very nice, and we had a great time in Pendleton. Very clean, well-kept, and safe. We will definately stay here again next time we visit the area.

We stayed overnight and found the sites were clean, wide enough for my RV and had nice amenities. Good place for an overnight or longer stay.

Pendleton, OR KOA One night stay. Highly impressed in love and care the owners/managers put into both logistics and maintenance. Restrooms immaculate, grounds immaculate, welcoming front desk. Beautiful scenery throughout.
