Beautiful place lots of activities and very relaxing stay. Kind and friendly staff they make you feel welcome and part of the community short stay or long stay. Very accommodating. Will book K0A from now on.

Very helpful staff. Very clean, shady, level campsite. Clean washrooms and showers. Very friendly neighbours. Helped us find our cat that escaped through one of our open windows when the screen slid along the track with one window as it opened unnoticed by us!

They have the secret of operating a well run facility. The Berry family and staff treat you as if you are staying in their home. KOA should take lessons from these wonderful people.

We really love this area and this campground suited us perfectly. It felt like we were in the woods right in with nature. All sites were private. Only suggestion is just replace a couple of the light posts with new bulbs. Washrooms were clean and pool warm. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I all, the park was very nice. My particular site lacked privacy. My last day had an annoying neighbor, but of course that's not KOAs fault. My fire pit location caused problems.

Great stay. Tristan, the park manager was very friendly and even upgraded our site to one that was more private. Only knocks, no sewer hook ups (honey wagon) and noise from the cargo trains.

A wonderful stay at the KOA in Parry Sound! From the moment you check in, the front desk clerks were very friendly and informative. The check in was quick and efficient and we were informed of all the great activities.. The park was very clean and maintained all around. They had multiple activities including a fairy hunt, raffle mixer, pancake breakfast which was fun! We will be returning!

Had a good time except we where told to park in the wrong site it didn't matter to us the site was still nice just a bit tight for our trailer we where supposed go in the one beside the site we where in .

Where to begin to describe this amazing Parry Sound KOA . From the moment that I made the phone call to reserve the site for a week, I was treated with dignity and respect. Staff & Management went out of their way to ensure everyone was given the 'Royal ' Treament throughout our Stay. Our KOA Hosts Don, Michelle and Tristan truly went above & beyond to meet our expectations,will return next year !

Too expensive. Check out time is too early. Only one pump out, the line was backed way up blocking the exit. People couldn’t drive in and out. We had an outer site that is supposed to have more privacy but didn’t have much and was small. Staff that led us to the site had someone in our site so we had to wait for him to confirm another site since he didn’t have contact with office.

We love the area and the campground was very well maintained! Service was exceptional and the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and patient - as I observed personally when a camper decided to get very verbally frustrated with Tristen. Thanks again!! We’ll be back!!!

Everything is so clean and well looked after. Staff is always working trimming trees, picking up stuff or helping campers with anything they can. Always friendly. Best campground we have ever been to.

The campground itself is very nice and well maintained. However, we found that the area has less to offer than other areas of Ontario.

Always enjoy staying here, fourth or fifth time now. While there have been some upgrades to the campground, some areas still look a bit tired and are starting to look rundown. Our premium back in privacy site used to be a seasonal site, and the shelter they had up still has ripped up tarp, broken lights, and a large satelitte cord attached. Should be removed to look better. :)

This campground is excellent except for… the trains. The staff are awesome, the grounds are well kept, location to the muskokas is great, and access to Tim Hortons is beyond good! Tristan was very welcoming and personable which clearly helps instill a sense of calm with guests and the staff!

I love this campground! So clean and well cared for. The Canada Day weather was terrible but they kept the kids busy! Tristan was born to be in customer service! That guy walks around 24x7 with a smile on his face, doing everything and anything for all the campers. He is definitely one of the reasons we go there! Can't wait for our 10 days stay!

This was a fantastic holiday for us. Third time camping here. Don, Michelle and Tristan are always happy to see us arrive. The new staff were so polite and friendly. See you guys again soon. Great campground.

Amenities were great, our sites were not so appealing. Our groups 3 sites were sopping wet throughout our stay, we were ankle deep in mud & it was rare to have dry feet. Arriving Friday, there was some rain. Sites #6 & 17 were completely unusable, & #7 became that way by Sunday morning. No rain after Saturday night, Tues the sites were still mud. Other sites around park looked dry all weekend.

We are pretty upset with this KOA. We dealt with three campsites that were fully flooded. We were provided no support. When mentioned to different staff we were told that those sites do get quite a bit of water. We were told last day they could have pumped out our fire pits. As a KOA member, the price we paid, and knowing KOA standards this is unacceptable and disappointing. Review to follow!

Was very loud with kids playing and screaming in front and beside our motorhome! When they left we finally had the rest we needed, just half a day!

Park is very clean and well kept grounds. Dog park was well kept and stocked. Store had plenty of supplies and some goodies for shopping. Our site was small, lots of trees made for nice shade but also lots of exposed roots and uneven unsafe ground. Lots of four wheelers and dirt bikes being driven IN park. Site was on direct route to trails. If returned, select better site not near trails.

Nice warm pool but closed too early(7pm). Bathrooms need updating & heat and were closed for cleaning right before checkout. Many low spots with pooling water(fire pit under water)Nice store, friendly staff.

We had been thru Parry sound on our way out east. The campsite was closed until May 15 so could not stay. On our way back to the west coast we stayed 2 nights. Campsites are spacious and well kept. We were fortunate to have a space with a concrete patio, Outdoor Umbrella, a brand name BBQ that was very clean. Beautiful Hostas in a flower bed made the site look all the better. Pride of Ownership is very evident. The black flies were out and we did not get to badly bitten using bug spray. We rated this Campsite a 5 as it was the nicest we have been in our 4 weeks of travel. The power went out on our second night. This was not the Campsites fault as 12000 customers were affected. Since power not on in the morning the owners provided coffee, water and Tim Bits. Thoughtful and much appreciated. Still the BEST!! Thank You! A&G Sedawie
