PRO: Gorgeous view of valley; quiet, nice staff and neighbors. CONS: Tight space. Had to request a move because our RV & truck couldn't fit.

The campground was very clean and quiet. The sites were pretty close together, but the grass around them was nicely manicured and the cement RV sites were nice and helped keep the area clean. We were disappointed there was no pool. It would have helped greatly to have one with the high temperatures and humidity. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We don't often stay at KOAs, however, we make an exception and stay at the Pendelton, OR KOA. This is our go-to spot for an overnight stay for our trip from WA to ID. The spaces are a bit close, but the place is spotless and we like the concrete pads - which are very level, so we did not have to use our levelers, which made our overnight stay very easy! The staff is also very friendly.

Great host and good stay. Close to Pendleton with an easy Uber ride to town. Clean restrooms and showers. Very good communication.

Adequate campground for a few days stay. Everything to do in Pendleton is close by. Staff very nice. Campground clean. Quite a few permanent residents.

I love this place! Quiet and well kept, it is my favorite place to stay. It’s close to town and has that vibe you’d expect being Pendleton!

We had an unexpected stay due to wildfire road closures. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness, including the bathrooms and showers, easy-to-access trash dumpsters, and friendly staff. My only criticisms are too small of a pet area (maybe add a second pet area somewhere), and the small bathroom/shower combos. Thank you. P.S. pet areas need real grass

It was just a quick overnight stop but the campground was clean and organized. Appreciated the level concrete sites but I felt kind of close to my neighbors. All and all it was a good experience.

Our stay at Pendleton KOA it was a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful in the grounds are kept in very good conditions.

She allowed us to checkin early, scope out the spot. Ran into town for Lunch and a stop at Safeway. Returned an set-up the RV. Very clean grounds. DG

Quick one night stay. Park is definitely "intimate" (as noted in their description as an older property) but very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Absolutely loved the town of Pendleton.

The campground appeared quite nice, and the staff was helpful. However, we found the RV sites to be very tight together. The site we were in was difficult to maneuver into, and the back-in site required us to come within inches of another RV's back end to reach the sewer hookup.

We checked in around 3 PM on the 17th. There was a little storm and the power went out. It was very hot at around 100 degrees; so, we used our on-board backup generator. About 4 hours later, the power came back on--no apologies, explanations, offer of a partial refund--nada. The campground was full so I'm sure it's quite profitable for the owners to not have to pay for it! Just keep all our money!

Ever since discovering this location, we have chosen to come back year after year on our way to our annual camping trip. This year was no different. When we pulled up someone was in our assigned spot. Although inconvenient, staff quickly responded to our needs and reassigned my parents and myself to two different sites next to each other as we originally booked. They were great!

Loved how accommodating they were in finding me a longer pull through site once I arrived so that we didn’t have to unhitch our camper!

Our site was very tight. We really didn't have room to even park our truck and when we maneuvered it in the spot we had to get out on drivers side. The park was very clean and quiet and we were greeted by the lady in the office very nicely. That is why I gave a 4.

Really nice place with great staff. It is time to upgrade the WIFI as it uses outdated encryption and has trouble handing out IP addresses, takes 20 tries to get connected.

Staff very professional and nice. However, the park was designed with too many sites. We were less than 5 feet from the adjacent trailer and that was consistent throughout the facility too tight too many trailers and motorhomes for the size of the park

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We certainly agree that if we were building this park NOW, it would have bigger sites! Decades ago when it was built, they didn't HAVE RVs the size of today's rigs, and the sites probably felt rather more spacious... So---we work with what we have. ;)

The stay is always great there! Really nice people who work and help there. However, with the price going up 20.00 a year we are starting to be out priced and may have to look for another option during the time we go.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

To be accurate: the price for next year's Event Weekend went up EIGHT dollars. And perhaps it helps to put that in context: people crammed into the town's parking lots this Event weekend with no power and no water paid only $15 less than you paid for full hook-ups with grass & shade & facilities...

It was Very Hot in Pendleton but the Staff at KOA was helpful with our wants and needs... The Event Center/REC Room was a nice place to Watch TV, Eat our meals and Play cards with our friends and family................... Thanks to All at Pendleton KOA

Pendleton, OR KOA One night stay. Highly impressed in love and care the owners/managers put into both logistics and maintenance. Restrooms immaculate, grounds immaculate, welcoming front desk. Beautiful scenery throughout.
