The staff were extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The site was beautiful, peaceful with just enough seclusion. The walking trails were an added bonus that we all enjoyed. Will definitely return.

There was no hand soap in any of the dispensers in the men's washroom for the entire week. The showers were not cleaned very well because the soap from my bar of soap was on the bench in the same shower for the entire week. The water pressure in the shower when the camp is full is pathetic. The girls at the front desk were great but a little unsure on how to handle some situations.

My absolute favourite KOA! The staff couldn't be nicer and the sites are clean and a good size. The fact the quad trails are easy to get to is a bonus. We can't wait to come back!

The park is very nice. Enjoyed the pool. It wasn't as busy as some other parks. Staff was very helpful and courteous!

The staff were great but unfortunately the park and site itself were very lackluster. Trails were not maintained and had broken pieces of bridge, trees, etc. in them. 0 privacy at all, other sites encroached on ours, and small pool and playground. Mini putt had broken parts. Again, staff were amazing and ice cream was great, I give 2 stars for the pancakes, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Grounds are kept up we would ask that maybe some campsites be better off with some leveling. Last campsite we stayed on trailer was high and hard for me to get into trailer as ground was not level but overall we lover Parry Sound KOA - 4th year going.

We had a great stay. Loved how family friendly it was. The activities were a lot of fun. Only concern was the washroom toilets only 2 were working.

We traveled as a group and they were extremely accommodating so we could all be together in the same area with adjoining sites. Great activities for the kids, and awesome overall atmosphere. Our whole group can't wait to come back!

Our stay was good. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The grounds and all amenities were well kept, clean and tidy. We enjoyed the trivia night although our connection froze several times on park wifi, our wifi and cellular signal. We didn't win... We had a good time at the park and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Warm welcome at KOA Parry Sound. Our site (#93) was great—leafy, green, and close to trails that even lead to Tim Hortons. Lovely grassed dog area, lots of activities for kids, and free hot showers. Only drawback was two women’s toilets out of order on a busy weekend. Overall, a well-kept, friendly campground and a good final stop before heading home.

the reception girls are very friendly. No issues. But the site has placed many rocks along the perimeter, which cause hazard when move around the car and trailer, especially when you sit high in your SUV and rock below the hood you can't see. When complained to the officer at the front desk, he seems this is necessary. I had never had this problem before.

It’s a great friendly site a little pricey but lots of amenities. The 9 hole mini putt needs attention badly, but the staffs professionalism is second to none!!

Beautiful campground. Our site was clean upon our arrival and very spacious. Pump out service is available if required. Close to our preferred golf course. Staff is fantastic! Thank you �

we are first-time travel trailer campers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and how fast the sites were cleaned after someone checked out. We had a small issue with the power tripping the breaker, but we were able to get it corrected. The people working there were polite and pleasant. seemed they were there because they enjoyed it, not because it was simply a job.

I would like a copy of my paid bill it was to be sent by email. I wanted to use my points but was told it is only 10$ so i could not use them Never had that before I like the sites and pool was reat.

Sites were very nice and well taken care of. Staff was the best and nicest we have ever encountered. We have been camping for 40 years so that is saying a lot.

Great stay. Nice campsite. I question a camper being allowed to bring a goat. The owner tied the goat to a table and walked away. There was a potential altercation with two dogs that could have gone very bad.

The staff were very friendly. Washrooms and showers were very clean as well as the campsites . It was very quite so we were able to get a sound sleep after driving all day.

We had a good site and it was quiet. The park staff was very friendly and accommodating. On the other side of things the bathrooms were tired and looked old as did some other things in the park. There was many areas where there was building and landscaping supplies laying around. This didn't effect our stay but it didn't look great. KOA, we think has a standard to keep up for the price you pay.

We're so glad you had a nice time. I'm sorry for the unilock in various locations, our 5-month season keeps us busy with the projects all summer long. We are in the midst of finishing many of these landscaping projects on the grounds & can't wait for you to see the fruits of the labour!

The open sites were indeed very open. Felt Like we were at a parking lot not camping. The staff was very friendly, just not our kind of camping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was clean and the showers had hot water with good pressure, My only real critic is the site we got. Although there were many nice sites we got one which had other large campers next to us in all different directions, ( we’re only 20’)we felt totally surrounded, when they all had fires going our camper was very smoky. All the fire pits were facing

We had a great time, all staff was extremely friendly & the amenities were great for entertaining the kids! The park size was perfect- kids could roam freely! The all you Can eat pancake breakfast for charity was amazing too! Very impressed by our first KOA experience ���� ����������������

The sites did not have sewer connection. This did not bother me because the site had a dumping station , however dump station did not have a black water washout connector on their rinse hose and the rinse hose leaked above which soaked me. Also my site 58 had a broken service pole because someone must have backed into it.

We had been thru Parry sound on our way out east. The campsite was closed until May 15 so could not stay. On our way back to the west coast we stayed 2 nights. Campsites are spacious and well kept. We were fortunate to have a space with a concrete patio, Outdoor Umbrella, a brand name BBQ that was very clean. Beautiful Hostas in a flower bed made the site look all the better. Pride of Ownership is very evident. The black flies were out and we did not get to badly bitten using bug spray. We rated this Campsite a 5 as it was the nicest we have been in our 4 weeks of travel. The power went out on our second night. This was not the Campsites fault as 12000 customers were affected. Since power not on in the morning the owners provided coffee, water and Tim Bits. Thoughtful and much appreciated. Still the BEST!! Thank You! A&G Sedawie
