We love the campground- the feedback and reason I gave a lower star rating was around the process of greeting the tanks emptied- we weren’t advised it was every 3 days and when we requested an empty it wasn’t done and we were told a car was blocking access yet all 6 of us were in tye RV due to rain and no one contacted us so all had to walk in the rain to use the bathrooms which was not ideal

Staff were great. Unfortunately my site was a mud pit. Yes, it was raining but the site was badly in need of gravel.

Our stay was great until our check out date, there was a big storm and we ended up with 6 inches of water in front of our trailer. If our a carpet wasn't under the stairs it probably would have floated away. It looked like you tried to do some drainage but nowhere near the trailer. It was so horrible packing up our trailer and so much of our stuff was soaked due to flooding. Other wise good!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We had closed that site due to the lack of drainage. We had a 26 ft motorhome on file. You arrived in a 42 ft fifth & failed to let us know of the change prior to arrival. I opened that site for you to accommodate the size as we were full & was transparent that it did not drain. We tried to help

Short stay! The campground was very well kept, clean, organized, friendly. They took us to our site and assisted us backing our 40 ft fifth wheel in. Very impressed overall!

We have been coming here for a few years now. We enjoy the atmosphere here. The owners and staff are great. We will be back in September. See you then.

Location was good, site was great, very spacious, shaded and we faced North in a pull through. We had water/electric at the site and dumped at their station when we left. Restrooms we’re adequate, but laundry room was minimal, some machines were out of order, hours limited, just overall uninviting. Staff was great but we rarely interact with staff other than check in. Good value in our opinion.

The campground is in a lovely area near Parry Sound. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked the two-day minimum but only intended to stay one night. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call checking in and promising a refund if they booked someone else into the site. We wish we had had more time to check out the activities.

Stayed the weekend of the Christmas in July Celebrations. Staff went out of their way to make a fun weekend for the kids. Campsite was clean. Washrooms and showers reasonably clean. If considering Parry Sound KOA just know that the train is a stones throw away and passes by several times a night. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay and would camp there again.

I stayed during Christmas in July, what an experience. Tractor ride with Santa, cookies and hot chocolate, snd games for the kids. My daughter loved it! All the staff was so helpful and friendly. The park was so clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms were clean, the showers clean, the pool. I was so impressed! I also enjoyed the delivery service of wood and ice, made things easier.

Great staff at this location! Tristan is super friendly and accommodating and always interacted with the guests like they were family! Responsive to any requests or questions in record time! We were on a Premium Patio site with Barbeque included, and ran out of propane while cooking a steak dinner. They brought a new tank of propane so fast, we were able to continue cooking with no interuption!

We did a 2 night stay to do laundry and dump tanks. The faculties were new and clean. The campsites were level but kind of close. The amenities were great for families.

Great park, well kept. Lots to do for the kids. It was a bonus that the quading trails backed onto the campground. We will stay here again in the future.

Everything was great except the mosquitos, which KOA can't control. We found it strange that they closed so early in the evening (7pm). But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had been thru Parry sound on our way out east. The campsite was closed until May 15 so could not stay. On our way back to the west coast we stayed 2 nights. Campsites are spacious and well kept. We were fortunate to have a space with a concrete patio, Outdoor Umbrella, a brand name BBQ that was very clean. Beautiful Hostas in a flower bed made the site look all the better. Pride of Ownership is very evident. The black flies were out and we did not get to badly bitten using bug spray. We rated this Campsite a 5 as it was the nicest we have been in our 4 weeks of travel. The power went out on our second night. This was not the Campsites fault as 12000 customers were affected. Since power not on in the morning the owners provided coffee, water and Tim Bits. Thoughtful and much appreciated. Still the BEST!! Thank You! A&G Sedawie
