Beautiful KOA from the moment we drove in. Appreciated one of your staff, Miguel, offered to take our picture in front of one of the signs. We absolutely loved staying here. The view over the valley was spectacular.

We have stayed here before. It's nice a bit crammed in and I really didn't being sandwiched in between two full time resident trailers. But it served our purpose for our last stop before going home. Employee's are super friendly.

Horrible stay. When I made comments on FB was told if I was THAT disabled, I should stay home! 6 kids next to us throwing football and hitting people's trailers, yes reported and nothing done (mine is less than a month old). when requesting w/reservation due to disability, was ignored. I've stayed at koa's since I was a child, well over 30yrs. Corp needs to reassess. Stay in Walmart instead

I'm sorry you didn't call me (that's why my cell number is printed in big red numbers at the top of the map!) to address the kids whose play was bothering you. I do need to emphasize that the FaceBook comment made to you was NOT from an employee or person associated with our park!

The place was nicely kept up. The spot was wonderful and exactly what we had asked for. Thank you very much. Now get the A/C fixed in the office for the staff. �

Done! Took a couple days to get a tech out there (oh, the joys of small-town life, lol), but luckily one of those was a cool and rainy day. Thank you for your concern, and your comments.

The town was packed because of the BIG Celebration week-site was OK and the bathrooms clean. A great stop if on a road trip like us-easy to get to shopping.

Yep, you happened through during Rodeo Week, when our little town of seventeen thousand swells to a population of SEVENTY thousand. Glad you had a positive stay. :)

Nice employees, clean , appears well maintained. Would have given a 5 except the night we stayed, children were running through our site many times, screaming at one another. And this went on for most of the evening. Not sure where the parents were. Other than that, all was good.

Someone swapped our front tire giving us a bad Dunlap tire for our new Hankook tire! We have been traveling for the past month and have had 2 hub caps stollen and a front tire swapped out! All thefts at KOA locations! Security is definitely lacking!

While not a premium camp, it was clean and very comfortable. There was GRASS, thick green grass between the sites. My pup immediately rolled around in it. First time in 5 KOA stays we actually had nice grass.

During the Pendleton Round-Up things get crazy and we have been staying a full week for over a decade. You could not ask for better facilities or security. As always, the MANAGERS and the STAFF are the ones who provide a wonderful camping experience. Beautiful facility, well maintained, with easy on and off the freeway.

We LOVE staying here! This is our 2nd year staying while at the Pendleton rodeo. The owners and staff are amazing, always able and willing to help where needed! The park is clean and well maintained, showers and bathrooms are always clean. They also serve a fantastic breakfast! We cannot wait for next year! Thank you! �

First time out in the motorhome without the husband and was very nervous to back it in. One staff member guided me in easy peasy if it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would have been able to do it. Thank you again. We loved our camping space !!! See you next year and Letter Buck

This is a very nice and clean campground. Well-maintained and convenient for an overnight or a few nights. Our patio site was absolutely the nicest we've ever experienced at a KOA and well worth the additional expense. We didn't want to leave it!!

The lots are so small. Truck didn’t fit in the parking space. Our RV door opened with 6 inches into our truck. Lucky we could open our slides. Better be good at parking your rig because it so tight.

Bathrooms were clean, only good thing. Spaces WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER, not enjoyable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately our park was built several decades ago, when RVs were much smaller, and the site-sizes reflect that. The best I can do is to manage expectations, especially with the smallest sites like yours, by billing them as what they are: SMALL. We can only work with what we have. :)

Other than the danger of a grass/field fire that was extremely alarming just outside the park and the loss of power for about two and a half hours and being positioned right next to the dog park, the stay was thankfully short. Staff did the best they could under the circumstances.

Pendleton, OR KOA One night stay. Highly impressed in love and care the owners/managers put into both logistics and maintenance. Restrooms immaculate, grounds immaculate, welcoming front desk. Beautiful scenery throughout.
