The site was advertised as private /secluded but was 3ft away from an ATV Trail

Thanks for the feedback. In this region, some of the most remote secluded/private camping sites exist on ATV Trails. Directly from this site leads to 250km of dense forest. It doesn't get much more secluded than that!

I would give you guys a 5 star, owner, staff are incredible. So I only give A 4 star because at the end of our stay, we had the most annoying neighbors we ever experienced while camping. Sorry. Kind of ruins our vacation. Unfortunately we cannot choose our neighbors!!!

This was the first time we stayed at a KOA. I am pretty fuzzy and was pleasantly surprised. The park is very clean, well maintained. The pool was great and warm. Everyone that we encountered that worked there are friendly and helpful. We left with already another weekend booked. Look forward to the next time.

Overall the stay was great. Very accommodating staff and very knowledgeable, friendly. My complaints would be the mini golf . It’s not been looked after and very hard to play in the shape it is in. Also, the dogs should be on leashes. This was not enforced and made it uncomfortable at times

Was disappointed that the website clearly stayed I had to book a 2 night minimum stay but yet watched several people come in one night and leave the next. We would have only booked for 1 night if we were aware. Also to charge $25.00 extra for choosing my site is not reasonable at your rates.

The campground was very clean and quite quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and very accommodating to us. We will be coming back here again in the future.

Friendly staff, great campsites and close to Parry Sound. We have been camping here for about 5 years and have always enjoyed our stays. Will definitely keep coming back.

Friendly check in and escort to site. Sites are a bit close together. Lots of children riding bikes and enjoying themselves. Loved the area, and the 30,000 Island boat tour. Wish they had full hookups to make leaving easier, otherwise a nice spot.

Park was as advertised. Plenty of families with children doing kids things and off road machines using it as a base. No problems with noise and everyone was respectful of your site. Would definitely return.

Nice sites and well maintained campground. Only negative thing I can think of is that there is no sewer connection at the sites BUT campground offers free pump out service so not a big deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this campground! The grounds were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything went smoothly during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxing family getaway!

Great place. Not enough focus on children events. I have already sent an email about an incident that occurred with our children during a kids activity involving another adult with no intervention from your staff. She continued to harass my 11 and 8 year old girls which is horrible and really ruined our stay. Staff intervention would have solved the issue from the get go. No sympathy from staff!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Lots going on in the park for Canada Day. All staff and the owners were very friendly. Thank you Tristan for the pancake breakfast on Sunday. We recommend this park to everyone. Thank you for a relaxing week.

Based on other KOAs, I wasn't expecting our great stay for 6 nights at Parry Sound. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept up. The sites were decent sized and well treed. They ran excellent programs for the visitors. Except for the trains, the location does not suffer from highway noise. It is close to Parry Sound. 3 large lakes are nearby for water activities

The most expensive KOA that I stayed at during my trip across the country. Definitely poor value for the amount of money charged.

We're sorry you feel that way. Your one-night visit happened to be on the Friday of our Canada D'eh Long Weekend - Our busiest weekend of the yr & peak rate. We'd love to have you try-out our mid-week, or non-peak season weekend stays offering more economic options.

Bathroom cleanliness was subpar. More regular cleaning would have been appreciated since we didn't have the option of our own trailer facilities. And the biggest issue for me personally was noise from the train horns. Adjacent to park train tracks. I found it difficult to sleep. Although out of control from the park staff. Who were very friendly and nice.

There is no privacy, RV and trailers crammed in together to try and get as many campers in as possible. We were 5 feet away from all the other campers around us , Basically its a parking lot for trailers. .

We had been thru Parry sound on our way out east. The campsite was closed until May 15 so could not stay. On our way back to the west coast we stayed 2 nights. Campsites are spacious and well kept. We were fortunate to have a space with a concrete patio, Outdoor Umbrella, a brand name BBQ that was very clean. Beautiful Hostas in a flower bed made the site look all the better. Pride of Ownership is very evident. The black flies were out and we did not get to badly bitten using bug spray. We rated this Campsite a 5 as it was the nicest we have been in our 4 weeks of travel. The power went out on our second night. This was not the Campsites fault as 12000 customers were affected. Since power not on in the morning the owners provided coffee, water and Tim Bits. Thoughtful and much appreciated. Still the BEST!! Thank You! A&G Sedawie
